Description
Claims (10)
- 1,3−ブタジエン(BD)の製造法であって、
前記製造法は、
a)それぞれが4個の炭素原子を含む、分枝および非分枝炭化水素を主に含む、炭化水素流(C4)を調製する工程と、
b)前記炭化水素流(C4)から、第1および第2部分流(i−C4、n−C4)を回収する工程と、
c)前記第1部分流(i−C4)の少なくとも一部またはそれに由来する流れを、第1の高い分解率で、前記第2部分流(n−C4)の少なくとも一部またはそれに由来する流れを、第2の低い分解率で水蒸気分解する工程と、
を含み、
前記第1部分流(i−C4)は、4個の炭素原子を含む分枝炭化水素を主に含み、前記第2部分流(n−C4)は、4個の炭素原子を含む非分枝炭化水素を主に含み、
前記の第1の高い分解率では、前記第1部分流中のイソブタンの転化率が、91%超、99%までとなり、前記の第2の低い分解率では、前記第2部分流中のn−ブタンの転化率が、92%未満、50%超となり、
前記第1および第2部分流(i−C4、n−C4)を、前記工程b)で回収する前に、1,3−ブタジエン(BD)を前記炭化水素流(C4)から分離し、
前記工程a)で調製された炭化水素流(C4)の少なくとも一部を、前記工程c)の水蒸気分解で得られた少なくとも1つの分解ガス(C)から製造する、
ことを特徴とする、1,3−ブタジエン(BD)の製造法。 - 前記第1部分流(i−C4)を第1の高い分解率で水蒸気分解する前に、少なくともその一部を水素化処理することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造法。
- 前記工程a)で調製された炭化水素流(C4)の少なくとも一部が、新規供給物(A)を水蒸気分解して生成した分解ガス(C)から製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の製造法。
- 前記工程a)で調製された炭化水素流(C4)の少なくとも一部が、未分解の新規供給物(A)から生成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の製造法。
- 前記の第1の高い分解率では、前記第1部分流中のイソブタンの転化率が、92%、93%、または94%超となり、前記の第2の低い分解率では、前記第2部分流中のn−ブタンの転化率が、90%、88%、86%、84%、82%、80%、78%、76%、74%、72%、70%、または65%未満、および/または、60%超となることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の製造法。
- 前記の第1の高い分解率が、前記の第2の低い分解率よりも、1から30%高いことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の製造法。
- 前記の第1の高い分解率での水蒸気分解を、0.2から0.7kg/kgの量の水蒸気を用いて行い、前記の第2の低い分解率での水蒸気分解を、0.2から0.7kg/kgの量の水蒸気を用いて行うことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の製造法。
- 前記の第1の高い分解率での、および/または、前記の第2の低い分解率での水蒸気分解を、それぞれに、少なくとも1つの再循環流、および/または、少なくとも1つの新規供給物の形で、少なくとも1つの別の炉供給物(A)が供給されている、少なくとも1つの分解炉(12、13)中で行うことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の製造法。
- 前記1,3−ブタジエン(BD)の分離後、前記炭化水素流(C4)に含まれるイソブテンの少なくとも一部を反応させてtert−ブチルエーテルを生成し、前記tert−ブチルエーテルも前記炭化水素流(C4)から分離することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の製造法。
- 前記炭化水素流(C4)に含まれる1−ブテンの少なくとも一部を水素化異性化して2−ブテンとすることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の製造法。
