Description

The present invention relates to a chemical solution supply container.

Conventionally, for example, as shown in Patent Documents 1 and 2 below, a medicine supply container installed on a hand-washing bowl surface (running water receiving surface) of a flush water tank for toilets is known. The drug supply container includes, for example, a container main body that stores a drug such as a fragrance and a cleaning agent, a base that supports the container main body and is placed on a flowing water receiving surface through which water discharged from the water discharge tap flows, It has. A gap through which water flows is provided between the pedestal and the running water receiving surface.

When water is discharged from the water discharge tap, the water is directly applied onto the container body or is accumulated to a predetermined depth on the flowing water receiving surface, thereby entering the container body. The water that has entered the container body comes into contact with the drug, and the drug dissolves in the water to form an aqueous solution and flows out of the container. The aqueous solution that has flowed out of the container flows into the toilet flush water tank through a water supply hole that opens at the bottom of the running water receiving surface.
The aqueous solution stored in the toilet flushing water tank is poured into a toilet bowl or the like the next time the toilet is used, so that the efficacy of the drug is exhibited.

However, in the conventional drug supply container, the amount of drug dissolved in water has changed due to temperature fluctuations such as air temperature and water temperature. For this reason, the concentration of the aqueous solution in which the drug is dissolved becomes unstable, and it is difficult to stably obtain the effect of the drug. Moreover, since the usage-amount of a chemical | drug | medicine changes with the fluctuation | variation of temperature, the variation in the usage period of the container had arisen.

The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and can always supply a certain amount of chemical (medicine) into running water without being affected by temperature fluctuations such as air temperature and water temperature. This makes the concentration of the aqueous solution of the chemical solution constant, stabilizes the efficacy of the chemical solution, stabilizes the amount of the chemical solution used, and suppresses variations in the usage period of the container. It aims at providing the chemical | medical solution supply container which can improve.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention proposes the following means.
That is, the chemical solution supply container of the present invention accommodates a chemical solution, and is placed on a container main body having a mouth portion at a lower end portion, a mouth portion of the container main body, and a flowing water receiving surface through which water flows. The bottomed cylindrical pedestal and the upper end opening are located above the liquid level of the chemical solution in the container body, and the lower end opening is communicated to the outside of the container body, and is supported in the mouth of the container body. An outside air introduction pipe, an outflow path of a chemical solution formed in a gap between the outside air introduction pipe and the mouth, an impregnated body disposed in the pedestal and impregnated with the chemical liquid flowing out from the outflow path, The impregnated body is characterized in that a protruding portion that protrudes outward from the pedestal and is close to or in contact with the flowing water receiving surface is formed.

In the chemical solution supply container of the present invention, for example, a chemical solution (medicine) such as a fragrance or a cleaning agent accommodated in the container body flows out through the outflow path of the gap between the mouth of the container body and the outside air introduction pipe, Absorbed by the impregnated body. Also, outside air flows into the container body through the inside of the outside air introduction pipe in accordance with the volume of the chemical solution flowing out from the container body. In other words, since the outside air is stably introduced into the container body through the outside air introduction pipe, the chemical liquid flowing out from the container body to the impregnated body is successfully replaced with the outside air, and the impregnated body is stably immersed in the chemical liquid. It has come to be.
In addition, as this impregnation body, a porous sintered body, a nonwoven fabric, cloth, paper, etc. can be used, for example. Specifically, a material capable of obtaining a capillary action of a chemical solution is suitable for the impregnated body.

And this impregnation body has the protrusion part which protrudes outside from a base, and the protrusion part is closely arranged or contact | abutted on a flowing water receiving surface. Therefore, when water flows on the running water receiving surface, the projecting portion of the impregnated body is immersed in the running water, and the chemical solution flows into the running water from this projecting portion, and is supplied stably by a certain amount. Yes.

