Description
Claims (6)
- 細胞を含む試料を凹形状の底部上に保持する保持部を有する試料ケースによって保持された前記細胞を観察する細胞観察装置であって、
前記試料ケースを載置するための載置部と、
第1の電極と第2の電極とを含む電極対を有する電気刺激部と、
前記試料ケースの前記保持部内に前記電極対が配置される際に、前記第1の電極が前記第2の電極に対して前記保持部の中心部寄りに配置された状態で、前記電気刺激部の位置を制御する位置制御部とを備え、
前記第1の電極及び前記第2の電極は、前記保持部に対向して伸びた形状を有しており、
前記第2の電極は筒形状であり、
前記第1の電極は前記第2の電極の内部に配置され、
前記第1の電極の先端は、前記第2の電極の先端よりも伸びている、
細胞観察装置。 - 前記第1の電極は柱形状である、
請求項1に記載の細胞観察装置。 - 前記第1の電極の先端の幅は、前記第2の電極の先端の幅よりも小さい、
請求項1又は2に記載の細胞観察装置。 - 細胞を含む試料を凹形状の底部上に保持する保持部を有する試料ケースに挿入されて、前記細胞に電気刺激を印加する電気刺激装置であって、
第1の電極と第2の電極とを含む電極対を備え、
前記第1の電極及び前記第2の電極は、前記保持部に対向して伸びた形状を有しており、
前記第2の電極は筒形状であり、
前記第1の電極は前記第2の電極の内部に配置され、
前記第1の電極の先端は、前記第2の電極の先端よりも伸びており、
前記試料ケースの前記保持部内に前記電極対が配置される際に、前記第1の電極が前記第2の電極に対して前記保持部の中心部寄りに配置される、
電気刺激装置。 - 前記第1の電極は柱形状である、
