Description
また、請求項2の本発明は、管状体をハウジングに対し前記ハウジングに設けられたロック部材を前記管状体の係合部に係合及び係合解除して着脱する管状体のロック機構であって、前記ハウジングに設けられて前記管状体の対応管部分を内側に受け入れる受入筒部と、前記管状体に設けられて対応管部分を前記受入筒部に挿入した状態で前記受入筒部の端面と対向する拡径したフランジ部と、前記受入筒部の端面及び前記フランジ部の少なくとも一方に設けられて、前記受入筒部に前記管状体の対応管部分を挿入した状態で他方に接近する突部とを有し、また、前記突部は複数あり、前記受入筒部の端面及び/又は前記フランジ部の端面の全周に渡って形成されていることを特徴としている。
(ア)、前記突部は、基部側より先端に向かって細くなる凸形状に形成されている構成である(請求項3)。
(ア)このロック機構では、ハウジング1に対し管状体2を近づけて装着したり、ハウジング1及び管状体2を互いに近づけて連結する場合、受入筒部10に対する対応管部分20の挿入途中において、係止部34が図3(b)のごとく対応管部分の前端24に当たるので、更に対応管部分20を受入筒部10に押し込むようにする。すると、レバー3は、対応管部分20から受ける応力でトーションばね4の付勢力に抗して回動しながら、同(c)のごとく係止部34が周回溝26と係合する。この係合状態では、図2の拡大図のごとく当接部30bが受面16bに当接して回動を規制した状態で、レバー3が枠部16内において当初の略水平状態となる。

Claims (4)
- 管状体をハウジングに対し前記ハウジングに設けられたロック部材を前記管状体の係合部に係合及び係合解除して着脱する管状体のロック機構であって、
前記ハウジングに設けられて前記管状体の対応管部分を内側に受け入れる受入筒部と、
前記管状体に設けられて対応管部分を前記受入筒部に挿入した状態で前記受入筒部の端面と対向する拡径したフランジ部と、
前記受入筒部の端面及び前記フランジ部の少なくとも一方に設けられて、前記受入筒部に前記管状体の対応管部分を挿入した状態で他方に接近する突部とを有し、
また、前記突部の基部が内径側より外径側に向かって張り出した山形状に形成されていることを特徴とする管状体のロック機構。 - 管状体をハウジングに対し前記ハウジングに設けられたロック部材を前記管状体の係合部に係合及び係合解除して着脱する管状体のロック機構であって、
前記ハウジングに設けられて前記管状体の対応管部分を内側に受け入れる受入筒部と、
前記管状体に設けられて対応管部分を前記受入筒部に挿入した状態で前記受入筒部の端面と対向する拡径したフランジ部と、
前記受入筒部の端面及び前記フランジ部の少なくとも一方に設けられて、前記受入筒部に前記管状体の対応管部分を挿入した状態で他方に接近する突部とを有し、
また、前記突部は複数あり、前記受入筒部の端面及び/又は前記フランジ部の端面の全周に渡って形成されていることを特徴とする管状体のロック機構。 - 前記突部は、基部側より先端に向かって細くなる凸形状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の管状体のロック機構。
- 前記ハウジングの内部のうち、前記管状体の先端と対向する箇所に傾斜部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れかに記載の管状体のロック機構。