That is, according to the present invention, it is possible to always supply a certain amount of chemical liquid into running water regardless of temperature fluctuations such as air temperature and water temperature. Therefore, the concentration of the aqueous solution containing the chemical solution becomes constant, and the efficacy of the chemical solution can be stabilized. Moreover, since the usage amount of the chemical solution is stabilized, variations in the usage period of the chemical solution supply container can be suppressed, and the handleability is improved.

Moreover, the chemical | medical solution supply container of this invention WHEREIN: It is preferable that the window hole which penetrates the said protrusion part and protrudes outside is formed in the surrounding wall of the said base.

In this case, since a window hole through which the projecting portion of the impregnated body is inserted is formed in the peripheral wall, not the bottom wall of the pedestal having a bottomed cylindrical shape, it is possible to prevent water from flowing back into the container. . That is, since the window hole for projecting the protruding portion is formed in the peripheral wall, it is possible to prevent water from entering the pedestal by appropriately setting the height of the window hole. Specifically, for example, when water accumulates to a predetermined depth on the flowing water receiving surface, the window hole may be arranged so as to have a height equal to or higher than the predetermined depth.

As a result, the concentration of the chemical solution (raw solution) impregnated in the impregnated body in the pedestal is surely suppressed from being diluted by the backflowed water, and the concentration of the aqueous solution in which the chemical solution is dissolved becomes constant. The effect obtained is more remarkable.

According to the chemical solution supply container of the present invention, it is possible to always supply a certain amount of chemical solution (medicine) into running water without being affected by temperature fluctuations such as air temperature and water temperature, and thereby the concentration of the aqueous solution of the chemical solution. Can be stabilized, the efficacy of the chemical solution can be stabilized, the amount of the chemical solution used can be stabilized, and the variation in the use period of the container can be suppressed, thereby improving the handleability.

The upper end portion of the peripheral wall of the upper cylindrical portion 8 is connected to the lower end portion of the main body portion 2b. The bottom wall of the upper cylindrical portion 8 has a circular ring plate shape that protrudes radially inward from the lower end portion of the peripheral wall of the upper cylindrical portion 8 and extends along the circumferential direction. 1 and 2, the bottom wall of the upper cylindrical portion 8 is gradually tapered downward from the lower end portion of the peripheral wall of the upper cylindrical portion 8 toward the radially inner side, and is tapered. I am doing.
In FIG. 2, the lower cylindrical portion 9 is suspended from the inner peripheral edge of the bottom wall of the upper cylindrical portion 8. A locking projection 10 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the lower cylindrical portion 9 so as to protrude outward in the radial direction.

The outside air introduction tube support cylinder 11 is attached to the lower cylinder portion 9. The outside air introduction pipe support cylinder 11 has a triple cylinder shape, and includes an outer cylinder part 11a, an inner cylinder part 11b, and an intermediate cylinder part 11c interposed between the outer cylinder part 11a and the inner cylinder part 11b. The inner cylinder part 11b has a bottomed cylindrical shape and has a peripheral wall and a bottom wall.
Of the peripheral wall of the inner cylinder part 11b, the upper end part is gradually reduced in diameter as it goes downward from the connection part with the flange 11e (inner peripheral part of the flange 11e). A through-hole 13 is formed through the bottom wall in the vertical direction at the radial center (on the container axis O) of the bottom wall of the inner cylinder portion 11b.

Of the peripheral wall of the inner cylindrical portion 11b, the lower end portion of the outside air introduction pipe 4 is fitted to the portion other than the upper end portion on the radially inner side of the peripheral wall. The lower end surface of the outside air introduction tube 4 is in contact with the upper surface of the bottom wall of the inner cylinder portion 11b. In the illustrated example, the inner diameter of the through hole 13 of the inner cylinder portion 11 b is substantially the same as the inner diameter of the outside air introduction tube 4.

