Description
Claims (12)
- 両端間に短手方向の枢動軸を画定する掘削機用の箱状セクションアームを製造する方法であって、
前記箱状セクションアームの一側が、前記枢動軸に整合する短手方向平面に一致する複数の実質的に平坦な板部材を含み、
各板部材は、互いに隣接する端において短手方向に対向する突出部を含み、
前記方法は、
短手方向の溶接を行って前記板部材を一緒にすることであって、前記溶接は、一側の突出部で開始し、かつ、対向側の突出部で終了することと、
両側において前記突出部及び溶接部の部分的な除去を行うことと
を含む方法。 - 前記短手方向の溶接を行うステップは連続肉盛溶接による、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記板部材の隣接端を面取りして、前記短手方向の溶接のための「V」字形状のスロットを設ける予備的ステップを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記枢動軸は、前記箱状セクションアームの両側にあって前記板部材間の橋渡しをする環状軸受によって画定され、
前記方法は、前記環状軸受を前記板部材に溶接するステップを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記枢動軸は、前記箱状セクションアームの、前記板部材に直接隣接する一側に位置決めされる、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記環状軸受はそれぞれ、前記枢動軸まわりに共通軸を備えた外向き円形ボスを含み、
前記突出部は、各ボス未満の突出となるように除去される、請求項4又は5に記載の方法。 - 前記突出部は、長さが約50〜75%だけ低減される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記突出部は、長さが10〜20mmだけ低減される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記突出部は、前記部分的な除去の後、5〜15mmだけ突出する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記部分的な除去のステップは研削による、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 両端間に短手方向の枢動軸を画定する掘削機用の箱状セクションアームであって、
前記箱状セクションアームの一側が、前記枢動軸に整合する短手方向平面に一致する2つの実質的に平坦な板部材を含み、
各板部材は、互いに隣接する端において短手方向に対向する突出部を含み、
前記突出部間には連続溶接ビードが突出し、
前記突出部は、10〜20mmだけ突出し、かつ、面一な端面を有する箱状セクションアーム。 - 請求項11に記載の箱状セクションアームを有する掘削機。
