Description
Claims (14)
- 表面を有する金属基材;
金属基材表面に取り付けられ、複数の開口部を有する金属構造を含む補強支持材;および
シリカ分散またはコロイドシリカと少なくとも1種の充填剤、凝集体、架橋剤、ケイ酸アルカリまたは液体との混合物を含み、補強支持材上および補強支持材内に配され、金属基材表面と接触する硬化性組成物を含む、耐摩耗性複合材。 - コールチップバーナー内のバッフルプレートである、請求項1に記載の耐摩耗性複合材。
- 補強支持材が、間隔をおいた金属素子のグリッドを含む、請求項1に記載の耐摩耗性複合材。
- 補強支持材が、金属メッシュを含む、請求項1に記載の耐摩耗性複合材。
- 硬化性組成物が、硬化し、金属基材表面に結合する、請求項1に記載の耐摩耗性複合材。
- 硬化性組成物が、コロイドシリカ;充填剤;凝集体;および少なくとも1種のケイ酸アルカリまたは架橋剤を含む、請求項1に記載の耐摩耗性複合材。
- 架橋剤パートが存在し、酸化マグネシウム(MgO);オルトリン酸二水素ナトリウム(Na2HPO4);フッ化ケイ酸ナトリウム(NaSiF6);およびホウ酸ナトリウムから選択される少なくとも1種の材料を含む、請求項6に記載の耐摩耗性複合材。
- 充填剤および凝集体が、アルミナ粉末;鋼粉末;ステンレス鋼粉末;炭化ケイ素粉末;結晶シリカ粉末;セラミックビーズ;針状形アルミナ粉末;メタケイ酸カルシウム分散、コロイドシリカおよび金属酸化物から選択される1種以上を含む、請求項6に記載の耐摩耗性複合材。
- 充填剤および凝集体が、アルミナ粉末、鋼粉末、ステンレス鋼粉末、炭化ケイ素粉末、結晶シリカ粉末、セラミックビーズ、針状形アルミナ粉末、メタケイ酸カルシウム分散、コロイドシリカ;酸化銅、酸化チタンおよび酸化鉄から選択される1種以上を含む、請求項6に記載の耐摩耗性複合材。
- ケイ酸アルカリパートが存在し、少なくとも1種のケイ酸カルシウム、ケイ酸マグネシウム、ケイ酸カリウムおよびケイ酸ナトリウムから選択されるケイ酸塩を含む、請求項6に記載の耐摩耗性複合材。
- 硬化性組成物が、有機ゲル化剤を含まない、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の耐摩耗性複合材。
- 硬化性組成物が、少なくとも1種のホルムアルデヒド、ホルムアミド、パラホルムアルデヒド、グリオキサール、ギ酸メチル、酢酸メチル、ギ酸エチルおよび酢酸エチルから選択される有機ゲル化剤を含まない、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の耐摩耗性複合材。
- 硬化性組成物が硬化した請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の耐摩耗性複合材の反応生成物。
- 金属表面の耐摩耗性を促進する方法であって、
金属表面に複数の開口部を有する金属構造を含む補強支持材を取り付けること;
補強支持材上および開口部内にシリカ分散またはコロイドシリカを含む無機硬化性組成物を配し、金属表面に接触させること;および
無機硬化性組成物を硬化すること
を含む方法。
