Description
このような締結部材であれば、潤滑剤を用いずとも、耐焼付き性が向上することを本発明者は見出した。
特に、本発明に係る締結部材は、雄ネジ部材の圧力側フランクまたは雌ネジ部材の圧力側フランクのうち相対的に硬度が高い方のみの圧力側フランクの表層の硬度がビッカース硬度320Hvを越える値である。

Claims (2)
- ステンレス製の雄ネジ部材と、前記雄ネジ部材のネジ山に螺合締結可能なネジ山を有するステンレス製の雌ネジ部材とを備えた締結部材であって、
前記雄ネジ部材の前記ネジ山のうち少なくとも締結時に負荷を受ける側のフランクである圧力側フランクの表層の硬度と、前記雌ネジ部材の前記ネジ山のうち少なくとも締結時に負荷を受ける側のフランクである圧力側フランクの表層の硬度とを互いに異ならせ、相対的に硬度が高い方において切削加工及び高面圧下の塑性変形加工のみがなされた前記圧力側フランクの表層のみの硬度がビッカース硬度320Hvを越える値であることを特徴とする締結部材。 - 前記雄ネジ部材の前記圧力側フランクまたは前記雌ネジ部材の前記圧力側フランクのうち相対的に硬度が高い方のみの前記圧力側フランクの表層の硬度がビッカース硬度320Hvを越える値である請求項1に記載の締結部材。
