Claims (9)
- 第1のガラス板と第2のガラス板とを有し、これらガラス板間の周囲に枠部材を配してこれらガラス板を隔置し、中空層を形成するとともに、当該中空層がこれらガラス板の周囲において封着されてなり、前記中空層には少なくとも1枚以上の中間板が配されてなる多重ガラス障子であって、前記枠部材には、前記中間板の周辺部の少なくとも一部を保持する中間板保持部が、複数列設けられており、当該中間板保持部に前記中間板が配され、前記中間板保持部は、前記中間板の周辺部が挿入される溝状部と、前記溝状部に挿入された前記中間板の周辺部を挟持する弾性部材からなる一対のリップ部を備える多重ガラス障子であって、
前記リップ部と前記リップ部を除く前記枠部材とは異なる材料からなり、前記枠部材の中空層側の少なくとも一部に、乾燥剤を収納する空間部を備え、かつ前記一対のリップ部は、互いに段違いのレベルで設けられていることを特徴とする多重ガラス障子。 - 前記溝状部の底部には、クッション性材料あるいは弾性材材料からなるベース部材が備えられ、前記ベース部材を介して中間板の端部が前記中間板保持部に支持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多重ガラス障子。
- 前記枠部材は合成樹脂材料又は合成樹脂材料とアルミニウム材料との複合材料で構成され、前記リップ部は弾性材料又はクッション性材料で構成される請求項1又は2に記載の多重ガラス障子。
- 前記空間部は、前記中空層にそれぞれ対応する個別の空間部である請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の多重ガラス障子。
- 前記第1のガラス板と前記第2のガラス板とはそれぞれ第1のシール材と第2のシール材で封止されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の多重ガラス障子。
- 前記枠部材には、前記枠部材の第1のガラス板と第2のガラス板側の少なくとも一部に、縦框部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の多重ガラス障子。
- 前記中間板保持部には、少なくとも1枚以上の化学強化ガラス板からなる中間板が配されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の多重ガラス障子。
- 前記化学強化ガラス板の板厚が2mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の多重ガラス障子。
- 前記枠部材は、少なくとも別体の2つの部材で構成され、前記2つの部材は透湿防止層を介して一体化されていることを特徴とする請求項1から8のうちいずれか1項に記載の多重ガラス障子。