A lateral groove 15 that is recessed downward and extends in the radial direction is formed on the upper surface of the bottom wall of the inner cylinder portion 11b. A plurality of lateral grooves 15 are formed at intervals in the circumferential direction on the bottom wall of the inner cylinder portion 11b.

In the inner cylinder portion 11b, the vertical groove 14 and the horizontal groove 15 that correspond in the circumferential position (the circumferential position is the same) communicate with each other. The outflow path 5 of the chemical solution L is formed in the gap between the outside air introduction tube 4 and the mouth portion 2a by the vertical groove 14 and the horizontal groove 15 communicated in this way.
The chemical liquid L in the container body 2 can flow out toward the impregnated body 6 disposed on the bottom wall of the base 3 through the outflow path 5 and the through hole 13.

In the example of the present embodiment, the chemical liquid L can be injected into the container body 2 from the lower cylinder portion 9 having a large diameter before the outside air introduction tube support cylinder 11 is attached to the lower cylinder portion 9. In addition, when injecting the chemical liquid L into the container main body 2, the container main body 2 is set in an inverted posture (an upright posture (a posture when the container is used) shown in FIG. 1 is a posture in which the vertical direction is reversed).
Although not particularly illustrated, a seal film for closing the through hole 13 is attached to the lower surface of the bottom wall of the inner cylinder portion 11b of the outside air introduction tube support cylinder 11 before using the chemical solution supply container 1. Yes. When the container is used, the chemical film L flowing out from the outflow passage 5 flows to the impregnated body 6 through the through-hole 13 by removing the sealing film from the bottom wall of the inner cylinder portion 11b.

In FIG. 1, the outside air introduction tube 4 has a cylindrical shape that is long in the vertical direction. The lower end of the outside air introduction tube 4 is inserted into the mouth 2a of the container body 2, and is supported by the outside air introduction tube support cylinder 11 of the mouth 2a.
An upper end opening of the outside air introduction tube 4 is located above the liquid level of the chemical liquid L of the container body 2 and opens to an upper space in the container body 2. The lower end opening of the outside air introduction tube 4 communicates with the outside of the container body 2 through the through hole 13 of the outside air introduction tube support cylinder 11.

The pedestal 3 covers the mouth 2a of the container main body 2 from below and is placed on the flowing water receiving surface 100 through which water discharged from a water discharge tap (not shown) flows. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the base 3 has a bottomed cylindrical shape and includes a peripheral wall 18 and a bottom wall 19. The pedestal 3 has a cover support cylinder 17 that is disposed on the outer side in the radial direction of the peripheral wall 18 and is erected from the outer peripheral edge of the bottom wall 19.

1 and 2, the upper end portion of the peripheral wall 18 of the base 3 is fitted to the upper cylindrical portion 8 of the mouth portion 2 a of the container body 2 on the radially outer side. As shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, a window hole 16 is formed in the peripheral wall 18 of the pedestal 3 so as to open to the upper end opening of the peripheral wall 18 and to be cut out downward. Yes. A plurality of window holes 16 are formed on the peripheral wall 18 of the base 3 at intervals in the circumferential direction. As shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, a projection 6b of an impregnated body 6 described later is inserted into the window hole 16, and the projection 6b is projected outside the container.

3 and 4, the outer diameter of the bottom wall 19 of the pedestal 3 is larger than the outer diameter of the peripheral wall 18 of the pedestal 3. A cover support cylinder 17 is erected on the outer peripheral edge of the bottom wall 19 of the base 3. The cover support cylinder 17 is formed with a larger diameter than the peripheral wall 18 of the base 3. In the illustrated example, the position of the upper end opening of the cover support cylinder 17 (that is, the height rising from the bottom wall 19) is lower than the position of the upper end opening of the peripheral wall 18. On the outer peripheral surface of the cover support cylinder 17, a cover abutting protrusion 17 a that protrudes radially outward and extends along the circumferential direction is formed.

In FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the impregnated body 6 is placed on a portion of the bottom wall 19 of the pedestal 3 that is located radially inward of the peripheral wall 18 of the pedestal 3. Moreover, the chemical | medical solution L can be stored in this part. In FIG. 2, the liquid level of the chemical liquid L stored in a portion of the bottom wall 19 of the pedestal 3 that is located radially inward of the peripheral wall 18 of the pedestal 3 is The bottom surface of the bottom wall substantially coincides with the vertical position.

3 and 4, a portion of the bottom wall 19 of the pedestal 3 that is positioned radially outward from the peripheral wall 18 of the pedestal 3 penetrates the bottom wall 19 in the vertical direction, and the protruding portion insertion hole 3a. Is formed. In the illustrated example, the protruding portion insertion hole 3a has a rectangular hole shape. A plurality of protruding portion insertion holes 3 a are formed in the bottom wall 19 of the pedestal 3 at intervals in the circumferential direction. The protruding portion insertion holes 3 a are arranged corresponding to the circumferential positions of the plurality of window holes 16 provided in the peripheral wall 18 of the base 3.

1 to 4, the lower surface of the bottom wall 19 of the pedestal 3 is inserted into a support leg 3 b that supports the pedestal 3 on the flowing water receiving surface 100 and a water supply hole 101 that opens to the bottom of the flowing water receiving surface 100. The insertion protrusion 3c to be formed and the flowing water guide 3d for guiding the water flowing below the pedestal 3 are formed.

The support legs 3 b protrude downward from the bottom wall 19 of the pedestal 3, and a plurality of support legs 3 b are formed at intervals in the circumferential direction on the bottom wall 19 of the pedestal 3. The height (length in the vertical direction) of the support leg 3b is set so that the distance between the flowing water receiving surface 100 and the bottom wall 19 of the base 3 becomes a desired value. A gap through which water flows is formed between the bottom wall 19 of the base 3 and the flowing water receiving surface 100 by the support legs 3b.

The insertion protrusion 3c protrudes downward from the radial center of the bottom wall 19 of the pedestal 3 (near the container axis O), and a plurality of insertion protrusions 3c are formed at intervals in the circumferential direction on the bottom wall 19 of the pedestal 3. . The insertion protrusion 3 c prevents the chemical solution supply container 1 from moving greatly in the radial direction with respect to the water supply hole 101 of the flowing water receiving surface 100.
The running water guide 3d has a guide plate extending in the radial direction, and a damming plate located at the radially inner end of the running water guide 3d and extending in the circumferential direction. In the illustrated example, the height of the guide plate (the length in the vertical direction protruding downward from the bottom wall 19) is gradually increased toward the inner side in the radial direction. In addition, the distance between the lower end of the guide plate and the running water receiving surface 100 is substantially constant along the radial direction.

The impregnated body 6 is formed of, for example, a porous sintered body, a nonwoven fabric, cloth, paper, or the like, and the impregnated body 6 is impregnated with the chemical liquid L that flows out from the outflow passage 5. Specifically, as the impregnated body 6, a material capable of obtaining the capillary action of the chemical liquid L is suitable.
When the impregnated body 6 is made of a non-deformable sintered body or the like, the impregnated body 6 is formed in a shape as shown in FIGS. Further, when the impregnated body 6 is made of a deformable nonwoven fabric, cloth, paper, or the like, after being formed into a developed shape (a shape obtained by cutting out a flat plate) as shown in FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b), Protruding portions 6b extending from a main body portion 6a, which will be described later, are appropriately deformed to be molded into a shape as shown in FIGS. In the present embodiment, description will be given using the impregnated body 6 in which the protruding portion 6b can be deformed.

As shown in FIG. 6, the impregnated body 6 includes a main body portion 6a having a circular plate shape, and a protruding portion 6b having a rectangular plate shape extending radially outward from the outer peripheral edge portion of the main body portion 6a. Have.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, with the impregnated body 6 disposed on the pedestal 3, the main body portion 6 a is located below the mouth portion 2 a of the container main body 2, and the bottom wall 19 of the pedestal 3. It is arranged radially inward from the peripheral wall 18 of the upper base 3. Above the main body 6a, an outflow path 5 and a through hole 13 through which the chemical liquid L in the container main body 2 flows are arranged.

