Description
Claims (9)

前記第1の結合領域(103)は、複数の入口ポート(108)を有し、各入口ポート(108)は、前記複数の密閉チャンバ(1)のうち1つと流体接続を形成するように設計されており、
前記第2の結合領域(104)は、複数の出口ポート(113)を有し、各出口ポート(113)は、前記複数の受容器(301)のうち1つと流体接続を形成するように設計されており、
前記複数の入口ポート(108)のうちそれぞれ1つの入口ポートが前記複数の出口ポート(113)のうちちょうど1つの出口ポートと流体接続されるようになっており、
複数の穿孔手段をさらに備え、各穿孔手段は、前記複数の密閉チャンバ(1)のうち1つの密閉チャンバの密閉手段に孔を開けるように設計されている、搬送装置において、
前記第1の結合領域(103)は、複数の密閉チャンバ(1)を有するプラットフォーム(106)を収容するスロット(105)と、前記プラットフォーム(106)を有するスロット(105)上に配置されるウェルプレート(115)と、前記ウェルプレート(115)に向かって延在しているピン(121)を有するキャップ(114)とをさらに備え、
当該搬送装置(100)は、
前記ピン(121)が、前記ウェルプレート(115)に設けられた第1の孔(122)及び前記支持部(102)に設けられた第2の孔の中に入れられ、前記プラットフォーム(106)が前記スロット(105)内に結合され、前記ウェルプレート(115)及び前記支持部(102)に関して前記穿孔手段の位置が固定された状態で、前記複数の密閉チャンバ(1)が、前記複数の入口ポート(108)のそれぞれの入口ポートと流体接続するとき、及び前記複数の受容器(301)が、前記複数の出口ポート(113)のそれぞれの出口ポートと流体接続するとき、複数の明確な流体接続が形成されるように、適応されており、前記明確な流体接続はそれぞれ、1つの密閉チャンバ(1)、前記密閉チャンバ(1)の前記密閉手段に孔を開けた1つの穿孔手段、1つの入口ポート(108)、1つの出口ポート(113)、及び1つの受容器(301)の間に及ぶことを特徴とする搬送装置(100)。 - 前記第1の結合領域(103)および/または前記第2の結合領域(104)は、それぞれ、複数の密閉チャンバ(1)および/または複数の受容器(301)と結合されるように設計されている、請求項1記載の搬送装置(100)。
- 少なくとも複数の付加的な容器(129)をさらに備え、
各付加的な容器(129)は、各付加的な容器(129)に入れられている流体を、孔が開けられた1つの密閉チャンバまで搬送するために、1つの穿孔手段によって孔が開けられた前記密閉チャンバ(1)と流体接続して配置されるように設計されている、請求項1又は2記載の搬送装置(100)。 - 前記穿孔手段は、各付加的な容器(129)から、1つの穿孔手段によって孔が開けられた前記密閉チャンバ(1)までの前記流体の前記搬送を開始させる、請求項3記載の搬送装置(100)。
- 流体移動手段をさらに備え、
該流体移動手段は、前記密閉チャンバ(1)が1つの入口ポート(108)と流体接続状態にあるときに、1つの密閉チャンバ(1)に入れられている液体を1つの出口ポート(113)の方へ移動させる、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の搬送装置(100)。 - 前記搬送装置(100)はさらに、PCR増幅によって得られた生体材料を、前記複数の密閉チャンバ(1)から搬送するように設計されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の搬送装置(100)。
- 前記密閉手段は箔(107)であり、前記複数の穿孔手段は、少なくとも前記箔(107)に孔を開けるように設計されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の搬送装置(100,200)。
- 前記搬送装置(100)は、搬送される前記生体材料を浄化する浄化手段をさらに備える、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の搬送装置(100)。
- 少なくとも複数の密閉チャンバ(1)から少なくとも複数の受容器(301)まで、少なくとも1つの生体材料を汚染されずに搬送するためのキットであって、
当該キットは、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の少なくとも1つの搬送装置(100)と、該搬送装置(100)に接続されるように設計された少なくとも1つの受容器(301)と、を含むことを特徴とするキット。
