Description
Claims (21)
- 電気自動車における充電システムの制御に用いるコンピュータ装置であって、前記コンピュータ装置は、
メモリ装置と、
全地球測位システム(GPS)装置と、並びに、
前記メモリ装置及び前記全地球測位システム(GPS)装置に接続されたプロセッサとを備え、
前記プロセッサは、
前記メモリ装置に、前記電気自動車の少なくとも1回の充電セッションに関連するデータを格納し、
ユーザ入力装置から、前記電気自動車における充電器が電源から電流を引き込む充電レートを制御するための充電レート設定と充電プリファランス設定のうちの少なくとも1つに関連する少なくとも1つの選択を受信し、
充電セッションの間、前記プロセッサが所定の状態を検出した場合、前記充電システムに、前記電気自動車における前記充電器が電源から電力を引き込むレートを、第1のレートから、より低い第2のレートに変更させ、及び、
前記プロセッサが前記所定の状態を検出したことに応じて、充電セッションの間、前記メモリ装置に、前記電気自動車の検出された現在位置に対応するデータを格納する
ように構成される、コンピュータ装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記電気自動車が接続された電源における検出された遮断に関連するデータを受信し、及び、
検出された遮断の回数が、1回の充電セッション内に所定の遮断回数を超えた場合、前記充電システムに、前記電気自動車における前記充電器が前記電源から電力を引き込むレートを、前記第1のレートから、より低い前記第2のレートに変更させる
ように構成される、請求項1記載のコンピュータ装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記充電システムのコンポーネントの検出された温度に関するデータを受信し、及び、
前記充電システムコンポーネントの検出された温度が所定の限界温度を超えた場合、前記充電システムに、前記電気自動車における前記充電器が電源から電力を引き込むレートを、前記第1のレートから、より低い前記第2のレートに変更させる
ように構成される、請求項1記載のコンピュータ装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、検出された温度が所定の限界温度を下回る場合、前記充電システムに、前記充電器が電力を引き込むレートを、上昇したレートに回復させるように構成される、請求項3記載のコンピュータ装置。
- 前記所定の状態は、1回の充電セッションの間の前記電気自動車が接続される電源の所定回数の遮断の発生と、所定の限界温度を超えた、前記充電システムのコンポーネントにおける検出された温度の発生と、のうちの少なくとも1つである、
請求項1記載のコンピュータ装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
現在の充電セッションの間、前記電気自動車の検出された現在位置を表すデータを受信し、
第1のレートから、より低い第2のレートへの変更が、前記プロセッサによって検出された所定の状態に応じて前記充電システムによって適用された、先の充電セッションの間に、前記電気自動車の前に検出された位置に対応する前記メモリ装置に格納されたデータと、検出された現在位置データを、比較し、及び、
検出された現在位置が、前に検出された位置と同一である場合、前記充電システムに、前記電気自動車における前記充電器が電源から電力を引き込むレートを、第1のレートから、より低い第2のレートに変更させる
ように構成される、請求項1記載のコンピュータ装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、前記電気自動車における前記充電器が電力を引き込むレートを、先の充電セッションの間に充電が低下されたレートよりも高くないレートに変更するように構成される、請求項6記載のコンピュータ装置。
- 自動車であって、
電気式原動機を含む推進システムと、
前記推進システムに接続され、且つ住宅用電気システムに接続可能である充電システムと、を備え、
前記充電システムは、
充電器と、並びに、
前記充電器に接続された少なくとも1つのセンサと、
前記充電器及び前記少なくとも1つのセンサに接続されたコンピュータ装置と、
を備え、
前記コンピュータ装置は、
メモリ装置と、
全地球測位システム(GPS)装置と、並びに、
前記メモリ装置及び前記全地球測位システム(GPS)装置に接続されたプロセッサと
を備え、
前記プロセッサは、
充電セッションの間、前記プロセッサが所定の状態を検出した場合、前記充電システムに、前記充電器が電源から電力を引き込むレートを、第1のレートから、より低い第2のレートに変更させ、及び、
前記プロセッサが前記所定の状態を検出したことに応じて、充電セッションの間、前記メモリ装置に、前記自動車の検出された現在位置に対応するデータを格納する
ように構成される、
自動車。 - 前記プロセッサは、前記メモリ装置に、前記自動車の少なくとも1回の充電セッションに関連するデータを格納するように構成される、請求項8記載の自動車。
- 前記プロセッサは、
前記自動車が接続された電源における検出された遮断に関連する受信されたデータを格納し、及び、
1回の充電セッションの間に、検出された遮断の回数が所定の遮断回数を超えた場合、前記充電システムに、前記充電器が前記電源から電力を引き込むレートを、前記第1のレートから、より低い前記第2のレートに変更させる
ように構成される、請求項9記載の自動車。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記充電システムのコンポーネントの検出された温度に関する受信されたデータを格納し、及び、
前記充電システムコンポーネントの検出された温度が所定の限界温度を超えた場合、前記充電システムに、前記充電器が電源から電力を引き込むレートを、前記第1のレートから、より低い前記第2のレートに変更させる
ように構成される、請求項8記載の自動車。 - 前記プロセッサは、
現在の充電セッションの間、前記自動車の検出された現在位置を表すデータを受信し、
