Description
Claims (10)
- 燃料容器(10)へ燃料を充填する間の内部ガス圧力、および前記燃料によって運転される機械の運転中の燃料消費の間の内部ガス圧力を均等化するための通気装置を有する燃料容器であって、前記通気装置は、通気ライン(28)から液体燃料を分離する分離装置(12)を有する、燃料容器において、
前記分離装置(12)が、ハウジング(14)と、該ハウジングに直接的にまたは配管ラインを介して連結されるパイプ短管(16)とを有し、前記パイプ短管では、前記分離装置(12)を空にするためのポンプとして使用される圧力変動が、燃料の流入と流出の結果としてその中に生じることを特徴とする燃料容器。 - 前記分離装置(12)が第1弁(18)を有し、該第1弁は、燃料が前記パイプ短管(16)に流入する時に開となり、燃料が前記パイプ短管から流出する時には閉となることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料容器。
- 前記第1弁(18)がディスク弁であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料容器。
- 前記第1弁(18)が、前記パイプ短管(16)の壁面、あるいは、前記パイプ短管を前記分離装置(12)のハウジング(14)に接続する配管ラインの壁面に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の燃料容器。
- 前記分離装置(12)が第2弁(20)を有し、該第2弁は、燃料が前記パイプ短管(16)に流入する時に閉となり、燃料が前記パイプ短管から流出する時には開となることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の燃料容器。
- 前記第2弁(20)がディスク弁であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の燃料容器。
- 前記第2弁(20)が、前記ハウジングの内部領域と、前記パイプ短管(16)または前記パイプ短管を前記分離装置のハウジングに接続する配管ラインとの間において、前記分離装置(12)のハウジング(14)の壁面に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の燃料容器。
- 前記分離装置(12)が、燃料蒸気が大気中へ漏出することを防止する活性炭フィルタに、接続ライン(28)を介して接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の燃料容器。
- 原動機付き車両のための請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の燃料容器。
- 燃料容器内に配置される、通気装置の分離装置(12)を空にする方法において、前記燃料容器(10)内に含まれる燃料のスロッシング動作の形態の運動エネルギーを、前記分離装置(12)の弁システム(18、20)に直接的または間接的に作用させることによって、機械的な仕事を実行するために用いられ、前記容器の内部空間から分離区画された容積であって、燃料用の流入開口を有する容積における燃料の前記スロッシング動作が、圧気によるポンプ作用を発生させることを特徴とする方法。
