・シランカップリング剤:デグサ社製「Si75」
・パラフィンオイル:JX日鉱日石サンエナジー(株)製「JOMOプロセスP200」
・ステアリン酸:花王(株)製「ルナックS−20」
・亜鉛華:三井金属鉱業(株)製「亜鉛華1種」
・老化防止剤:住友化学(株)製「アンチゲン6C」
・ワックス:日本精鑞(株)製「OZOACE0355」
・加硫促進剤:住友化学(株)製「ソクシノールCZ」
・硫黄:鶴見化学工業(株)製「粉末硫黄」
・竹炭粉砕物:孟宗竹の竹炭(宮崎土晃株式会社製「1号炭」)をハンマーミルで粉砕し、得られた粉砕物をふるい(120メッシュ)により分級した竹炭粉砕物(D90=100μm)
Claims (11)
- ジエン系ゴムからなるゴム成分100質量部に対して、
紙粉末と澱粉とを含むペレットであって、当該ペレットの全質量に対して水分を5質量%以上含んでなるペレットを0.5〜20質量部含有する、タイヤ用ゴム組成物。 - 前記ペレットの溶解温度が150℃以上である、請求項1記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 前記ペレットに含まれる前記紙粉末の含有量が乾燥質量基準で20質量%以上である、請求項1又は2記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 前記紙粉末が古紙を粉砕したものである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 植物の多孔質性炭化物の粉砕物、空隙率75〜95%の多孔性セルロース粒子、及び、植物性粒状体からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を、更に含有し、前記植物性粒状体が、種子の殻、果実の核、穀物及び穀物芯材からなる群から選択された少なくとも1種を粉砕してなる粉砕物である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のゴム組成物により形成された発泡ゴムからなるトレッドゴム部を備えたタイヤ。
- ジエン系ゴムからなるゴム成分100質量部に対して、紙粉末と澱粉とを含むペレットであって、当該ペレットの全質量に対して水分を5質量%以上含んでなるペレットを0.5〜20質量部混合して、ゴム組成物を作製し、
得られたゴム組成物を用いて未加硫タイヤを作製し、
前記未加硫タイヤを加硫成型する、
タイヤの製造方法。 - 前記ペレットの溶解温度が150℃以上であり、前記未加硫タイヤを150℃以上で加硫成型する、請求項7記載のタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記ゴム成分に充填剤を添加し混合するノンプロ練り工程と、
前記ノンプロ練り工程で得られたノンプロゴム混合物に、加硫剤とともに前記ペレットを添加し混合するプロ練り工程を含み、前記プロ練り工程での混合温度が120℃以下である、請求項7又は8記載のタイヤの製造方法。 - 押出機を用いて前記ゴム組成物を120℃以下の温度で押し出し、押し出された未加硫ゴムを水冷し、その後、前記未加硫ゴムを用いて未加硫タイヤを作製する、請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤの製造方法。
- 植物の多孔質性炭化物の粉砕物及び空隙率75〜95%の多孔性セルロース粒子からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種と、前記ペレットとを、事前に混合し、得られた混合物を前記ゴム成分に添加し混合する、請求項7〜10のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤの製造方法。