第1のレートから、より低い第2の充電レートへの変更が、検出された所定の状態に応じて前記充電システムによって適用された、先の充電セッションの間に、前記自動車の前に検出された位置に対応する前記メモリ装置に格納されたデータと、検出された現在位置データを、比較し、及び、
検出された現在位置が、前に検出された位置と同一である場合、前記充電システムに、前記充電器が電源から電力を引き込むレートを、先の充電セッションの間に適用された、より低い第2のレートに変更させる
ように構成される、請求項8記載の自動車。 - 電気自動車の充電に用いるコンピュータベースの方法であって、前記方法はメモリ装置に接続されたプロセッサと、前記プロセッサ及び前記メモリ装置に接続された全地球測位システム(GPS)ユニットとを含む、コンピュータ装置を用いて実施され、
前記方法は、
前記電気自動車を電源に接続するステップと、
前記プロセッサに接続されたユーザ入力装置から、前記プロセッサに接続された充電器のための充電レート設定と充電プリファランス設定のうちの少なくとも1つに関連する少なくとも1つのユーザ選択を受信するステップと、
充電セッションの間、前記プロセッサが所定の状態を検出した場合、前記コンピュータ装置に、前記電気自動車における前記充電器が電源から電力を引き込むレートを、第1のレートから、より低い第2のレートに変更させるステップと、
前記全地球測位システム(GPS)ユニットを介して前記コンピュータ装置により、現在の充電セッションの間の前記電気自動車の現在位置を測定するステップと、
前記メモリ装置に、前記電気自動車の少なくとも1回の充電セッションに関連するデータを格納するステップと、及び、
前記プロセッサが前記所定の状態を検出したことに応じて、充電セッションの間、前記メモリ装置に、前記電気自動車の前記現在位置に関連するデータを格納するステップと
を含む、コンピュータベースの方法。 - 前記コンピュータ装置は、ユーザ入力装置と、前記プロセッサに接続されたメディア出力装置とを含み、
充電レート設定と充電プリファランス設定のうちの少なくとも1つを受信するステップは、前記メディア出力装置上に存在するディスプレイを介して、ユーザに、前記ユーザ入力装置を介して充電レート設定選択と充電プリファランス設定選択のうちの少なくとも1つを提供するように指示するステップを含む、
請求項13記載のコンピュータベースの方法。 - 前記方法は、
現在の充電セッションの間、前記全地球測位システム(GPS)ユニットを介して前記コンピュータ装置を用いて、前記電気自動車の現在位置を測定するステップと、
前記電気自動車の測定された現在位置を、先の充電セッションの間に、前記コンピュータ装置によって検出された所定の状態に応じて、第1の充電レートから、より低い第2の充電レートへの変更が発生した、前記メモリ装置に格納された、前に検出された位置と比較するステップと、及び、
現在の充電セッションの間に前記コンピュータ装置を用いて、検出された現在位置が
前に検出された位置と同一である場合、前記充電器が電源から電力を引き込むレートを、第1のレートから、先の充電セッションの間に適用された、より低い第2のレートに変更するステップと
を含む、請求項13記載のコンピュータベースの方法。 - 前記方法は、
前記メモリ装置に、前記電気自動車が接続された電源における検出された遮断に関連する受信されたデータを格納するステップと、及び、
検出された遮断の回数が、1回の充電セッション内に所定の遮断回数を超えた場合、前記充電器に、前記充電器が前記電源から電力を引き込むレートを、第1のレートから、より低い第2のレートに変更させるステップと
を含む、請求項13記載のコンピュータベースの方法。 - 前記方法は、
前記充電器の検出された温度に関するデータを受信するステップと、及び、
前記充電器の検出された温度が所定の限界温度を超えた場合、前記充電器に、前記充電器が電源から電力を引き込むレートを、第1のレートから、より低い第2のレートに変更させるステップと
を含む、請求項13記載のコンピュータベースの方法。 - 少なくとも1つのバッテリは前記充電器に接続され、
前記方法は、
現在の充電セッションの間、前記少なくとも1つのバッテリがフルに充電されたかを判別するステップと、及び、
現在の充電セッションを終了するステップと
を含む、請求項13記載のコンピュータベースの方法。 - 電気自動車充電装置(EVSE)ユニットであって、
ユーザ入力装置と、
ユーザディスプレイ装置と、
メモリ装置と、
全地球測位システム(GPS)装置と、並びに、
前記ユーザ入力装置、前記ユーザディスプレイ装置、前記メモリ装置、及び前記全地球測位システム(GPS)装置に接続されたプロセッサと、
を備え、
前記プロセッサは、
前記メモリ装置に、前記電気自動車の少なくとも1回の充電セッションに関連するデータを格納し、
前記ユーザ入力装置から、前記EVSEユニットの外部の電源からの電力が電気自動車における充電器に導かれる充電レートを制御するための充電レート設定と充電プリファランス設定のうちの少なくとも1つに関連する少なくとも1つの選択を受信し、
充電セッションの間、前記プロセッサが所定の状態を検出した場合、前記EVSEユニットに、前記EVSEユニットが電源から前記充電器に電力を導くレートを、第1のレートから、より低い第2のレートに変更させ、及び、
前記プロセッサが前記所定の状態を検出したことに応じて、充電セッションの間、前記メモリ装置に、前記電気自動車充電装置(EVSE)ユニットの検出された現在位置に対応するデータを格納する
ように構成される、電気自動車充電装置(EVSE)ユニット。 - 前記EVSEユニットは、
前記EVSEユニットを前記電気自動車に接続する第1のコネクタと、及び、
前記EVSEユニットを前記電源に接続する第2のコネクタと
を備える、請求項19記載のEVSEユニット。 - 所定の状態は、1回の充電セッションの間の前記EVSEユニットが接続される電源の所定回数の遮断の発生と、前記電気自動車内の充電システムのコンポーネントにおける、所定の限界温度を超えた、検出された温度の発生と、のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項19記載のEVSEユニット。
