The sealing plug 1 has a top plate 3 having a thin thin-walled piercing portion 2 (a whitened portion in FIG. 1) which can be easily pierced with a hollow needle, and a side wall portion hanging down cylindrically from the top plate 3 4 is provided. The inner side of the side wall portion 4 has a structure that can be screwed or fitted to the opening of the container.
