Description
本出願は、その全体が引用によって本明細書に組み込まれている「塞栓症を治療するための後退及び吸引装置及び関連のシステム及び方法」という名称の2014年6月9日出願の米国仮特許出願第62/009,805号の利益を主張するものである。
図1Aは、第1の状態で示される本発明の技術に従って構成された後退及び吸引デバイス100(本明細書では「RAデバイス100」とも呼ばれる)の側面斜視図である。図1Bは、図示を容易にするために、RAデバイス100の一部分が取り外された、図1Aに示されるRAデバイス100の側面図である。図1A及び図1Bを互いに参照すると、RAデバイス100は、ハウジング102、ハウジング102に結合されてそこから延びるレバー104を含む起動機構103(図1B)、及び圧力源106、を含む。一部の実施形態において、RAデバイス100は、介入デバイスを支持するカテーテルのようなカテーテル(図1A及び図1Bには示さず)の近位部分に結合されるように構成されている。以下でより詳細に説明されるように、RAデバイス100がカテーテルに少なくとも結合される時、レバー104の移動が起動機構103を起動し、同時に圧力源106の負圧を発生して、カテーテルシステムの一部分を後退させる。
図5Aは、肺血管BV内の塞栓又は血餅物質PEに隣接して位置決めされたカテーテルシステム200の遠位部分の側面図である。図5Aに示されるように、カテーテルシステム200は、内腔205を定める外側ガイドカテーテル206、当該ガイドカテーテル206の内腔内に摺動自在に受け入れられる送出シース204、及び、当該送出シース204の内腔内に摺動自在に受け入れられる細長プッシュ(及び/又はプル)部材202、を含むことができる。ガイドカテーテル206及び送出シース204は、個々に、内腔を有する細長シャフトを含み、一部の実施形態において、プッシュ部材202もまた、内腔(例えば、それを通ってガイドワイヤを受け入れるように構成される)を定めることができる。特定の実施形態において、カテーテル200は、ガイドカテーテル206及び/又は送出シース204を含まない。図5Aに示すように、プッシュ部材202の遠位部分は、送出シース204内に収容された血餅除去及び/又は血餅治療デバイスのような介入デバイス(「ID」)と一体化又はそれに結合され得る。従って、プッシュ部材202の軸線方向移動は、介入デバイスIDの軸線方向移動を引き起こす。
RAシステム1000は、本明細書ではIDに結合されたカテーテル200を参照して説明されるが、RAシステム1000及び/又はRAデバイス100は、あらゆるIDをサポートするように構成されたあらゆるカテーテルと共に使用するように構成される。RAデバイス100及び/又はRAシステム1000と共に使用するための血餅治療デバイスのような追加の介入デバイスの例が、以下で詳述される。

前記展開状態にある時に、前記第1及び第2の複数の血餅係合部材の個々の血餅係合部材は、半径方向外向きに延び、次に、前記支持部材に対して近位に延び、次に、半径方向内向きに湾曲する

24.前記治療デバイスは、ステント回収器である
ことを特徴とする実施例18の方法。
Claims (6)
- 血管内の治療部位への介入デバイスの血管内送出を可能にするカテーテルシステムと共に使用するための装置であって、
前記カテーテルシステムの近位部分に解除可能に結合されるように構成されたハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに結合された起動機構と、
前記ハウジング及び前記起動機構に結合された圧力源と、
を備え、
前記起動機構は、
前記ハウジングに移動可能に結合されたレバーと、
前記カテーテルシステムの一部分と係合するように構成されたロッキング部分と、
を含んでおり、
前記レバーは、第1の位置と第2の位置との間で可動であり、
前記レバーの前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置への移動は、同時に、圧力を発生するように前記圧力源を起動し、かつ、前記ロッキング部分を移動して前記カテーテルシステムの少なくとも一部分と係合させてそれを後退させ、
前記レバーの前記第2の位置から前記第1の位置への移動は、前記ロッキング部分を移動して前記カテーテルシステムを当該ロッキング部分から解放して前記ロッキング部分を前記カテーテルシステムに沿って移動可能とする
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記圧力源は、手動で作動されるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記圧力源は、間欠的に負圧を発生するように構成された自動圧力源である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記血管は、肺動脈である

圧力源と、
前記内腔と前記圧力源とに結合されたチューブシステムと、
前記圧力源と前記第1及び/又は第2の細長シャフトのうちの少なくとも一方とに結合されるように構成された起動機構であってレバーとロッキング部分とを含む起動機構を含む後退及び吸引デバイスと、
を備え、
前記レバーは、第1の位置と第2の位置との間で可動であり、
前記ロッキング部分は、前記第2の細長シャフトに係合するように構成されており、
前記レバーの前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置への移動が、同時に、前記内腔内に負圧を発生させ、かつ、前記ロッキング部分を移動して前記第2の細長シャフトと係合させてそれを後退させ、
前記レバーの前記第2の位置から前記第1の位置への移動が、前記ロッキング部分を移動して前記第2の細長シャフトを当該ロッキング部分から解放して前記ロッキング部分を前記第2の細長シャフトに対して移動可能とする
ことを特徴とするシステム。
