Claims (7)
- 過酸化水素水をガス化させ、このガスをノズルからプリフォームに向かって吐出させることで、プリフォームの表面に付着した過酸化水素の一部をプリフォームに吸着させ、残りの部分は余剰分として、プリフォームの表面に残留させる工程と、過酸化水素が付着したプリフォームにエアを吹き付け、余剰の過酸化水素をプリフォームから除去し、樹脂からなるプリフォームに過酸化水素を吸着させる工程と、過酸化水素を吸着したプリフォームをブロー成形温度まで加熱し、プリフォームが吸着した過酸化水素を活性化させてプリフォームを殺菌する工程と、ブロー成形型内でプリフォームにエアを吹き込んでボトルに成形する工程とを順次行うことを特徴とするボトルの殺菌方法。
- 請求項1に記載のボトルの殺菌方法において、過酸化水素水を気化部内に噴霧してガス化させ、このガスを気化部のノズルからプリフォームに向かって吐出させることによりプリフォームに過酸化水素を吸着させることを特徴とするボトルの殺菌方法。
- 請求項1に記載のボトルの殺菌方法において、プリフォームをブロー成形温度まで加熱する際に、プリフォームの口部の上方を傘状部材によって覆うことを特徴とするボトルの殺菌方法。
- 請求項1に記載のボトルの殺菌方法において、プリフォームをブロー成形温度まで加熱した後、ブロー成形型へと搬送する際に、プリフォームの口部に向かって無菌エアを吹き付けることを特徴とするボトルの殺菌方法。
- スプレーノズルによって噴霧される過酸化水素水をガス化する気化部と、気化部で作られたガスをプリフォームに向かって吐出することで、プリフォームの表面に付着した過酸化水素の一部をプリフォームに吸着させ、残りの部分は余剰分として、プリフォームの表面に残留させる殺菌剤供給ノズルと、殺菌剤供給ノズルから吐出された過酸化水素が付着したプリフォームにエアを吹き付け、余剰の過酸化水素をプリフォームから除去しつつ、過酸化水素をプリフォームに吸着させるエアノズルとが配置され、過酸化水素を吸着した前記プリフォームの供給からボトルの成形に至るまでプリフォームおよびボトルを走行させる走行手段が設けられ、この走行手段における上流側から下流側に向かって、プリフォームをブロー成形温度まで加熱し、プリフォームが吸着した過酸化水素を活性化させることによりプリフォームを殺菌する加熱炉と、プリフォームをエアによってボトルにブロー成形するブロー成形型とが順に設けられたことを特徴とするボトルの殺菌装置。
- 請求項5に記載のボトルの殺菌装置において、加熱炉内にプリフォームの口部の上方を覆う傘状部材が設けられたことを特徴とするボトルの殺菌装置。
- 請求項5に記載のボトルの殺菌装置において、プリフォームが加熱炉から出てブロー成形型へと向かう走行路上に覆いが設けられ、この覆い側からプリフォームの口部に向かって無菌エアが吹き付けられるようにしたことを特徴とするボトルの殺菌装置。
