Claims (1)
- シリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入されて前記シリンダ内を伸側室と圧側室とに区画するピストンとを備え、
前記ピストンは、円盤状のピストン本体と、合成樹脂製であって前記ピストン本体の外周に装着される円筒状のピストンリングとを備え、
前記ピストン本体は、外周に前記ピストンリングが装着される装着部を備えた円盤部と、前記円盤部の軸方向一端側に立ち上がる円盤部より小径な小径部と、前記小径部の反円盤部側に設けた前記小径部より大径であって反小径部側端に環状の弁座を持つシート部と、前記円盤部の反小径部側端から開口して前記シート部の反小径部側端であって前記弁座の内周側に通じる第一ポートと、前記円盤部の反小径部側端から開口して前記シート部と前記円盤部の間に通じる第二ポートとを有し、
前記シート部が、反小径部側端の外周縁に面取部を有する緩衝器の製造方法であって、
前記ピストン本体の前記シート部に前記ピストンリングとなる環状の合成樹脂母材を積層する工程と、
前記シート部に前記合成樹脂母材を積層した状態で、前記ピストン本体を前記シート部側から筒状のダイス内に押し込んで、前記ピストン本体の外周に前記ピストンリングを装着する工程と、
前記ピストンを前記シート部側から前記シリンダ内へ挿入する工程とを備える
ことを特徴とする緩衝器の製造方法。
