Claims (6)
- 電気機械用の巻線であって、
撚線(15)の少なくとも4つのスタックを有する複数の撚架棒(9)であって、撚線(15)の前記少なくとも4つのスタックの組が複数の基本撚架棒(16)を画定し、各基本撚架棒(16)が、直線部(10)と複数の端部巻線(11)を有する、前記複数の撚架棒(9)と、
各撚架棒(9)内の冷却パイプ(18)の少なくとも2つのスタックであって、基本撚架棒(16)に配置された冷却パイプ(18)の各スタックが、撚線(15)のスタックの組を形成する撚線(15)の2つのスタックの間に配置される、冷却パイプ(18)の少なくとも2つのスタックと、
各々が、各基本撚架棒(16)の端部で終端する独立した複数の中実のラグ(21)であって、2つの基本撚架棒(16)の2つのラグ(21)が、互いに半径方向に整列され、接続される、前記複数のラグ(21)と、
1つの基本撚架棒(16)の前記直線部(10)と前記複数の端部巻線(11)の両方において、撚線(15)のスタックの前記組が、他の基本撚架棒(16)の前記直線部(10)と前記複数の端部巻線(11)の両方において、前記他の基本撚架棒(16)の撚線(15)のスタックの前記組と入れ替えられる少なくとも1つの交差撚架棒(20)と、
を備え、
前記少なくとも1つの交差撚架棒(20)において、
第1の基本撚架棒(16)の撚線(15)の第1のスタックが、第2の基本撚架棒(16)の撚線(15)の第2のスタックと入れ替えられ、
前記第2のスタックが、前記第1のスタックに最も近いスタックであり、前記第1の基本撚架棒(16)の第3のスタックと平行であり、
第1の基本撚架棒(16)の前記第3のスタックが、前記第2の基本撚架棒(16)の第4のスタックと入れ替えられ、
前記第4のスタックが、前記第3のスタックから最も遠いスタックであり、
その後、前記第1の基本撚架棒(16)の前記第1のスタックが、前記第2の基本撚架棒(16)の前記第4のスタックと入れ替えられ、
前記第2の基本撚架棒(16)の前記第2のスタックが、前記第1の基本撚架棒(16)の前記第3のスタックと入れ替えられ、
前記少なくとも1つの交差撚架棒(20)が、180度の倍数である540度以上の撚架を有する、巻線。 - 1つの交差撚架棒(20)が、2本の冷却パイプ(18)を有する、請求項1記載の巻線。
- 前記少なくとも1つの交差撚架棒(20)の第1の端部において、前記第1の基本撚架棒(16)は、前記少なくとも1つの交差撚架棒(20)の右側にあり、
前記少なくとも1つの交差撚架棒(20)の第2の端部において、前記第1の基本撚架棒(16)は、前記少なくとも1つの交差撚架棒(20)の左側にある、請求項1または2に記載の巻線。 - 前記複数のラグ(21)同士を遮断するクランプを有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の巻線。
- 前記少なくとも1つの交差撚架棒(20)が、直線部(10)および前記直線部(10)の端部に湾曲した端部巻線(11)を有し、前記直線部(10)だけが、撚架されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の巻線。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の前記巻線を備え、中央ボア(7)および前記中央ボア(7)に開口する軸方向スロット(8)を有する積層された固定子コア(6)と、前記スロット(8)に収容された巻線とを備える、電気機械の固定子(3)。
