Claims (8)
- ガスタービンエンジンまたは航空機のうちの少なくとも1つに少なくとも部分的に組み込むための熱管理システムであって、
中を流れる熱交換流体を有する熱輸送バス(102)と、
前記熱輸送バス(102)内で前記熱交換流体の流れを生成するポンプ(104)と、
前記熱輸送バス(102)内で前記熱交換流体と熱連通する1つ以上の熱源交換器(106)と、
前記熱交換流体から、前記ガスタービンエンジンまたは前記航空機の1つ以上の構成要素の表面に熱を伝達するため、前記1つ以上の熱源交換器(106)の下流に位置する前記熱輸送バス(102)内の前記熱交換流体と熱連通する表面熱交換モジュール(136)と、
前記表面熱交換モジュール(136)により冷却された前記熱交換流体を受け取り、前記航空機の燃料から熱を除去するよう構成された燃料冷却装置(144)と、
を備え、
前記表面熱交換モジュール(136)への前記熱交換流体が、表面熱交換モジュール弁により選択的にバイパスラインに迂回される、熱管理システム。 - ガスタービンエンジンまたは航空機のうちの少なくとも1つに少なくとも部分的に組み込むための熱管理システムであって、
中を流れる熱交換流体を有する熱輸送バス(102)と、
前記熱輸送バス(102)内で前記熱交換流体の流れを生成するポンプ(104)と、
前記熱輸送バス(102)内で前記熱交換流体と熱連通する1つ以上の熱源交換器(106)と、
前記熱交換流体から、前記ガスタービンエンジンまたは前記航空機の1つ以上の構成要素の表面に熱を伝達するため、前記1つ以上の熱源交換器(106)の下流に位置する前記熱輸送バス(102)内の前記熱交換流体と熱連通する表面熱交換モジュール(136)と、
前記表面熱交換モジュール(136)により冷却された前記熱交換流体を受け取り、前記航空機の燃料から熱を除去するよう構成された燃料冷却装置(144)と、
を備え、
前記熱管理システムが、前記熱輸送バス(102)内に前記熱交換流体と熱連通する複数の熱源交換器(106)を備え、
前記複数の熱源交換器(106)のうちの2つが、前記航空機の共通した構成要素に配置された冗長性のある熱源交換器(106)であり、
前記冗長性のある熱源交換器(106)がバイパスライン(110)及びバイパス弁により選択的に迂回される、熱管理システム。 - ガスタービンエンジンまたは航空機のうちの少なくとも1つに少なくとも部分的に組み込むための熱管理システムであって、
中を流れる熱交換流体を有する熱輸送バス(102)と、
前記熱輸送バス(102)内で前記熱交換流体の流れを生成するポンプ(104)と、
前記熱輸送バス(102)内で前記熱交換流体と熱連通する1つ以上の熱源交換器(106)と、
前記熱交換流体から、前記ガスタービンエンジンまたは前記航空機の1つ以上の構成要素の表面に熱を伝達するため、前記1つ以上の熱源交換器(106)の下流に位置する前記熱輸送バス(102)内の前記熱交換流体と熱連通する表面熱交換モジュール(136)と、
前記表面熱交換モジュール(136)により冷却された前記熱交換流体を受け取り、前記航空機の燃料から熱を除去するよう構成された燃料冷却装置(144)と、
前記熱輸送バス(102)内の前記熱交換流体から熱を除去するため、前記熱輸送バス(102)内の前記熱交換流体と熱連通する1つ以上のヒートシンク交換器(108)と、
前記1つ以上の熱源交換器(106)の下流位置および前記1つ以上のヒートシンク交換器(108)の上流位置で前記熱交換流体と選択的に流体連通した圧縮機と、
前記1つ以上のヒートシンク交換器(108)の下流位置および前記1つ以上の熱源交換器(106)の上流位置で前記熱交換流体と選択的に流体連通した膨張装置と、
を備え、
前記膨張装置が発電装置として利用される、熱管理システム。 - 前記表面熱交換モジュール(136)が、前記ガスタービンエンジンまたは前記航空機の前記1つ以上の構成要素の表面に組み込まれる1つ以上の熱交換器(238)を含み、
前記ガスタービンエンジンまたは前記航空機の前記1つ以上の構成要素が、前記ガスタービンエンジンの導入口案内静翼、前記ガスタービンエンジンのノーズカウル(230)または前記ガスタービンエンジンのファンカウル(232)のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の熱管理システム。 - 前記表面熱交換モジュール(136)が、除氷モジュールとして構成される、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の熱管理システム。
- 複数の熱源交換器(106)が、熱輸送バス(102)に沿って直列に配置される、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の熱管理システム。
- 前記1つ以上の熱源交換器(106)が、少なくとも1つの空気対熱交換流体熱交換器および少なくとも1つの液体対熱交換流体熱交換器を含む、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の熱管理システム。
- 前記1つ以上の熱源交換器(106)が、前記ガスタービンエンジンの補助システムから前記熱輸送バス(102)内の前記熱交換流体へ熱を伝達するために構成される、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の熱管理システム。
