Description
Claims (11)
- マトリックス状に配置された複数の画素開口部を含む有機発光アレイ、及び
前記有機発光アレイと合着されたタッチ電極アレイを含み、
前記タッチ電極アレイは、
第1方向に配置され、複数の格子構造を含む複数の第1メッシュ電極と、前記第1メッシュ電極から絶縁され、前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に配置され、複数の格子構造を含む複数の第2メッシュ電極とを含み、
前記第1及び第2メッシュ電極のそれぞれは、
前記画素開口部上に重畳するように配置された複数の重畳部と、前記画素開口部の間に対応するように配置された未重畳部とを含み、
前記複数の重畳部の少なくとも一部は、前記未重畳部と違う物質で形成された輝度改善部を含む、有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第1及び第2メッシュ電極の前記格子構造は、前記画素開口部上に重畳するように配置される、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1メッシュ電極は、互いに異なる第3及び第4方向に交差するように配置され、格子構造を形成する複数の第1ライン電極及び第2ライン電極を含み、
前記第2メッシュ電極は、互いに異なる第3及び第4方向に交差するように配置され格子構造を形成する複数の第3及び第4ライン電極を含み、
前記輝度改善部は、前記第1及び第2ライン電極の少なくとも一つの前記重畳部に位置する領域を含む、請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記輝度改善部は、透明導電性物質で形成される、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1及び第2メッシュ電極と違う層に配置され、コンタクトホールを介して第1方向に隣り合う前記第1メッシュ電極を互いに電気的に連結するブリッジ、及び
前記第1及び第2メッシュ電極と同一層に配置され、前記第2方向に隣り合う前記第2メッシュ電極を連結する連結部メッシュパターンをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記連結部メッシュパターンの前記画素開口部と重畳する領域に、輝度改善部をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記画素開口部に対応するように配置されたセグメント電極をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記セグメント電極は、透明導電性物質で形成される、請求項7に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記輝度改善部及び前記セグメント電極は、同じ透明導電性物質で同時に形成される、請求項7に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記重畳部のうち輝度改善部を含む重畳部は、互いにk(kは自然数)個の重畳部を挟むように離隔している、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記輝度改善部のうち最も隣接した二つの輝度改善部のいずれか一つは、前記第1〜第4ライン電極のうち、前記第3方向に配列されたライン電極の重畳部に位置する領域を含み、他の一つは、前記第4方向に配列されたライン電極の前記重畳部に位置する領域を含む、請求項3に記載の有機発光表示装置。
