Description
まず、図2及び図3について、第1の実施形態にかかる計測用治具を説明する。
第2の実施形態について、図4〜図6を用いて説明する。本第2の実施形態は、第1の実施形態(図2及び図3)の変形例であるため、第1の実施形態と同一部分、又は、類似部分には、同一符号を付して、重複する説明を省略する。
第3の実施形態について、図7〜図8を用いて説明する。本第3の実施形態は、第1及び第2の実施形態(図2〜図6)の変形例であるため、第1及び第2の実施形態と同一部分、又は、類似部分には、同一符号を付して重複する説明を省略する。
前述した実施形態の説明は、本発明にかかる円筒管の計測用治具を説明するための例示であって、特許請求の範囲に記載の発明を限定するものではない。また、本発明の各部構成は前記した実施形態に限らず、特許請求の範囲に記載の技術的範囲内で種々の変形が可能である。

Claims (4)
- 円筒管の外周を、測定方向の直径に対して垂直な直径を基準に、凹部を設けた内壁面で両側から挟んで固定する少なくとも一対の固定部材と、
前記固定部材を前記円筒管の外周上に橋渡す第一の保持部材と、
前記固定部材の開放部を開閉可能に保持する第二の保持部材とを備え、
前記固定部材の少なくとも一部は、前記円筒管の軸方向に垂直な平面を形成した円筒管の計測用治具。 - 前記固定部材には、前記円筒管測定方向の延長線上に、超音波厚さ測定器を前記円筒外周部に接触して保持する保持部を設けた請求項1に記載の円筒管の計測用治具。
- 前記固定部材には、内壁面に弾性体を設けた請求項1又は2に記載の円筒管の計測用治具。
- 前記固定部材には、前記円筒管測定方向の延長線上に、非接触式の外径測定器を保持する保持部を設けた、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の円筒管の計測用治具。
