Description
Claims (19)
- 空洞を有する弁本体と、
縦方向の軸を有して前記弁本体内に延在するシャフトであって、前記弁本体に対して回転可能なシャフトと、
前記弁本体の外側に配置され、前記弁本体および前記シャフトに固定して結合されて、前記シャフトと前記弁本体内の空洞との間に流体シールを提供するシールと、を備え、
該シールは、
複数の縦方向のひだを有する第1の回転部分と、
シールの回りに延在する横方向のひだを有し、該横方向のひだはシャフトの縦方向の軸に直交している線形部分と、
複数の縦方向のひだを有する第2の回転部分とを有する、装置。 - 前記弁本体は外面を有し、前記シールは第1の端部と第2の端部を有し、前記シールの第1の端部が、前記弁本体の外面に結合され、前記シールの第2の端部が、前記シャフトに結合される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記弁本体に対する前記シャフトの回転が、前記シールの第1の端部を前記シールの第2の端部に対して回転させる、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記シールの第1の回転部分及び第2の回転部分の縦方向のひだが、前記シールの長さに沿って延びる、請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記シャフトが前記弁本体に対して回転されると、第1の回転部分の縦方向のひだが螺旋状のパターンを形成する、請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記線形部分は、第1の回転部分と第2の回転部分の間に、配置される、請求項1乃至5の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記シールの一部を囲む保持器をさらに備える、請求項1乃至6の何れかに記載の装置。
- 弁本体および前記弁本体内に延在するシャフトに結合するように配置されて、シャフトと前記弁本体の内側部分の間に流体シールを提供するスリーブを備え、該スリーブは、
第1の端部と第2の端部と、
縦方向の軸と、
縦方向のひだを有する第1の波形部分と、
スリーブの縦方向の軸に直交した横方向のひだを有する第2の波形部分と、
縦方向のひだを有する第3の波形部分と、を備え、
スリーブの第1の端部がスリーブの第2の端部に対して回転するとき、第1の波形部分と第3の波形部分の少なくとも1つによって、スリーブがスリーブの縦方向の軸に回りに弾性的に変形可能である、装置。 - 前記第1の波形部分及び第3の波形部分の少なくとも1つが、弾性的に変形するとき、前記第2の波形部分の長さが増加する、または減少する、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の波形部分が、前記第1の波形部分と前記第3の波形部分との間に配置される、請求項8又は9に記載の装置。
- 前記スリーブの一部を囲む保持器をさらに備える、請求項8乃至10の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記第1の波形部分の縦方向のひだが、前記スリーブの長さに沿って延びる、請求項8乃至11の何れかに記載の装置。
- 弁本体と、
縦方向の軸を有して前記弁本体内に延在し、前記弁本体に対して回転可能なシャフトと、
第1の端部と、第2の端部と、シャフトを受け入れる空間を有し、第1の端部はシャフトとともに回転し、第2の端部に対して回転可能なシールと、を備え、
前記シールは複数の縦方向のひだを有する第1の回転部分を有し、
前記シールはシャフトの縦方向の軸に直交した横方向のひだを有する線形部分を有し、
前記シールは複数の縦方向のひだを有する第2の回転部分を有し、
シャフトの回転時、シールの第1の回転部分及び第2の回転部分の少なくとも1つが、捩れて、シールの線形部分を圧縮する又は拡張する、装置。 - 前記弁本体は外面を有し、前記シールの前記第2の端部が、弁本体の外面に結合される、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記シールが、前記弁本体の外側に配置された前記シャフトの一部を囲む、請求項13又は14に記載の装置。
- 前記シールの一部を囲む保持器をさらに備える、請求項13乃至15の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記シールの第1の回転部分及び第2の回転部分の縦方向のひだが、前記シールの長さに沿って延びる、請求項13乃至16の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記シールの第1の端部が、前記シールの前記第2の端部に対して回転するとき、第1の回転部分及び第2の回転部分の縦方向のひだが、螺旋状のパターンを形成する、請求項13乃至17の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記シールの線形部分の横方向のひだが、前記シールの周りに延びる、請求項13乃至18の何れかに記載の装置。
