Description
Claims (15)
- 多軸骨固定装置であって、
骨に固定されるべきシャンク(2)と頭部(3)とを有する骨固定要素(1)と;
長手方向軸(C)と、ロッド(100)を受けるためのチャネル(54)と、前記頭部を回動可能に保持するための収容空間(52、51)とを有する受け部(5、5')と;
前記受け部に位置決めされ、前記頭部上に圧力をかけて前記頭部を前記受け部にロックするように構成された圧力部材(7、7'、7''、7''')とを含み;
前記圧力部材(7、7'、7''、7''')は、圧力をかける表面(75)と、自由端(77a、78a)を有する変形可能な部分(77、78;77'、78';77''、78'')とを含み、前記変形可能な部分は少なくとも第1の構成および第2の構成をとるように構成され、前記多軸骨固定装置はさらに、
前記チャネル(54)内に挿入可能であり、前記変形可能な部分上に力をかけるように構成されるロッキング部材(8、8'、8'')を含み;
前記頭部(3)、前記圧力部材(7、7'、7''、7''')および前記ロッキング部材(8、8'、8'')が、前記受け部(5、5')にあるとき、前記変形可能な部分の前記自由端(77a、78a)は前記受け部の支持表面(58a,59b)に抗して当接し、
前記ロッキング部材(8、8'、8'')は前記チャネルにおいて長手方向に沿って可動であり、前記ロッキング部材は前記変形可能な部分(77、78;77'、78';77''、78'')とまず接触し、前記変形可能な部分上に力をかけて、前記変形可能な部分を前記第1の構成から前記第2の構成にもたらし、それによって前記頭部をロックし、
前記変形可能な部分(77、78;77'、78';77''、78'')は、前記第1の構成において、前記ロッキング部材が前記チャネル内に前進させられるとき、前記変形可能な部分が径方向に前記ロッキング部材(8、8'、8'')の経路内に突出するような態様で曲げられ、
前記ロッキング部材(8、8'、8'')がさらに下方に前進させられ、それによって前記変形可能な部分の内側に沿って摺動しても、前記変形可能な部分の前記第2の構成が維持され、それによって、前記ロッキング部材(8、8'、8'')は前記ロッド(100)と接触し、前記ロッドをロックする、多軸骨固定装置。 - 前記変形可能な部分(77、78;77'、78';77''、78'')は弾性的に変形可能である、請求項1に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記変形可能な部分(77、78;77'、78';77''、78'')は、ニッケルチタン合金(NiTi合金)またはβチタンを含む、請求項1または2に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記変形可能な部分(77、78;77'、78';77''、78'')は、ニッケルチタン合金であるニチノールを含む、請求項3に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記圧力部材(7、7'、7''、7''')は主本体(71、72、73)を含み、前記圧力をかける表面(75)は前記頭部(3)に面し、前記変形可能な部分(77、78;77'、78';77''、78'')は、前記圧力部材の、前記圧力をかける表面(75)の反対側にある、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記圧力部材(7、7'、7''、7''')は、ロッド支持表面(74’、74'')のいずれの側上にも延在する少なくとも2つの直立した脚部を含み、前記脚部は各々前記変形可能な部分(77、78;77'、78';77''、78'')を形成する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記脚部は各々長い部分(77b、78b;77b'、78b';77b''、78b'')および短い部分(77c、78c;77c'、78c';77c''、78c'')を含み、前記自由端(77a、78a)は前記短い部分に設けられ、前記長い部分は、前記ロッド支持表面(74、74''')上に載置されるロッドの表面より高い高さまで延在する、請求項6に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記ロッキング部材(8、8')は、前記受け部(5、5')と係合する第1の部材(81)と、前記第1の部材に回転可能に接続される第2の部材(84、84')とを含む、2部品ロッキング要素であり、前記第2の部材は前記変形可能な部分上に作用するように構成される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記変形可能な部分(77、78;77'、78';77''、78'')が、前記第1の構成にあるとき、前記圧力部材(7、7'、7''、7''')は前記頭部(3)をクランプし、前記頭部は、ある角度的な向きにおいて維持されるが、ロックはされない、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記圧力部材(7、7''、7''')は単一体のピースである、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記変形可能な部分(77'、78')は、前記圧力要素の残りの部分(71、72、73)に接続される別部品に含まれ、好ましくは、前記別部品のみが超弾性特性を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記変形可能な部分(77、78;77'、78')は、前記第1の構成から前記第2の構成に弾性的に変形可能であり、それは、前記第2の構成にあるとき、前記ロッキング部材(8、8'、8'')が前記チャネルにおいて戻ると、自動的に前記第1の構成をとる、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
