外筒、該外筒の内側に設けられたロッド、前記外筒とロッドの基端側に位置し、前記ロッドを前記外筒に対して進退動させる駆動部、前記ロッドの先端に設けられた第一連結部、及び前記外筒の先端に設けられた第連結部を有する直線作動機を具え、
前記第一連結部が前記容器に連結され、前記第一連結部を支点として前記ロッドが進退動するように前記ロッドを前記容器に対して回動可能に支持し、
前記第二連結部が前記蓋又はヒンジに連結され、前記外筒を前記蓋又はヒンジに対して回動可能に支持し、
