Description
(作用、効果)
本発明者は、上記実施形態の空気入りタイヤ10として実施例1〜21を、比較用の空気入りタイヤとして比較例1〜6を、従来の空気入りタイヤの一例として従来例1を、それぞれ用いて、走行時での操縦安定性、転がり抵抗(RR)性の評価を行った。各タイヤのタイヤ条件、および、評価結果を図3に示す。タイヤサイズは225/45R17とした。リム幅は8Jである。
Claims (6)
- 一対のビードコアに跨ってカーカス層を構成するカーカスプライと、前記カーカスプライのタイヤ径方向外方のトレッド部とを備え、前記カーカスプライは、前記トレッド部から前記ビードコアに至る本体プライと、前記ビードコアの周りでそれぞれ折り返された折返しプライとを有するタイヤであって、
前記折返しプライの端部は、タイヤ最大幅位置を超える高さ位置まで延び、
ビード部のビードフィラー高さは、タイヤ断面高さの20〜60%の範囲であり、
タイヤ断面高さの30%の高さ位置において、ビードフィラー幅W2は ビードフィラー根本幅W1の10〜30%の範囲であり、
トレッド幅がタイヤ最大幅の81〜95%の範囲であり、
タイヤ幅方向断面で、タイヤ最大幅位置を通りかつトレッド幅方向に延びる延長線上における前記カーカスプライの曲率半径が30mm以上であり、
前記折返しプライの端部は、前記本体プライと、前記本体プライのタイヤ径方向外側に
配置されたベルト層との間にまで延びている、タイヤ。 - ショルダー周方向溝のトレッド幅方向外側に位置するショルダー陸部にラグ溝が配置され、
前記ラグ溝は周方向溝に開口しない、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。 - 前記カーカス層は、トレッド幅方向に対して傾斜する複数のコードによって構成される1枚の前記カーカスプライで形成されており、
前記コードとトレッド幅方向との傾斜角度は、20度以下である、請求項2に記載のタイヤ。 - タイヤ幅方向断面におけるタイヤ最大幅位置での前記カーカスプライの曲率半径が60mm以下である、請求項3に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記曲率半径が50mm以下である、請求項4に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記ビード部のビードフィラー高さは、タイヤ断面高さの40〜60%の範囲である、請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載のタイヤ。
