Next, as shown in FIG. 8C, the female screw portion 31 of the other pole member 3 is screwed into the connecting screw 4 exposed from the screw hole 23 of the plate-like piece 2. Then, as shown in FIG. 8 (d), the plate-like piece 2 is attached between the two pole members 3, 3.
And if the horizontal connection of the plate-like pieces 2 shown in FIG. 7 and the connection of the plate-like piece 2 and the pole member 3 shown in FIG. 8 are combined in plurality, the cat playable play tool shown in FIG. 1 is completed. In the present embodiment, the uppermost plate-like piece 2 and the pole member 3 are screwed with a bolt (not shown) that can be screwed to the female screw portion 31 instead of the connection screw 4.
As described above, since the cat play toy 1 is configured, it can be easily assembled, and the shelf board of each step can be deformed into a desired shape and size by connecting the plate-like pieces 2. is there.
Moreover, in the said 1st Embodiment, since all the shapes of the plate-shaped piece 2 which comprises the assembly-type play tool 1 for cats were made the same shape, in the manufacturer of the assembly play tool 1 for cats, plate-shaped This leads to the reduction of the manufacturing cost of the piece 2 and the facilitation of the manufacturing, and on the other hand, the user can easily manage the plate-like piece 2 and easily exchange it.
In order to produce the above-described effects, in the first embodiment, the plate-like pieces 2 have the same shape, but the plate-like pieces have different shapes to constitute a cat playable play apparatus. It is also possible to combine the different shaped plate-like pieces in this manner, which is preferable because variations in the shape of the shelf board of each step are also increased. An example of such a form is a cat playable toy 100 according to a second embodiment shown in FIG.
Hereinafter, the configuration of the cat assembling play device 100 will be described with reference to FIGS. 9 to 13. The same reference numerals are used for the same components as those in the first embodiment, and the detailed description is omitted.
The perspective view which shows the use condition of the disassembling-type play tool 100 for cats which concerns on 2nd Embodiment is shown in figure by FIG. 9, The disassembling-type play toy 100 for cats is the plate-shaped piece 2X, and the plate-shaped piece 2Y. While being located under the 2nd outline part 202 of flat plate member 20c, it is laminated so that the 2nd outline part 202 may be located in the 1st outline part 201 of flat plate member 20c of the third layer.
Next, the configuration of the plate-like piece 2Y will be described. FIG. 10 (b) shows a plan view of the plate-like piece 2Y, and FIG. 12 (a) shows the first layer flat member 20A and the third layer flat member 20C constituting the plate-like piece 2Y. In b), a second-layer flat plate member 20B and a fourth-layer flat plate member 20D constituting the plate-like piece 2Y are respectively illustrated. Although these four flat plate members have the same shape, they are separately illustrated with different reference numerals because they have different orientations when stacked. Note that the third layer flat plate member 20C is stacked in the same direction as the first layer flat plate member 20A, so the third layer flat plate member 20C has reference numerals omitted in the drawings. Similarly, since the fourth layer flat plate member 20D is stacked in the same direction as the second layer flat plate member 20B, the reference numeral for the fourth layer flat plate member 20D is also shown in parentheses and the illustration is omitted. There is.
The plate-like piece 2Y is a plate-like member in which the four flat plate members 20A, 20B, 20C, and 20D are stacked and adhered, and as shown in FIG. 10 (b), a connecting portion formed in four directions. 21Y, a screw hole 22Y drilled in the connecting portion 21Y, and a screw hole 23Y for inserting the connecting screw 4 formed at the center. Each of the four flat plate members 20A, 20B, 20C, and 20D is connected to the first contour portion 201 having a convex shape in a side view and the first contour portion 201 and has a concave shape in a side view concave corresponding to the first contour portion 201. The two contour portions 202 are provided, and the manner of illustration thereof is the same as that of the first embodiment.
When four flat plate members 20A, 20B, 20C, and 20D configured in this way are stacked and bonded, a plate-like piece 2Y is completed. Specifically, partial screw holes 220A, 220B, 220C, and 220D constituting screw holes 22Y are provided in the flat plate members 20A, 20B, 20C, and 20D, respectively, and similarly, screw holes 23Y are formed. Partial screw holes 230A, 230B, 230C, 230D are provided. The four flat plate members 20A, 20B, 20C, and 20D are stacked and bonded such that the partial screw holes communicate with each other. That is, four partial screw holes 220A and four partial screw holes 220C, four partial screw holes 220B and four partial screw holes 220D, and all partial screw holes 230A, 230B, 230C, and 230D communicate with one another. The flat plate members 20A, 20B, 20C, and 20D are stacked and adhered. Then, while the first contour portion 201 of the second flat plate member 20B is positioned below the second contour portion 202 of the first flat plate member 20A, the second contour portion 202 is a first flat plate The third layer flat plate member 20C is laminated so as to be positioned at the first contour portion 201 of the member 20A, and the first contour portion 201 is positioned below the second contour portion 202 of the second layer flat plate member 20B. And the second contour portion 202 is stacked on the first contour portion 201 of the flat plate member 20B of the second layer, and the first contour portion 201 of the fourth layer is the third layer. While being located under the 2nd outline part 202 of flat plate member 20C, it is laminated so that the 2nd outline part 202 may be located in the 1st outline part 201 of flat plate member 20C of the third layer.
