Description

The present invention relates to a funerary tatami mat that is suitable for being used inside a coffin during a funeral.

Recently, due to the consideration of the bereaved family who wishes the deceased's last time on a tatami mat, a funeral tatami mat is sometimes used as a sub-funeral to be placed in a casket. This type of tatami mat has a rectangular tatami floor that is narrower than a normal tatami mat, so that it can be stored inside a vertically long fence. Molded wood (insulation board) and plastic material (foam) are adopted as materials for the tatami floor. In order to improve the flammability and lightness at the time of cremation, a corrugated cardboard material made of recycled waste paper may be used in combination with these materials.

In addition, patent documents 1-6 are disclosed as a prior art regarding such a tatami mat for funerals.

特開2011−169047号公報JP 2011-169047 A 特開2011−080309号公報JP 2011-080309 A 特開2003−232121号公報Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2003-232121 特開平11−022161号公報JP-A-11-022161 実用新案登録第3074630号公報Utility model registration No. 3074630 実用新案登録第3072137号公報Utility model registration No. 3072137

However, such conventional funeral tatami mats have a problem that combustion efficiency is poor and unburned residue occurs because the material of the tatami floor contains a large amount of resin components. In the case where the tatami floor is a plastic material, the material itself is a resin component, and in the case of molded wood, a large amount of the resin component is contained in the adhesive that hardens the wood fiber. Such unburned residue is often generated at the puddle in the furnace in the state of a black burnt lump.
On the other hand, there is a measure such as stirring the part which remained in the midst of burning, but it takes time and labor, depending on the degree of scraping, the ashes may be broken, and the present condition is that the crematorium is troubled with its handling. It is.

On the other hand, instead of using molded wood or plastic material, it is conceivable to use a cardboard material, which is a paper material, with increased strength by applying it to the tatami floor. However, such a tatami floor has sufficient strength. The combustion time may be prolonged because the number of overlapping sheets increases to obtain. In addition, since recycled pulp, which is a raw material of recycled used paper, contains a resin component such as a binder, if the number of corrugated board materials is increased, these eventually cause unburned residue.

An object of the present invention is to provide a funeral tatami mat which minimizes the amount of unburned residue while maintaining the strength and the combustibility of the tatami floor well.

Under such circumstances, the present inventors have focused on “reinforced corrugated cardboard” that has not been conventionally used as a material for tatami floors. Generally, corrugated cardboard has a structure in which a core (corrugated plate) is sandwiched between front and back plates called liners. “Reinforced corrugated cardboard” contains virgin pulp (craft pulp) as the main raw material of the liner, and the recycled core paper is formed not in a single layer corrugated board but in a multilayer (laminated structure) corrugated board It is different from the usual corrugated cardboard made of (regenerated pulp). By including a large amount of virgin pulp having an average fiber length nearly 10 times the average fiber length of the regenerated pulp in the liner that produces the strength of the corrugated cardboard surface, the strength is greatly enhanced as compared with a normal cardboard material.

“Reinforced corrugated cardboard” is made of virgin pulp as the main raw material of the liner, so the amount of additives such as binders that cause unburned residue is extremely small. Moreover, since the liner is formed thick and the cardboard surface is extremely strong, it can be used alone as a tatami floor without being combined with molded wood (insulation board) or plastic material (foam). .

[First invention]
That is, the funer tatami mat of the first invention for solving the above-mentioned problems is a funeral tatami mat for laying inside the coffin,
A tatami floor made of corrugated cardboard material having a shape that can be installed on the inner bottom of the wall;
And a tatami table attached to the surface of the tatami floor,
The cardboard material is
A thick liner containing virgin pulp as a main raw material, provided on the front and back of the cardboard material,
A corrugated plate of a laminated structure sandwiched between the front and back two liners;
It was set as the structure which is a reinforced corrugated board material provided with the partition plate which partitions off each layer of the said corrugated board.

According to the structure of the tatami mat for the funeral of the first invention, the material for forming the tatami floor employs a reinforced corrugated cardboard material including a thick liner mainly composed of virgin pulp and a corrugated board having a laminated structure. Good floor strength and flammability can be maintained. Further, since the liner of the reinforced corrugated board material hardly contains a resin component such as a binder, the resin component does not remain unburned. This facilitates the handling of the funeral mat during cremation.

[Second invention]
The funeral tatami mat of the second invention is a funeral tatami mat for laying inside the casket,
A tatami floor made of corrugated cardboard material having a shape that can be installed on the inner bottom of the wall;
And a tatami table laminated to the surface of the tatami floor,
The cardboard material is
A thick liner containing virgin pulp as a main raw material, provided on the front and back of the cardboard material,
It was set as the structure which is a reinforced corrugated board material provided with the corrugated board of the honeycomb structure pinched | interposed between two said outer liners of the said front and back.

