Claims (7)
- 外周面に螺旋状のねじ溝が形成されたねじ軸と、
このねじ軸に外嵌され、内周面に螺旋状のねじ溝が形成された円筒状のナットと、
対向する前記ねじ溝により形成される転動路に収容された複数のボールと、
前記ナットの胴部に穿設された駒窓に嵌合され、内周に前記転動路を周回経路とする連結溝が形成された駒部材と、を備えたボールねじにおいて、
前記駒窓が、対向する面に一対の直線部を備え、これらの直線部が前記駒部材の連結溝に繋がる開口部を有し、当該直線部が、前記ナットのねじ溝のリード角に対して直角に交差するように配設されていることを特徴とするボールねじ。 - 前記駒窓が、対向する一対の直線部と、この直線部を結ぶ円弧部で構成された小判状に形成されている請求項1に記載のボールねじ。
- 前記駒窓が、対向する面にそれぞれ一対の直線部を備えた矩形状に形成され、前記直線部のうち、前記駒部材の連結溝に繋がる開口部を有する直線部が、前記ねじ溝のリード角に対して直角に交差するように配設されている請求項1に記載のボールねじ。
- 前記駒部材の両側に丸棒状に形成されたアームが突設され、前記ナットのねじ溝に係合されている請求項1に記載のボールねじ。
- 前記駒部材がMIMによって成形された焼結金属で構成されている請求項1乃至4いずれかに記載のボールねじ。
- 内周に螺旋状のねじ溝が形成された円筒状のナットと、
このナットに内挿され、外周に前記ねじ溝のリード角と同一のリード角からなる複数のねじ溝が形成されたねじ軸と、
前記両ねじ溝間に転動自在に収容された複数のボールとを備え、
前記ねじ軸の軸方向で隣り合うねじ溝の間に存在するランド部に、当該複数のねじ溝を個別に閉ループとするボール循環溝が設けられ、このボール循環溝が、前記ねじ溝の下流のボールを内径側へ沈み込ませ、前記ナットのランド部を乗り越えさせて上流側へ戻すようにS字状に形成された軸循環タイプのボールねじにおいて、
前記ねじ軸のねじ溝から前記ボール循環溝への前記ボールの進入角度が、前記ねじ軸のねじ溝のリード角に対して直角に交差するように配設されていることを特徴とするボールねじ。 - 前記ボール循環溝から前記ねじ軸のねじ溝へのボールの排出角度が、前記ねじ軸のねじ溝のリード角に対して直角に交差するように配設されている請求項6に記載のボールねじ。
