B. 可溶性サッカリン塩、即ちナトリウム又はカルシウムサッカリン塩、シクラメート塩、3,4−ジヒドロ−6−メチル−1,2,3−オキサチアジン−4−オン−2,2−ジオキシドのナトリウム、アンモニウム又はカルシウム塩、3,4−ジヒドロ−6−メチル−1,2,3−オキサチアジン−4−オン−2,2−ジオキシドのカリウム塩(アセスルファムK)、サッカリンの遊離酸形態等といった可溶性人工甘味料;
C. L−アスパルチル−L−フェニルアラニンメチルエステル(アスパルテーム)及び米国特許第3,492,131号に記載される材料、L−α−アスパルチル−N−(2,2,4,4−テトラメチル−3−チエタニル)−D−アラニンアミドハイドレート、L−アスパルチル−L−フェニルグリセリン及びL−アスパルチル−L−2,5,ジヒドロフェニル−グリシンのメチルエステル、L−アスパルチル−2,5−ジヒドロ−L−フェニルアラニン、L−アスパルチル−L−(1−シクロヘキシエン)−アラニン等といった、L‐アスパラギン酸由来甘味料等のジペプチド系甘味料;
D. 例えばスクラロースの製品説明において公知である、通常の砂糖(ショ糖)の塩素化誘導体等の自然発生の水溶性甘味料;並びに
E. thaumatoccous danielli(ソーマチンI及びII)等のタンパク質系甘味料。
中間シーム26は、カプセルを完全に横切って延在しているわけではない。接合されていない間隙が中間シームに残っており、これにより、飲料調製チャンバ27からの出口チャネルを提供する。この間隙は、フィルタシート材料のシートを丸めて平らにすることにより形成された濾過要素29によって埋められる。濾過要素29は、間隙内で前部シート及び後部シートに接合される。濾過要素は飲料調製チャンバ27内に突出し、これによって、濾過のために利用可能な面積を増大し、使用中のフィルタ詰まりを防ぐ。

Claims (12)
- 飲料調製成分及び機能性成分を含有する飲料調製カプセルであって、
前記カプセルは、使用前は酸素及び湿気に対して実質的に不透過性であり、および
前記カプセルの内面の少なくとも一部分は、前記機能性成分を含有する水分散性コーティングで被覆され、
前記カプセルの内部空間を、前記飲料調製成分を含有する上流領域と、下流領域と、に分割するフィルタ要素を更に備え、前記コーティングは前記下流領域の内面に配置され、
前記コーティングの重量は1mg〜1gである、又は前記コーティング中の前記機能性成分の量は0.5mg〜500mgである、
飲料調製カプセル。 - 前記カプセルは、対面関係で1つに接合された可撓性フィルムの前部シート及び後部シートを備える、請求項1に記載の飲料調製カプセル。
- 前記カプセルの上縁部に水用入口ノズルを更に備え、
前記前部シート及び後部シートは、前記カプセル内での飲料の調製中に熱及び圧力によって剥離できるシールによって、前記カプセルの底縁部において1つに接合され、これにより、前記底縁部を貫通する前記飲料の出口を提供する、請求項2に記載の飲料調製カプセル。 - 前記カプセルはベース部分を備え、
前記ベース部分は、底壁及び側壁、前記側壁の頂部の周りに延在する縁、並びに前記カプセルを封止するために前記縁に亘って接合される可撓性フィルムの蓋を有する、請求項1に記載の飲料調製カプセル。 - 前記ベース部分は略円錐台形であり、
前記カプセルは更に、前記カプセルの内部容積を、前記飲料調製成分を含有する上流領域と、下流領域とに分割するための、前記ベース部分の上側部分に周方向に接合された上縁部を有するカップ状フィルタ要素を備える、請求項4に記載の飲料調製カプセル。 - 前記機能性成分は、フラボノイド類、ビタミン類、ミネラル類、抗酸化剤、風味付与剤、甘味料、及びこれらの混合物からなる群より選択される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の飲料調製カプセル。
- 前記機能性成分は、1つ以上のフラボノイドを含む、又はこれらから実質的になる、請求項6に記載の飲料調製カプセル。
- 前記フラボノイドは、カカオポリフェノールエキスを含む、又はこれから実質的になる、請求項7に記載の飲料調製カプセル。
- 前記水分散性コーティングは、前記機能性成分が分散されたフィルム形成ポリマーを含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の飲料調製カプセル。
- 前記フィルム形成ポリマーは、アルギン酸塩、ガム、デンプン誘導体若しくはセルロース誘導体を含む、又はこれらから実質的になる、請求項9に記載の飲料調製カプセル。
- 前記フィルム形成ポリマーは、アルギン酸塩、プルラン、親水コロイド、β−グルカン、マルトデキストリン、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、カルボキシメチルセルロース、メチルセルロース、ヒドロキシメチルセルロース、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリエチレングリコール、ヒドロキシプロピルエチルセルロース、酢酸セルロースフタレート、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロースフタレート、ローカストビーンガム、カラギーナンガム、キサンタンガム、トラガカントガム、グアーガム、アカシアガム、アラビアガム、カラヤ、ガティ、タマリンドガム、アミロース、高アミロースデンプン、ヒドロキシプロピル化高アミロースデンプン、デキストリン、ペクチン、キチン、キトサン、レバン、エルシナン、コラーゲン、ゼラチン、ゼイン、グルテン、大豆タンパク質単離物、乳清タンパク質単離物、カゼイン、若しくはこれらの混合物を含む、又はこれらから実質的になる、請求項9に記載の飲料調製カプセル。
- 前記コーティングの面積は約0.5cm2〜約20cm2である、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の飲料調製カプセル。
