Description
前記培養槽の底部に配設される一本の曝気管と、
該曝気管を前記培養槽の底部全域に亘って走査させる駆動機構と
を備え、
前記曝気管は、駆動機構が搭載された自走式の曝気管であることを特徴とする微生物増殖設備のガス供給装置にかかるものである。
前記培養槽の底部を複数分割した各領域に配設される曝気管と、
該曝気管をそれぞれ前記培養槽の各領域全域に亘って走査させる駆動機構と
を備え、
前記曝気管は、駆動機構が搭載された自走式の曝気管であることを特徴とする微生物増殖設備のガス供給装置にかかるものである。

Claims (5)
- 培養槽に貯留された微生物の培養液に対し、ガスを供給して気液接触させつつ撹拌する曝気を行うことにより、微生物を増殖させる微生物増殖設備のガス供給装置において、
前記培養槽の底部に配設される一本の曝気管と、
該曝気管を前記培養槽の底部全域に亘って走査させる駆動機構と
を備え、
前記曝気管は、駆動機構が搭載された自走式の曝気管であることを特徴とする微生物増殖設備のガス供給装置。 - 培養槽に貯留された微生物の培養液に対し、ガスを供給して気液接触させつつ撹拌する曝気を行うことにより、微生物を増殖させる微生物増殖設備のガス供給装置において、
前記培養槽の底部を複数分割した各領域に配設される曝気管と、
該曝気管をそれぞれ前記培養槽の各領域全域に亘って走査させる駆動機構と
を備え、
前記曝気管は、駆動機構が搭載された自走式の曝気管であることを特徴とする微生物増殖設備のガス供給装置。 - 前記曝気管から噴出されるガスの気泡を直径が10μm〜100μmであるマイクロバブルとした請求項1又は2記載の微生物増殖設備のガス供給装置。
- 前記培養液に溶解させるガスは二酸化炭素であり、二酸化炭素濃度が空気より高いガスを使用する請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の微生物増殖設備のガス供給装置。
- 前記培養液に溶解させるガスは酸素であり、酸素濃度が空気より高いガスを使用する請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の微生物増殖設備のガス供給装置。