By thus forming the plate-like pieces 2X and 2Y, as shown in FIG. 10 (a), the plate-like piece 2X is provided with the connecting portions 21X in three directions, and the plate-like piece 2Y is as shown in FIG. As shown, the connecting portions 21Y are provided in four directions, and the plate-like pieces 2X are easily connected in three directions and the plate-like pieces 2Y are easily connected in four directions by the connecting portions 21X and 21Y. It becomes possible. The connection method will be described later.
Also in the second embodiment, the configurations of the pole member 3, the connecting screw 4, the connecting bolt 5 and the connecting nut 6 are the same, and the method of connecting the plate-like piece 2 X or the plate-like piece 2 Y to the pole member 3 is the same. Therefore, the explanation is omitted.
Next, how to connect the plate-like pieces will be described with reference to FIG.
First, as shown in FIG. 13A, the connecting portion 21Y of the plate-like piece 2Y and the connecting portion 21X of the plate-like piece 2X are opposed to each other. Then, in the first layer and the third layer, a contour portion in which the first contour portion 201 and the second contour portion 202 of the plate-like piece 2Y are connected, and a second contour portion 202 of the plate-like piece 2X and the first A contour portion in which the contour portion 201 is connected is opposed to each other, and in the second and fourth layers, a contour portion in which the second contour portion 202 of the plate-like piece 2Y and the first contour portion 201 are concatenated The contoured portion formed by connecting the first contoured portion 201 and the second contoured portion 202 of the plate-like piece 2X is opposed to each other.
From this state, as shown in FIG. 13B, the connecting portions 21Y and 21X are fitted to each other. Specifically, in the connecting portions 21Y and 21X, the first layer of the plate-like piece 2X is the first layer, the second layer is the second layer of the plate-like piece 2Y, and the third layer is the third layer of the plate-like piece 2X The fourth layer is stacked on the fourth layer of the plate-like piece 2Y, and the connection portions 21Y and 21X are fitted.
Then, when the connecting portions 21Y and 21X are completely fitted, in the first and third layers, a contour portion formed by connecting the first contour portion 201 and the second contour portion 202 of the plate-like piece 2Y. And the second contour portion 202 of the plate-like piece 2X and the contour portion formed by connecting the first contour portion 201 face each other, and in the second and fourth layers, the second contour portion 202 of the plate-like piece 2Y And the first contour portion 201 are connected to each other, and the contour portion formed by connecting the first contour portion 201 and the second contour portion 202 of the plate-like piece 2X butt together. At the same time, the screw holes 22Y of the plate-like piece 2Y and the screw holes 22X of the plate-like piece 2X are aligned to form screw holes 22 (XY) for inserting the connection bolt 5 at two places.
The connection bolt 5 is inserted into the screw hole 22 (XY), and a portion exposed from the plate-like piece 2Y is fastened with the connection nut 6. As shown in FIG. 13 (d), the plate-like piece 2Y and the plate-like piece 2X is completely linked.
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 13, since the plate-like piece 2Y and the plate-like piece 2X are fitted at two places, left and right, in the connecting portions 21Y and 21X, both of them are better than the first embodiment. The degree of connection of the plate-like pieces becomes strong, which is preferable.
The subsequent method of assembling the cat assembling play device 100 is the same as that of the first embodiment, and thus the description thereof is omitted. In the first embodiment and the second embodiment, the leg is attached to the lower side of the lowermost stage, and from the viewpoint of sharing parts, this leg uses a pole member, but other members are used for drawing reasons Hidden in the figure is not shown. Although the method of attaching the legs may use the method of connecting the pole members described above, it may be attached using a bolt that fits into the screw hole 31. If you place the lowermost floor directly on the floor, you do not need to attach this leg.
As described above, since the cat playable toy in this embodiment is configured as described above, the assembly is easy, and the shape and size of the shelf board of each step can be freely and easily changed. is there.
In addition, the said embodiment is only an example, and is not limited to this. For example, although plate-like pieces were screwed together by a connection bolt and a connection nut, a spring pin can be substituted. In addition, although the pole members are configured to be screwed together, it is also possible to change to, for example, the fitting structure of the boss and the boss hole instead of the connection pin. Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, the plate-like piece has a laminated structure of four flat plate members, but may have a structure of six layers, eight layers, or the like.
