これに伴い、丸鋸設置台13の軸芯13dは、球面ロール11の中心軸14の軸線S2に直角方向でみると寸法S移動して、球面ロール11の中心軸14の軸線S2に近づいて収まるようになる。丸鋸1を1回転させたら、丸鋸1の直径方向内側に1本の円弧状の圧延筋1bが形成される。

すなわち、実施形態2の丸鋸腰入装置は、図6に示すように、丸鋸設置台13の取付孔挿通環13aの直径13Lを、挿通する丸鋸の取付孔1aの直径1Lよりも小さくして、球面ロール11にて丸鋸1を挟持しながら押圧力をかけて駆動回転し丸鋸を従動回転させるとともに丸鋸1を圧延し、取付孔挿通環13aが、従動回転する丸鋸1の取付孔1aと干渉しないようにしている。このような簡易な構成によって、丸鋸腰入れ作業において歪みを発生させることがない。
