Claims (7)
- 駆動力の伝達を受け、吸入空間(S1)から冷媒を吸入し圧縮して吐出空間(S2)に吐出する圧縮器具(2)と、
前記吐出空間(S2)に備えられ、前記圧縮器具(2)から吐出される冷媒から分離されたオイルを捕集するオイル貯蔵室(54)と、
前記オイル貯蔵室(54)のオイルを前記吸入空間(S1)に案内するオイル回収流路(56)と、
前記オイル回収流路(56)に備えられ、前記オイル回収流路(56)よりも小さい内径を有するオリフィス孔(582d)によって前記オイル回収流路(56)を通過するオイルの圧力を減圧させる減圧器具(58)と、を含み、
前記減圧器具(58)は、前記オイル貯蔵室(54)の圧力が増加されると、前記オリフィス孔(582d)の内径が減少されるように形成され、
前記減圧器具(58)は、前記オリフィス孔(582d)が形成されるオリフィス部材(582)と、
前記オリフィス孔(582d)に流入されるオイルから異物を分離するフィルター部材(584)と、
前記フィルター部材(584)を前記オリフィス部材(582)に固定する支持部材(586)と、を含み、
前記オリフィス部材(582)は、弾性材質で形成され、
前記オリフィス部材(582)は、
環状に形成される第1先端面(582a)と、
前記第1先端面(582a)の背面を形成する環状の第2先端面(582b)と、
前記第1先端面(582a)の外周部と前記第2先端面(582b)の外周部を連結する外周面(582c)と、
前記第1先端面(582a)の内周部と前記第2先端面(582b)の内周部を連結し、 前記オリフィス孔(582d)を形成する内周面(582d)と、を含み、
前記第1先端面(582a)は前記オイル回収流路(56)の上流側に位置し、
前記第2先端面(582b)は前記オイル回収流路(56)の下流側に位置し、
前記支持部材(586)は、
前記オリフィス部材(582)の第1先端面(582a)を覆蓋し、前記フィルター部材(584)が設けられる第1支持部材(5862)と、
前記第1支持部材(5862)に結合され、前記オリフィス部材(582)の第2先端面(582b)と外周面(582c)を支持する第2支持部材(5864)と、を含むことを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 前記オリフィス部材(582)は、前記オイル貯蔵室(54)の圧力が、予め決定された第1圧力範囲に含まれる場合には1つで備えられ、前記オイル貯蔵室(54)の圧力が、前記第1圧力範囲よりも高い圧力範囲である第2圧力範囲に含まれる場合には複数で備えられる、請求項1に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記複数のオリフィス部材(582)は、前記オリフィス孔(582d)の延長方向に沿って配列されており、前記複数のオリフィス部材(582)のオリフィス孔(582d)が互いに連通されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記第1支持部材(5862)と前記第2支持部材(5864)は互いに着脱可能に形成されており、前記第2支持部材(5864)は、前記オリフィス部材(582)が前記第1支持部材(5862)側からその第2支持部材(5864)に挿入されるように形成される、請求項1に記載の圧縮機。
- 駆動力の伝達を受け、吸入空間(S1)から冷媒を吸入し圧縮して吐出空間(S2)に吐出する圧縮器具(2)と、
前記吐出空間(S2)に備えられ、前記圧縮器具(2)から吐出される冷媒から分離されたオイルを捕集するオイル貯蔵室(54)と、
前記オイル貯蔵室(54)のオイルを前記吸入空間(S1)に案内するオイル回収流路(56)と、
前記オイル回収流路(56)に備えられ、前記オイル回収流路(56)よりも小さい内径を有するオリフィス孔(582d)によって前記オイル回収流路(56)を通過するオイルの圧力を減圧させる減圧器具(58)と、を含み、
前記減圧器具(58)は、前記オイル貯蔵室(54)の圧力が増加されると、前記オリフィス孔(582d)の内径が減少されるように形成され、
前記減圧器具(58)は、
前記オリフィス孔(582d)が形成されるオリフィス部材(582)と、
前記オリフィス孔(582d)に流入されるオイルから異物を分離するフィルター部材(584)と、
前記フィルター部材(584)を前記オリフィス部材(582)に固定する支持部材(586)と、をさらに含み、
前記オリフィス部材(582)は、弾性材質で形成され、
前記オリフィス部材(582)は、
環状に形成される第1先端面(582a)と、

前記支持部材(586)は、
前記オリフィス部材(582)の第1先端面(582a)を覆蓋し、前記フィルター部材(584)が設けられる第1部位(586a)と、
前記第1部位(586a)から延びて、前記オリフィス部材(582)の外周面(582c)を支持する第2部位(586b)と、を含み、
前記オリフィス部材(582)は、そのオリフィス部材(582)の第2先端面(582b)が前記圧縮器具(2)の弁(44)に支持されることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 前記第1部位(586a)と前記第2部位(586b)は一体に形成されており、前記第2部位(586b)は、前記オリフィス部材(582)が前記第1部位(586a)の反対側からその第2部位(586b)に挿入されるように形成される、請求項5に記載の圧縮機。
- 駆動力の伝達を受け、吸入空間(S1)から冷媒を吸入し圧縮して吐出空間(S2)に吐出する圧縮器具(2)と、
前記吐出空間(S2)に備えられ、前記圧縮器具(2)から吐出される冷媒から分離されたオイルを捕集するオイル貯蔵室(54)と、
前記オイル貯蔵室(54)のオイルを前記吸入空間(S1)に案内するオイル回収流路(56)と、
前記オイル回収流路(56)に備えられ、前記オイル回収流路(56)よりも小さい内径を有するオリフィス孔(582d)によって前記オイル回収流路(56)を通過するオイルの圧力を減圧させる減圧器具(58)と、を含み、
前記減圧器具(58)は、前記オイル貯蔵室(54)の圧力が増加されると、前記オリフィス孔(582d)の内径が減少されるように形成され、
