Claims (5)
- 一列に配列された複数個のトランスデューサと、
前記複数個のトランスデューサのうちの選択された複数個のトランスデューサに超音波パルスを送信させ複数個の受信信号をそれぞれ受信させる選択回路と、
それぞれ対応する複数個の重み係数で重み付けされた前記複数個の受信信号を互いにタイミングを合わせて加算するデジタル信号処理回路と
を含み、前記デジタル信号処理回路は、前記複数個の重み係数の間の値の比が変化するように、前記複数個の受信信号上の時間位置に応じて前記複数個の重み係数を変化させる超音波検査装置。 - 前記複数の受信信号のうちの第1の受信信号に前記複数個の重み係数のうちの第1の重み係数が割り当てられ、前記複数の受信信号のうちの第2の受信信号に前記複数個の重み係数のうちの第2の重み係数が割り当てられ、前記複数個のトランスデューサ素子の前記配列の方向に対応して並べられた前記複数個の受信信号の配列において、前記第1の受信信号は前記第2の信号よりも中央よりに位置する信号であり、前記第1の重み係数は前記第2の重み係数以上の値を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の超音波検査装置。
- 前記デジタル信号処理回路は、前記時間位置が早いほど前記第1の重み係数と前記第2の重み係数との値の比を大きくすることを特徴とする請求項2記載の超音波検査装置。
- 前記複数個の受信信号をアナログ信号からデジタル信号に変換して、変換後の受信信号を前記デジタル信号処理回路に供給する複数個のAD変換器を更に含み、
前記デジタル信号処理回路が前記複数個の重み係数のうちの少なくとも1つをゼロに設定する場合、前記複数個のAD変換器のうち、ゼロに設定された前記重み係数が割り当てられる受信信号に対応するAD変換器の動作を停止することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3いずれか一項記載の超音波検査装置。 - 一列に配列された複数個のトランスデューサのうちの選択された複数個のトランスデューサに超音波パルスを送信させ複数個の受信信号をそれぞれ受信させ、
それぞれ対応する複数個の重み係数で重み付けされた前記複数個の受信信号を互いにタイミングを合わせて加算し、
前記複数個の重み係数の間の値の比が変化するように、前記複数個の受信信号上の時間位置に応じて前記複数個の重み係数を変化させる
各段階の動作を実行する超音波検査装置の制御方法。
