Description
− 前記拡張容器は、前記チャンバより高くなっており、前記拡張容器の下端部から前記拡張容器の前記下端部とは反対側の閉じた上端部まで前記チャンバの前記熱交換容積を拡張する内部容積を有する。
− 前記拡張容器の内部は、周囲空気に対して開いているチャネリングによって外部と連通しており、前記チャネリングは、前記拡張容器の上側部分内に配置される。
− 周囲空気に対して開いている前記チャネリングは、周囲空気との接続部を高くすることができる導管に接続される。
− 前記チャンバは、前記ケーシングの前記少なくとも一部分によって形成され、前記蓄電池と熱交換するための第1の表面を形成する熱伝導性材料製の上側壁面と、前記熱交換容積を閉じるように前記上側壁面の反対側に配置された熱伝導性材料製の下側壁面とを含み、前記下側壁面は、前記バッテリの外部と熱交換するための第2の表面を形成する。
− 前記チャンバは、前記チャンバの前記上側壁面および前記下側壁面の表面上に一体化された熱交換フィンを含む。
− 前記バッテリ内に冷却用流体を循環させる手段を備えた、前記バッテリ内に設置された冷却回路を含む、能動型冷却システムが、蓄熱手段と関連付けられている。
− 前記能動型冷却システムの制御手段は、前記蓄電池の温度が前記相変化材料の融点より高い第1の温度しきい値に到達したときに前記能動型冷却システムの起動を制御することができ、前記蓄電池の温度が前記相変化材料の融点と前記第1のしきい値との間の第2の温度しきい値に到達したときに前記能動型冷却システムの停止を制御することができる。
− 前記相変化材料の融点は、実質的に約35℃である。
− 前記相変化材料は、パラフィンタイプである。
− 単電池の温度が「デレイティング」温度未満に留まるので、車両の性能が悪影響を受けない。
− 単電池の温度が、好ましくは40℃である第1のしきい値未満に保たれるので、バッテリの耐用寿命が悪影響を受けない。
− 能動型冷却手段の消費が最小限に抑えられる。実際に、バッテリの温度は、第1の温度しきい値と第2の温度しきい値との間に保たれるが、特に相変化材料に蓄積される熱が使用されることになるために消費を有意に増大させることになる、さらなる低下が試みられない。
Claims (10)
- 剛性ケーシング(10)内に組み立てられた蓄電池(11)のバッテリ(1)の熱管理を行うデバイスであり、前記バッテリ(1)に一体化された蓄熱手段(2)を含み、前記蓄熱手段(2)が、前記ケーシング(10)の少なくとも一部分によって画定される前記蓄電池(11)との熱交換のための容積を有する、相変化材料(21)を収容するチャンバ(20)を含み、前記相変化材料(21)が融解することによって熱を蓄積することができ、前記相変化材料が固化することによって以前に蓄積された熱を解放することができるデバイスであって、前記チャンバ(20)が、その遠位端部(24)に、前記相変化材料(21)が相変化するときに前記相変化材料(21)の膨張を吸収することができる拡張容器(200)を備えることを特徴とする、デバイス。
- 前記拡張容器(200)が、前記チャンバ(20)より高くなっており、前記拡張容器(200)の下端部(201)から、前記拡張容器(200)の前記下端部(201)とは反対側の閉じた上端部(202)まで、前記チャンバ(20)の前記熱交換容積を拡張する内部容積を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記拡張容器(200)の内部が、周囲空気に対して開いているチャネリング(205)によって外部と連通しており、前記チャネリングが、前記拡張容器(200)の上側部分内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記周囲空気に対して開いている前記チャネリング(205)が、前記周囲空気との接続部を高くすることができる導管(206)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記チャンバ(20)が、前記ケーシング(10)の前記少なくとも一部分によって形成され、前記蓄電池(11)と熱交換するための第1の表面を形成する熱伝導性材料製の上側壁面(22)と、前記熱交換容積を閉じるように前記上側壁面(22)の反対側に配置された熱伝導性材料製の下側壁面(23)とを含み、前記下側壁面(23)が、前記バッテリ(1)の外部と熱交換するための第2の表面を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記チャンバ(20)が、前記チャンバ(20)の前記上側壁面(22)および前記下側壁面(23)の表面上に一体化された熱交換フィン(220、230)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のデバイス。
- 前記バッテリ(1)内に冷却用流体を循環させる手段を備えた、前記バッテリ(1)内に設置された冷却回路(31)を含む、能動型冷却システム(3)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記蓄電池(11)の温度が前記相変化材料(21)の融点より高い第1の温度しきい値(しきい値1)に到達したときに前記能動型冷却システム(3)の起動を制御することができ、前記蓄電池(11)の温度が前記相変化材料(21)の融点と前記第1のしきい値(しきい値1)との間の第2の温度しきい値(しきい値2)に到達したときに前記能動型冷却システム(3)の停止を制御することができる、前記能動型冷却システムの制御手段を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のデバイス。
- 前記相変化材料(21)の融点が、実質的に約35℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記相変化材料(21)がパラフィンタイプであることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
