- 葉緑体と生理食塩水が注入される光合成マイクロ流体チャンバであって、
少なくとも1つの連通スペースと、
前記少なくとも1つの連通スペースにそれぞれ連接される複数のマイクロ流体チャネルと、
前記少なくとも1つの連通スペースにそれぞれ連接される少なくとも1つの食塩水注入マイクロ流体チャネルと、
前記複数のマイクロ流体チャネルと前記少なくとも1つの食塩水注入マイクロ流体チャネルの他端にそれぞれ連接される複数のフィルタプラグと、
前記少なくとも1つの連通スペース、前記複数のマイクロ流体チャネル、及び前記少なくとも1つの食塩水注入マイクロ流体チャネルを照射する光源と、を含み、
前記複数のフィルタプラグは前記葉緑体の流出を防止することを特徴とする、光合成マイクロ流体チャンバ。 - 前記少なくとも1つの連通スペースが複数の連通スペースである場合、前記複数の連通スペースを連接するための少なくとも1つの連通スペースマイクロ流体チャネルを更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光合成マイクロ流体チャンバ。
- 葉緑体と生理食塩水を光合成マイクロ流体チャンバに注入するステップと、
少なくとも1つの食塩水注入マイクロ流体チャネルから前記生理食塩水を絶え間なく注入するステップと、
前記光合成マイクロ流体チャンバに光線を照射するステップと、を含み、
前記光合成マイクロ流体チャンバは、少なくとも1つの連通スペースと、複数のマイクロ流体チャネルと、前記少なくとも1つの食塩水注入マイクロ流体チャネルと、複数のフィルタプラグとを含み、前記複数のマイクロ流体チャネルと前記少なくとも1つの食塩水注入マイクロ流体チャネルは、前記少なくとも1つの連通スペースにそれぞれ連接され、前記複数のフィルタプラグは、前記複数のマイクロ流体チャネルと前記少なくとも1つの食塩水注入マイクロ流体チャネルの他端にそれぞれ連接され、前記複数のフィルタプラグは前記葉緑体の流出を防止することを特徴とする、光合成の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの連通スペースが複数の連通スペースである場合、前記複数の連通スペースを連接するための少なくとも1つの連通スペースマイクロ流体チャネルを更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の光合成の方法。
