Description
i)隔壁、マイクロセル下部層および溶媒中に分散した帯電顔料粒子を含む電気泳動流体で充填したマイクロセルを有するマイクロセル層を含み、ここでマイクロセル層は、第1積層と第2積層の間に挟まれ、および
ii)1以上の強バリア層を除去して溶媒を蒸発させた後、3未満のコントラスト比を示す。
a)電気泳動ディスプレイフィルムを含むモジュールを与える工程、
i)フィルムは隔壁、マイクロセル下部層および溶媒中に分散した帯電顔料粒子を含む電気泳動流体で充填したマイクロセルを有するマイクロセル層を含み、ここでマイクロセル層は、第1積層と第2積層の間に挟まれ、
ii)マイクロセル層は弱バリア層であり、
iii)第1積層の少なくとも1つの層は、強バリア層であり;および
iv)第2積層における少なくとも1つの層は、強バリア層であり、および
b)1以上の層を第1積層からまたは1以上の層を第2積層から、あるいはその両方を、弱バリア層のみを積層中に残して除去して、溶媒をディスプレイフィルムから蒸発させる工程。
a)電気泳動ディスプレイフィルムを含むモジュールを供給する工程、
i)フィルムは隔壁、マイクロセル下部層および溶媒中に分散した帯電顔料粒子を含む電気泳動流体で充填したマイクロセルを有するマイクロセル層を含み、ここでマイクロセル層は、第1積層と第2積層の間に挟まれ、
ii)マイクロセル層は強バリア層であり、
iii)第1積層は、少なくとも1つの強バリア層および弱バリア層である封止層を含み;および
b)層を第1積層において、封止層および弱バリア層である封止層の次の任意の層を残して除去して、溶媒をディスプレイフィルムから蒸発させる工程。
a)各マイクロセルが溶媒中に分散した帯電顔料粒子を含む電気泳動流体で充填されたマイクロカプセルを有するマイクロカプセル層を含み、この液体は、弱バリア層である壁により囲まれ、
b)1以上の強バリア層をマイクロカプセル層の各側上に含み、
c)強バリア層を除去して溶媒を蒸発させた後、3未満のコントラスト比を示す。
Claims (7)
- 除去可能なバリア層、弱バリア層およびカプセル化電気泳動流体を順に含む反偽造電気泳動ディスプレイフィルムであって、
電気泳動流体が、無極性溶媒中に分散した帯電顔料粒子を含み、
除去可能なバリア層が、カプセル化電気泳動流体からの溶媒の蒸発を防ぐために配置された親水性材料を含むことを特徴とする該反偽造電気泳動ディスプレイフィルム。 - 電気泳動流体が、溶媒および帯電顔料粒子を含む複数のマイクロセル内に閉じ込められた請求項1記載の反偽造電気泳動ディスプレイフィルム。
- 電気泳動流体が、溶媒および帯電顔料粒子を含む複数のマイクロカプセル内に閉じ込められた請求項1記載の反偽造電気泳動ディスプレイフィルム。
- フィルムが、除去可能なバリア層が除去された後、24時間以内に3未満のコントラスト比を示す請求項1記載の反偽造電気泳動ディスプレイフィルム。
- 溶媒が、炭化水素溶媒およびフッ素化溶媒よりなる群から選択される請求項1記載の反偽造電気泳動ディスプレイフィルム。
- 除去可能なバリア層が、封止層、下塗剤層、接着剤層、基材層、電極層および保護層の少なくとも1つを含む請求項1記載の反偽造電気泳動ディスプレイフィルム。
- 除去可能なバリア層が、非フッ素化熱可塑性樹脂および熱硬化性樹脂よりなる群から選択される材料を含む請求項1記載の反偽造電気泳動ディスプレイフィルム。
