Description

The present invention relates to a hanging guide light and a hanging device used therefor.

DESCRIPTION OF RELATED ART Conventionally, the suspension type guide lamp used by suspending indoors is known. Such a guide light includes a guide light main body that functions as a sign indicating an evacuation passage, and a suspension device used to suspend the guide light main body. The suspending device includes an installation plate fixed to a wiring box embedded in a ceiling or the like, and a conduit provided between the installation plate and the guide lamp main body.

However, in the conventional suspension type guide light, the conduit is constituted by a rigid tube which is not easily bent and deformed. Therefore, the connecting portion between the mounting plate and the conduit or the connecting portion between the guide lamp main body and the conduit is easily damaged by impact or vibration. Moreover, in the case of the conventional suspension type guide light, in order to change the installation direction of a guide light main body, the hanging fixture had to be removed. Furthermore, when replacing with another hanging guide light, the replacement work is troublesome because there is no place for placing the electric wire.

The first problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a hanging device and a hanging guide light capable of reducing damage due to impact or vibration. The present invention described in the above 1 can mitigate impact or vibration by bending deformation of a flexible tube. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to reduce damage due to impact or vibration . In addition, since the flexible tube is made of metal, the flexible tube is difficult to burn or melt due to a fire. Therefore, according to the present invention, the guide lamp main body can be prevented from falling at the time of fire.
According to the invention described in 2 above, since the conduit is in spherical contact with the socket, it can rotate around the central axis of the conduit. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to easily change the installation direction of the guide lamp main body without removing the entire suspension device. Further, since the conduit can also rotate in the direction in which the central axis inclines, it is possible to install the guide lamp main body vertically to the installation surface having the slope. Furthermore, by rotating the connection portion of the conduit in the socket, it is possible to mitigate shock or vibration, and thus it is possible to more effectively prevent damage due to shock or vibration.
According to the invention described in the above 3, the electric wire to be reused can be stored in a box. Therefore, according to the present invention, the work of replacing the hanging guide light is facilitated.
Since the present invention described in the above 4 includes the hanging device described in any one of the items 1 to 3 , it is possible to provide a hanging type guide lamp having the above-described effect.

FIG. 1 is a view showing a hanging guide light according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Hereinafter, the embodiments of the present invention will be more specifically described based on examples of the present invention, but the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the contents of the following description.

As shown in FIG. 1, the suspension type guide light according to the embodiment of the present invention is configured to have a guide light main body 10 and a suspension device 20.

The guide lamp main body 10 may be anything as long as it functions as a sign indicating an evacuation passage or the like. The guide light main body 10 adopted in the present embodiment includes a display plate 11 on which a symbol mark (pictogram) representing an evacuation path is drawn, and a light emitting device (not shown) for irradiating the display plate 11 with light. It is configured to be easily visible even in a dark place.

The hanging device 20 is a device used to suspend the guide light main body 10. The suspending device 20 adopted in the present embodiment is configured to have the installation plate 21 and the electric conduit 22.

The installation board 21 may be directly attached to a wiring box (not shown) embedded in a ceiling or the like. However, when the installation board 21 is removed in order to replace the hanging guide light, the work becomes troublesome because there is no place for re-use of the electric wire.

In the present embodiment, the above problem is solved by providing the box 23 between the installation plate 21 and the wiring box. That is, in the present embodiment, the box 23 is attached to the wiring box, and the mounting plate 21 is attached to the box 23. The box 23 has an internal space in which the electric wire to be reused can be stored. According to this configuration, since the electric wire to be reused can be stored in the box 23 after the installation plate 21 is removed, there is no problem in the place for arranging the electric wire, and the electric wire can be easily taken out from the box 23 and reused Can. Therefore, replacement work of the hanging type guide light becomes easy.

The conduit 22 is provided between the installation plate 21 and the guide light main body 10. An electric wire for supplying power to a light emitting device or the like installed in the inside of the induction lamp main body 10 is accommodated in the electric conduit 22.

The conduit 22 is configured to include a rigid tube 22 a and a flexible tube 22 b. The rigid tube 22a is preferably made of a metal material excellent in fire resistance and heat resistance such as iron, aluminum, stainless steel and the like. In particular, stainless steel is preferable as the material of the rigid pipe 22a because it has high corrosion resistance. The rigid tube 22a may be directly connected to the installation plate 21, but in this case, there is a risk that the connection portion between the rigid tube 22a and the installation plate 21 may be damaged by impact or vibration. In the present embodiment, in order to eliminate such a defect, a socket 24 in spherical contact with the conduit 22 is provided between the installation plate 21 and the conduit 22 (that is, the rigid tube 22a).

A ball portion 22c having a spherical surface is provided at one end of the rigid tube 22a employed in the present embodiment. On the other hand, the socket 24 is provided with a holding member 24a for fixing the ball portion 22c of the rigid tube 22a. The holding member 24a is pressed against the ball portion 22c of the rigid tube 22a by tightening the screw 24b. The rigid tube 22a is fixed so as not to rotate by holding the holding member 24a against the ball portion 22c.

When a load is concentrated on the connection between the rigid tube 22 a and the socket 24 due to a strong impact or a large vibration, the ball portion 22 c can rotate inside the socket 24. Therefore, according to this configuration, breakage of the portion can be effectively prevented.

By loosening the screw 24b and releasing the holding member 24a from being pressed against the ball portion 22c, the rigid tube 22a can freely rotate around the central axis A. Therefore, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to easily change the installation direction of the guide lamp main body 10 without removing the hanging device 20.

Further, by releasing the state in which the holding member 24a is pressed against the ball portion 22c, the rigid tube 22a can also rotate in the direction in which the central axis A inclines. Therefore, according to the present embodiment, it is also possible to install the guide lamp main body 10 perpendicularly to the installation surface having a slope.

The flexible tube 22b is preferably made of metal for the same reason as the rigid tube 22a. In particular, stainless steel is preferable as the material of the flexible tube 22b because it has high corrosion resistance. The flexible tube 22b employed in the present embodiment is a cylindrical tube formed by spirally winding a material processed into a shape having irregularities. One end of the flexible tube 22 b is connected to the rigid tube 22 a, and the other end of the flexible tube 22 b is connected to the guide lamp body 10.

Unlike the rigid tube 22a, the flexible tube 22b allows the tube to be freely bent. Therefore, according to this configuration, impact deformation or vibration can be mitigated by bending deformation of the flexible tube 22b. As a result, according to the present embodiment, breakage of the connection portion of the conduit 22 due to impact or vibration can be reduced.

The metal flexible tube 22 b is difficult to burn or melt at the time of a fire, and thus can prevent the guide light main body 10 from falling. It can also protect the wires from fire. Furthermore, even when the wire is ignited, the spread of the fire can be prevented.