3, 5, and 6, a plurality of protrusions 6 b are provided to protrude from the outer peripheral edge of the main body 6 a with a gap in the circumferential direction. The protruding portion 6b is disposed at the outer peripheral edge portion of the main body portion 6a corresponding to the circumferential position of the plurality of window holes 16 provided in the peripheral wall 18 of the base 3. When the impregnated body 6 is disposed on the pedestal 3, the protruding portion 6 b is protruded from the pedestal 3 to the outside of the container through the window hole 16 and the protruding portion insertion hole 3 a.

In the longitudinal sectional view shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 and 5, the protruding portion 6 b has an inverted U shape or an inverted V shape, and extends upward from the outer peripheral edge portion of the main body portion 6 a. Then, it is folded downward through the window hole 16 and protrudes from the pedestal 3 to the outside of the container through the projecting portion insertion hole 3 a of the bottom wall 19 of the pedestal 3. The lower end of the protruding portion 6b protruding outside the container is close to or in contact with the flowing water receiving surface 100.
In the impregnated body 6, when the main body 6a is impregnated with the chemical solution L, the chemical solution L is also impregnated into the protruding portion 6b by capillary action, and passes through the window hole 16 and the protruding portion insertion hole 3a to the outside of the container. (Refer to the arrow indicating the flow of the drug solution L described along the extending direction of the protrusion 6b in the longitudinal sectional view of FIG. 2).

It is preferable that a portion of the protruding portion 6 b inserted through the window hole 16 is locked to the inner edge of the window hole 16. Moreover, in the protrusion part 6b, it is preferable that the part penetrated by the protrusion part insertion hole 3a is latched by the inner edge of this protrusion part insertion hole 3a. Examples of such locking means include providing a protrusion on the inner edge of the window hole 16 and the inner edge of the protruding portion insertion hole 3a, or providing a notch in the protruding portion 6b.

Specifically, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, protrusions 21 are respectively formed at the lower ends of a pair of side walls located at both ends in the circumferential direction, of the inner edge of the window hole 16. . The protrusion 21 is adapted to come into contact with and be locked to the protrusion 6b inserted through the window hole 16 from above, thereby preventing the protrusion 6b from being lifted.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, both ends in the circumferential direction (both ends in the width direction of the protrusion 6 b) at the tip of the protrusion 6 b (the end opposite to the main body 6 a) The rectangular cutouts 22 are respectively formed. As shown in FIG. 3, when the protruding portion 6b of the impregnated body 6 is inserted into the protruding portion insertion hole 3a of the base 3, the notch 22 of the protruding portion 6b is formed on the inner edge of the protruding portion insertion hole 3a. Among these, it is latched by a pair of side wall located in the both ends of the circumferential direction. Since the notch 22 of the protruding portion 6b is locked to the inner edge of the protruding portion insertion hole 3a, the protruding amount by which the protruding portion 6b protrudes downward from the bottom wall 19 of the pedestal 3 becomes an expected value. Set accurately. Further, the protruding portion 6b is prevented from coming out of the protruding portion insertion hole 3a.

In FIG. 1, the cover 20 has a cylindrical shape with a top wall, a hemispherical top wall, and a cylindrical wall. The cover 20 covers the container body 2 and the peripheral wall 18 of the base 3. The lower end of the peripheral wall of the cover 20 is fitted to the outside in the radial direction of the cover support cylinder 17 of the base 3. The lower end opening of the peripheral wall of the cover 20 is abutted against the cover abutting protrusion 17a of the cover support cylinder 17 from above.