The funeral tatami mat of the second invention is obtained by replacing the corrugated board of the laminated structure with the corrugated board of the honeycomb structure in the configuration of the reinforced corrugated board material in the first invention. The corrugated board having the honeycomb structure is formed by connecting the plate surfaces in the thickness direction of the corrugated board material, and has the effect of increasing the strength of the corrugated board surface like the corrugated board having the laminated structure. The liner, which is the main part of the reinforced corrugated cardboard material, uses virgin pulp as the main raw material as in the first invention.
Also according to the configuration of the second invention, by adopting the tatami floor made of reinforced corrugated cardboard material, it is possible to reduce the unburned residue as much as possible while maintaining the strength and combustibility of the tatami floor. For this reason, it is not necessary to take measures against unburnt in the crematorium, and the handling of the tatami mat for the funeral is facilitated.

[Third invention]
The funeral festival tatami of the third invention is a funeral festival tatami of the structure of the first invention,
The thickness of the liner is set to be larger than that of the corrugated plate and the partition plate, and a cylindrical hole (flute) formed by the corrugated plate is continuous in the width direction (short direction) of the ridge. It is set to be set to

When a corrugated board material provided with a corrugated plate is adopted as a tatami mat floor for a funeral tatami mat, the direction of the tube hole (flute) by the corrugated plate is usually the longitudinal length direction of the pot with respect to the shape of the vertically elongated rectangular pot Arrange in the direction of (longitudinal direction). In this arrangement, the cylindrical wall of the corrugated plate makes it difficult for the tatami floor to bend back and forth, so that the load resistance of the funeral tatami mat is improved.
However, according to the trial tests by the inventors, it has been found that when the reinforced corrugated cardboard material of the first invention is used as a tatami floor, there is a problem with the above arrangement. That is, when the cylindrical hole (flute) by the corrugated plate is set to the above-described arrangement, the tatami floor is easily bent and deformed in the longitudinal direction according to changes in the temperature and humidity. Such a phenomenon is considered to be caused by the difference in expansion ratio of the liner because the thickness of the liner is larger than that of the corrugated plate and the partition plate.
According to the configuration of the third aspect of the invention, the direction of the tube hole (flute) by the corrugated plate of reinforced corrugated cardboard is not oriented in the longitudinal direction of the bowl as described above, but in the lateral direction of the bowl. Was set as follows. Thereby, even if a thick liner expands and contracts in accordance with changes in temperature and humidity, the expansion or contraction due to this is absorbed by the expansion and contraction of adjacent corrugated plates. Thereby, the deformation | transformation by the bending of the front-back length direction of a tatami floor can be prevented, and it can finish to the tatami mat for funerals excellent in aesthetics.

[Fourth Invention]
The funeral festival tatami of the fourth invention is a funeral festival tatami of the configuration of the first invention or the second invention,
Leg plates made of the same corrugated cardboard material as the tatami floor are fixed to both ends of the tatami floor in the heel width direction while maintaining a constant width in the heel length direction,
When the funeral festival tatami is laid on the inner bottom of the casket, a space corresponding to the thickness of the leg plate is formed below the tatami floor.

According to the configuration of the fourth aspect of the invention, when the funeral tatami mat is placed inside the coffin, a space corresponding to the thickness of the leg plate is created below the tatami floor, so this space plays the role of a heat insulating layer. Thereby, at the time of a funeral, it becomes difficult for cold air from the coolant in the cage to be transmitted to the bottom of the cage, and condensation on the outside of the cage can be effectively prevented.
In addition, at the time of cremation, the space below the tatami floor temporarily becomes a flow path for the fuel gas during the combustion process, so that it is possible to shorten the burning time of the soot.
Furthermore, the same reinforced cardboard material as that of the tatami floor is adopted as the material of the leg plate, so that it does not cause unburned residue.

[Fifth Invention]
The funeral festival tatami of the fifth invention is a funeral festival tatami of the configuration of the first invention or the second invention,
A pair of handles for lifting and moving the funeral tatami mat are provided at one end and the other end of the tatami floor in the cocoon length direction.

Funerals and relatives put their bodies in their cages before performing funerals such as going to night. Normally, the body is wrapped in a special futon, and several people lift it up and move it to the cage.
According to the configuration of the fifth aspect of the invention, by laying the funeral mat under the body in advance, the two people before and after the funeral mat can move the whole body together with the handle into the coffin with the handles. In other words, the funeral tatami mat can be used like a stretcher, and the corpse can be easily moved by a small number of people. In addition, since the funeral tatami mat can be put in the casket at the same time as the movement of the body, it is possible to omit the preparation work for laying the funeral tatami mat in the casket.

