Claims (7)
- 固定部材と、前記固定部材と同一軸線上で対向して配置された回転部材と、前記固定部材と前記回転部材との互いに対向する面のそれぞれに設けられ、かつ前記互いに対向する面に向けて先細りとなるように形成された係合歯と、前記係合歯同士が互いに噛み合うように前記固定部材と前記回転部材とを互いに接近させる方向に推力を発生するアクチュエータとを備え、
前記回転部材と前記固定部材とが互いに噛み合ってトルクを伝達するとともに、前記固定部材と前記回転部材との間で伝達可能な上限トルク以上のトルクが前記回転部材に入力された場合に前記軸線の方向で相対的に離隔して前記係合歯の噛み合いが外れることによりトルクの伝達を遮断する係合機構の制御装置において、
前記回転部材にトルクを入力する入力部材と、前記アクチュエータの推力を制御するコントローラとを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記係合歯を互いに噛み合わせるように前記アクチュエータにより前記固定部材もしくは前記回転部材に前記推力を作用させた状態で、かつ前記入力部材により前記固定部材と前記回転部材とが前記軸線の方向で離隔するように前記固定部材と前記回転部材とに前記入力部材のトルクを作用させ、
前記固定部材と前記回転部材との相対的な前記軸線の方向への移動量と、前記固定部材と前記回転部材との相対的な回転量とに基づいて前記係合歯に形成された歯面の傾斜角度を推定し、
前記傾斜角度に基づいて前記係合歯に形成された歯面の摩擦係数を推定し、
前記摩擦係数に応じて前記アクチュエータの推力を制御するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする係合機構の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の係合機構の制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記推定された前記係合歯に形成された歯面の傾斜角度と、前記アクチュエータによる前記推力と、前記固定部材と前記回転部材とに作用するトルクとから、前記摩擦係数を推定するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする係合機構の制御装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の係合機構の制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記固定部材と前記回転部材との相対的な前記軸線の方向への移動量が、予め定められた所定値を超えた場合に、前記固定部材と前記回転部材とに作用するトルクを低下させるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする係合機構の制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の係合機構の制御装置において、
第1モータが連結された第1回転要素と、前記回転部材が連結された第2回転要素と、駆動輪に連結された第3回転要素との少なくとも三つの回転要素を有する遊星歯車機構と、
前記駆動輪に制動トルクを作用させる制動機構と、
前記駆動輪と前記第3回転要素との間の動力伝達経路に連結された第2モータとを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記制動機構により前記駆動輪に前記制動トルクを作用させた状態で、前記第1モータからトルクを出力することで前記係合歯に形成された歯面の摩擦係数を推定し、
前記係合歯に形成された歯面の摩擦係数を推定する際に、前記第1モータからトルクを出力することにより前記第3回転要素に伝達されるトルクに対抗したトルクを、前記第3回転要素に伝達するように前記第2モータの出力トルクを制御するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする係合機構の制御装置。 - 請求項4に記載の係合機構の制御装置において、
前記制動機構は、前記第3回転要素と前記駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路内におけるいずれかの回転体をロックするパーキングロック機構であり、
前記コントローラは、
走行レンジを選択するシフトポジションが前記パーキングロック機構を作動させるパーキングポジションにある場合に、前記第2モータの出力トルクの制御を中止するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする係合機構の制御装置。 - 請求項4に記載の係合機構の制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記制動機構により前記駆動輪に作用させるブレーキ力を予め定められた所定のブレーキ力以上に維持させるヒルホールドブレーキ制御が実行されている場合に、前記第2モータの出力トルクの制御を中止するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする係合機構の制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の係合機構の制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記係合歯に形成された歯面の摩擦係数を推定する制御の実行中に、車両の走行要求があった場合に、前記摩擦係数を推定する制御を中止するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする係合機構の制御装置。
