三菱化学社(東京都千代田区)製、商品名「ダイアイオンSK1BH」(ゲル型強酸性陽イオン交換樹脂粒子)を、110℃のオーブン(アドバンテック社(東京都文京区)製DRM620DB)中で36時間以上乾燥して、平均粒子径d2が440μmの乾燥ゲル粉末A0を得た。次いで、乾燥ゲル粉末A0を粉砕して、平均粒子径d2が40μm(A1)、60μm(A2)、83μm(A3)、90μm(A4)、及び100μm(A5)の乾燥ゲル粉末A1〜A5をそれぞれ調製した。
ダウケミカル社製、商品名「ダウエックス マラソン MSC」(強酸性カチオン交換樹脂粒子、吸水率:約50%、線膨張率α:0.17)を、110℃のオーブン(アドバンテック社(東京都文京区)製DRM620DB)中で36時間以上乾燥して、平均粒子径d2が110μmの乾燥ゲル粉末B1を調製した。
以下の実施例においては、熱可塑性樹脂粉末A1として、セラニーズ社製(ドイツ、オーバーハウゼン)製、商品名「GUR 2126」(超高分子量ポリエチレン粉末、重量平均分子量:約4.5×106g/mol、平均粒子径d1:32μm)を用いた。また、熱可塑性樹脂粉末A2として、セラニーズ社製(ドイツ、オーバーハウゼン)製、商品名「GUR 2122」(超高分子量ポリエチレン粉末、重量平均分子量:約4.5×106g/mol、平均粒子径d1:130μm)を用いた。
以下の実施例においては、熱可塑性樹脂粉末B1として、東レ社(東京都中央区)製、商品名「アラミンSP−500」(半結晶性ポリアミド12(PA12)微粒子、平均粒子径d1:5μm)を用いた。また、熱可塑性樹脂粉末B2として、東レ社(東京都中央区)製、商品名「アラミンSP−10」(半結晶性ポリアミド12(PA12)微粒子、平均粒子径d1:10μm)を用いた。
平均粒子径90μmの乾燥ゲル粉末A4(50質量部)と平均粒子径32μmの熱可塑性樹脂粉末A1(50質量部)を混合し、円形ディスク状の型に充填後、160℃のオーブンで10分加熱し、厚さ5mm、直径47mm、重量5gの円形ディスク状の多孔質成形体を作製した。
最大曲げ応力=(3×F×L)/(2×b×h2)
乾燥ゲル粉末として、平均粒子径60μmの乾燥ゲル粉末A2を用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして、厚さ5mm、直径47mm、重量5gの円形ディスク状の多孔質成形体を作製した。
乾燥ゲル粉末として、平均粒子径440μmの乾燥ゲル粉末A0を用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして、厚さ5mm、直径47mm、重量5gの円形ディスク状の多孔質成形体を作製した。
平均粒子径100μmの乾燥ゲル粉末A5(70質量部)と平均粒子径32μmの熱可塑性樹脂粉末A1(30質量部)を混合し、円形ディスク状の型に充填後、160℃のオーブンで10分加熱し、厚さ5mm、直径47mmの円形ディスク状の多孔質成形体を作製した。
乾燥ゲル粉末A5及び熱可塑性樹脂粉末A1の配合量を50質量部に変更したこと以外は、実施例3と同様にして、厚さ5mm、直径47mmの円形ディスク状の多孔質成形体を作製した。
乾燥ゲル粉末として、平均粒子径40μmの乾燥ゲル粉末A1を用いたこと以外は、実施例3と同様にして、厚さ5mm、直径47mmの円形ディスク状の多孔質成形体を作製した。
熱可塑性樹脂粉末として、平均粒子径130μmの熱可塑性樹脂粉末A2を用いたこと以外は、実施例3と同様にして、厚さ5mm、直径47mmの円形ディスク状の多孔質成形体を作製した。
平均粒子径100μmの乾燥ゲル粉末A5(50質量部)と平均粒子径130μmの熱可塑性樹脂粉末A2(50質量部)を混合したこと以外は、実施例3と同様にして、厚さ5mm、直径47mmの円形ディスク状の多孔質成形体を作製した。
乾燥ゲル粉末として平均粒子径83μmの乾燥ゲル粉末A3を用い、熱可塑性樹脂粉末として平均粒子径130μmの熱可塑性樹脂粉末A2を用いたこと以外は、実施例3と同様にして、厚さ5mm、直径47mmの円形ディスク状の多孔質成形体を作製した。
平均粒子径83μmの乾燥ゲル粉末A3(50質量部)と平均粒子径130μmの熱可塑性樹脂粉末A2(50質量部)を混合したこと以外は、実施例3と同様にして、厚さ5mm、直径47mmの円形ディスク状の多孔質成形体を作製した。
平均粒子径110μmの乾燥ゲル粉末B1(60質量部)と平均粒子径5μmの熱可塑性樹脂粉末B1(40質量部)とを混合し、円形ディスク状の型に充填後、180℃のオーブンで10分焼成して、厚さ5mm、直径47mmの円形ディスク状の多孔質成形体を作製した。
熱可塑性樹脂粉末として、平均粒子径10μmの熱可塑性樹脂粉末B2を用いたこと以外は、実施例6と同様にして、厚さ5mm、直径47mmの円形ディスク状の多孔質成形体を作製した。
Claims (13)
- 乾燥ゲル粉末及び熱可塑性樹脂粉末を含む混合粉末を焼結してなる多孔質成形体であって、
前記熱可塑性樹脂粉末が非球形であり、且つ、ポリアミド及びメルトインデックスが1.0g/10min以下の超高分子量ポリエチレンからなる群より選択される少なくとも一種を含み、
前記熱可塑性樹脂粉末の平均粒子径d1に対する前記乾燥ゲル粉末の平均粒子径d2の比d2/d1が1.3以上であり、
前記熱可塑性樹脂粉末の平均粒子径d1に対する、前記乾燥ゲル粉末の平均粒子径d2と前記乾燥ゲル粉末の吸水膨潤時の平均粒子径d3との差の比(d3−d2)/d1が0.2以上4.0以下である、多孔質成形体。 - 前記乾燥ゲル粉末の吸水率が、30質量%以上90質量%以下である、請求項1に記載の多孔質成形体。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂粉末の平均粒子径d1が、0.1μm以上100μm以下である、請求項1又は2に記載の多孔質成形体。
- 前記乾燥ゲル粉末の平均粒子径d2が、50μm以上250μm以下である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質成形体。

前記超高分子量ポリエチレンの重量平均分子量が1.0×106g/mol以上1.2×107g/mol以下である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質成形体。 - 前記熱可塑性樹脂粉末が、小球粒子が葡萄の房状に凝集した形状、又は、球状粒子に複数の突起が形成された金平糖状の形状を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質成形体。
- 前記乾燥ゲル粉末が、イオン交換基及びキレート基からなる群より選択される少なくとも一種の機能性基を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質成形体。
- 前記混合粉末中の前記乾燥ゲル粉末の含有量が、前記熱可塑性樹脂粉末の含有量100質量部に対して、100質量部以上900質量部以下である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質成形体。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質成形体を水で膨潤させてなる、ゲル状成形体。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質成形体、及び/又は、請求項10に記載のゲル状成形体を含む、フィルタ。
- 処理液中の水分を除去する方法であって、
請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質成形体を含むフィルタに、前記処理液を通液する工程を有する、水分の除去方法。 - 処理液中の金属イオンを除去する方法であって、
請求項10に記載のゲル状成形体を含むフィルタに、前記処理液を通液する工程を有する、金属イオンの除去方法。
