硬化処理例1では、図6(A)で示すような処理が行われた。ここで、硬化処理例1が施された偏心体軸20の材質は、上記硬化処理Pが施された偏心体軸と同様である。
硬化処理例2では、図6(B)に示すような処理が行われた。
硬化処理例3では、図6(C)に示すような処理が行われた。
硬化処理例4では、図6(D)に示すような処理が行われた。

Claims (5)
- 揺動歯車と、偏心体を有する偏心体軸と、前記揺動歯車と前記偏心体との間に配置される偏心体軸受と、を有し、前記偏心体軸の前記偏心体を介して前記揺動歯車を偏心揺動または撓み揺動させる偏心揺動型の減速機において、
前記偏心体軸に硬化処理が施されており、
該硬化処理は、前記偏心体軸に対して該偏心体軸の材料特性が変化する熱負荷を付与したときに、当該熱負荷を付与する前における該偏心体軸の表面部の炭化物量よりも、該熱負荷を付与した後における該偏心体軸の表面部の炭化物量が増加する硬化処理であり、
前記熱負荷は、前記偏心体軸を300℃以上の状態に3時間以上を晒すものである
ことを特徴とする偏心揺動型の減速機。 - 請求項1において、
前記硬化処理は、前記熱負荷を付与する前における前記偏心体軸の表面部の窒化物量よりも、前記熱負荷を付与した後における該偏心体軸の表面部の窒化物量が増加する硬化処理である
ことを特徴とする偏心揺動型の減速機。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記偏心体軸の表面部の残留オーステナイトが、36〜45体積%である
ことを特徴とする偏心揺動型の減速機。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれかにおいて、
前記硬化処理は、前記熱負荷を付与する前後において、前記偏心体軸の表面部の炭素濃度が同一である硬化処理である
ことを特徴とする偏心揺動型の減速機。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれかにおいて、
前記偏心体軸の表面部の窒素濃度が、0.07〜0.30重量%である
ことを特徴とする偏心揺動型の減速機。
