Description
電気エネルギはバッテリによって蓄積可能である。バッテリは化学反応エネルギを電気エネルギに変換する。この場合、1次バッテリと2次バッテリとが区別される。1次バッテリは1回しか動作できないのに対して、蓄電池とも称される2次バッテリは再充電可能である。ここで、バッテリは、1つ若しくは複数のバッテリセルを含む。
ここでは、バッテリセル用電極を提案する。当該電極は活物質を含み、この活物質は、ケイ素と、イオン伝導性を有する第1のポリマーとを含有する。
電極は、ケイ素を含有する活物質により、グラファイトに比べて高いリチウムイオン吸蔵能力を有する。また、電極の活物質は、コポリマーによって、リチウムイオンに対する高いイオン伝導率と電子に対する高い電気伝導率とを有する。イオン伝導性の第1のポリマーは、同時に接着剤又はバインダとしても機能し、軟らかくかつ表面に密着するので、活物質の安定性とフィルム状の電流導体への付着性とが強化される。
バッテリセル2は、角柱状、ここでは直方体状に構成されたセルケーシング3を含む。当該セルケーシング3は、ここでは電気伝導性を有するように構成されており、例えばアルミニウムから製造されている。バッテリセル2は負の端子11と正の端子12とを含む。端子11,12を介して、バッテリセル2から供給される電圧を取り出し可能である。さらに、バッテリセル2は、端子11,12を介して充電することもできる。端子11,12は、相互に離間した状態で、角柱状のセルケーシング3のカバー面に配置されている。
Claims (9)
- 活物質(41,42)を含むバッテリセル(2)用電極(21,22)であって、
前記活物質(41,42)が、ケイ素(60)と、イオン伝導性を有する第1のポリマー(51)とを含有する、
電極(21,22)において、
前記活物質(41,42)は、前記第1のポリマー(51)と電気伝導性を有する第2のポリマー(52)とを含有するコポリマー(50)を含有し、
前記第2のポリマー(52)は、ポリアニリン(PANI)若しくはポリピロール(PPY)を含有する、
ことを特徴とする電極(21,22)。 - 前記電極(21)は、バッテリセル(2)のアノード(21)である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極(21)。 - 前記第1のポリマー(51)は、ポリエチレンオキシド(PEO)を含有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電極(21,22)。 - 前記活物質(41,42)は、炭素(55)を含有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の電極(21,22)。 - 前記活物質(41,42)は、ケイ素(60)を含有する合金を含有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の電極(21,22)。 - 前記合金は、リチウムイオンを吸蔵可能な活性金属を含有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電極(21,22)。 - 前記合金は、リチウムイオンを吸蔵不能な不活性金属を含有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電極(21,22)。 - 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の電極(21,22)を少なくとも1つ含む、バッテリセル(2)。
- 電気自動車(EV)、ハイブリッド自動車(HEV)若しくはプラグインハイブリッド自動車(PHEV)における、請求項8に記載のバッテリセル(2)の使用。