In the chemical solution supply container 1 of the present embodiment described above, the chemical solution (medicine) L accommodated in the container main body 2 passes through the outflow passage 5 in the gap between the mouth portion 2a of the container main body 2 and the outside air introduction pipe 4, and penetrates. It flows out through the holes 13 and is absorbed by the impregnated body 6. Further, the outside air flows into the container body 2 through the inside of the outside air introduction pipe 4 according to the volume of the chemical liquid L that has flowed out of the container body 2. That is, since the outside air is stably introduced into (in the upper space) of the container body 2 through the outside air introduction pipe 4, the chemical liquid L flowing out from the container body 2 to the impregnated body 6 and the outside air are satisfactorily replaced. Thus, the impregnated body 6 is stably immersed in the chemical liquid L.

And this impregnation body 6 has the protrusion part 6b which protrudes outside from the base 3, and the protrusion part 6b is closely arranged on the flowing water receiving surface 100, or is contact | abutting. Accordingly, when water flows on the flowing water receiving surface 100, the protruding portion 6b of the impregnated body 6 is immersed in the flowing water, and the chemical liquid L flows out from the protruding portion 6b into the flowing water, and is supplied stably by a certain amount. It has become so.

That is, according to the present embodiment, a constant amount of the chemical liquid L can be always supplied into running water regardless of temperature fluctuations such as air temperature and water temperature. Therefore, the concentration of the aqueous solution containing the chemical liquid L becomes constant, and the efficacy of the chemical liquid L can be stabilized. Moreover, since the usage-amount of the chemical | medical solution L is stabilized, the variation in the usage period of this chemical | medical solution supply container 1 can be suppressed, and handleability improves.

Moreover, in this embodiment, since the window hole 16 which penetrates the protrusion part 6b of the impregnation body 6 and protrudes outside the container is formed in the surrounding wall 18 of the base 3, there exists the following effect.
That is, in this case, since the window hole 16 through which the protruding portion 6b is inserted is formed in the peripheral wall 18 instead of the bottom wall 19 of the pedestal 3 having a bottomed cylindrical shape, the water may flow back into the container. Is prevented. That is, since the window hole 16 for projecting the projecting portion 6b is formed in the peripheral wall 18, by appropriately setting the height (position in the vertical direction) of the window hole 16, the inside of the base 3 (especially the impregnated body 6). It is possible to prevent water from entering into the radially inner portion of the peripheral wall 18 where the main body 6a is disposed. Specifically, for example, when water accumulates to a predetermined depth on the flowing water receiving surface 100, the window hole 16 may be disposed so as to have a height equal to or higher than the predetermined depth.

As a result, the concentration of the chemical solution (raw solution) L impregnated in the impregnated body 6 in the pedestal 3 is reliably suppressed from being diluted by the backflowed water, and the concentration of the aqueous solution in which the chemical solution L is dissolved is constant. Thus, the above-described operational effects become more remarkable.

Further, in the present embodiment, since the top cover 20 is provided to cover the container body 2 and the peripheral wall 18 of the pedestal 3, the concentration of the chemical liquid L impregnated in the impregnated body 6 is also increased by the cover 20. As a result, the above-described operational effects become more remarkable.

Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

For example, in the above-described embodiment, the outside air introduction tube support cylinder 11 is attached to the lower cylinder portion 9 in the mouth portion 2a of the container body 2, but this is not a limitation, and the outside air introduction tube support is not limited thereto. The tube 11 may be formed integrally with the lower tube portion 9.
Moreover, in the above-mentioned embodiment, although demonstrated using the impregnation body 6 in which the protrusion part 6b was made deformable, it is not limited to this, The protrusion part 6b may be undeformable. In this case, the protrusion 21 on the inner edge of the window hole 16 and the notch 22 of the protruding portion 6b may not be provided.

In addition, in the range which does not deviate from the meaning of this invention, it is possible to replace suitably the component in the embodiment mentioned above by the known component, and you may combine the modification mentioned above suitably.