[First to fifth inventions]
In the first to fifth inventions, there are no particular limitations on the use of the funeral tatami (for people, pets, etc.), the type of the casket (sleeper, sit-down etc.) and the shape.
The liners constituting the reinforced corrugated cardboard material of the first to fifth inventions are mainly made of virgin pulp (kraft pulp), and the content thereof is desirably 90% or more (desirably 95% or more).
In the reinforced corrugated cardboard material according to the first aspect of the present invention, the corrugated plate of the laminated structure has a strength of the corrugated cardboard surface increased as the number of layers increases, but in order to suppress the thickness of the tatami floor, it is desirable to have a two-layer structure or a three-layer structure.
In addition, the 1st-5th invention may be applied independently and can also apply combining these inventions as needed. In addition, the first to fifth inventions may be combined with other inventions described herein.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. Note that the embodiments described below and modifications thereof are examples of forms to which the present invention is applied, and the scope of the invention is not limited to these embodiments.

First Embodiment
The funeral tatami mat 10 of the first embodiment is shown in FIGS. 1 to 3.
The funeral tatami mat 10 is to be stored in the casket K as a subsidiary funeral at the time of the funeral, and is laid inside the casket K. The corpse is placed on the funeral tatami 10 and a funeral is performed, and at the time of the cremation, the funeral tatami 10 is incinerated in the cage K.
The dimensions of the ridge K are, for example, a heel length (long side) of about 170 to 200 cm, a heel width (short side) of about 50 to 70 cm, and a height of about 40 to 50 cm.

As shown in FIG. 2, the basic configuration of the funeral tatami mat 10 includes a tatami floor 11, a tatami table 12 and a tatami edge 13. The surface 12 of the tatami floor is pasted to the surface of the tatami floor 11, and the tatami edge 13 is sewn to the both ends (the end in the widthwise direction).
The tatami table 12 is woven with weft as weft and hemp or cotton as warp as in general tatami. It is also possible to adopt a tatami sheet made of synthetic fibers or a sheet-like tatami sheet made of embossed tatami on the surface of the synthetic resin, but in order to reduce the amount of unburned parts as much as possible, It is desirable to adopt.
The tatami edge 13 is a belt-like cloth that is sewn along the side surface portion (the cocoon town) of the tatami floor 11. Various symbols or the like may be displayed on the surface of the tatami edge 13.

The method of producing the fun-loving tatami mat 10 is basically the same as a general tatami mat. For example, the tatami floor 11 cut into a predetermined size is wrapped with the tatami mat 12, the tatami mat 12 is wound in the longitudinal direction, and the tip thereof is sewn to the back side of the tatami floor 11. Thereafter, the width of the tatami mat 12 is cut according to the width of the tatami floor 11, the cut edge is hidden by the tatami edge 13, and the tatami floor 11 is sewn and stopped.

In the funeral festival tatami of the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, a reinforced cardboard material is adopted as the material of the tatami floor 11. Neither a molded wood (insulation board) nor a plastic material (foam) is used in combination with the tatami floor 11, and a reinforced cardboard material is used alone.
As shown in FIG. 3 (B), the reinforced corrugated cardboard material adopted for the tatami floor 11 has two layers of corrugated plates 16a and 16b between the front and back two thick liners 15a and 15b. It is laminated through. The liners 15a and 15b contain, as main raw materials, 95% or more of virgin pulp (kraft pulp) having an average fiber length nearly 10 times the average fiber length of the regenerated pulp, and the thickness is more than the thickness of the corrugated plates 16a and 16b. It is set several times larger.
In addition, as such a reinforced corrugated-cardboard material, double-layered reinforced corrugated-cardboard material (made by Tri-wall company) of about 10-20 mm of board thickness is employable, for example. In the first embodiment, a corrugated plate of a two-layer structure is adopted, but it is of course possible to adopt a corrugated plate of a three-layered structure.

Here, in the tatami floor 11, the direction of the cylindrical hole (flute) by the corrugated plates 16a and 16b of reinforced cardboard material is not directed in the longitudinal direction (longitudinal direction) of the weir K, but the weir width direction Direction) is set (see FIG. 3A).
As described above, when the thickness of the liners 15a and 15b is sufficiently larger than the corrugated plate, a difference occurs between the expansion and contraction rates of the two. For this reason, when the cylindrical hole (flute) by the corrugated plates 16a and 16b is set in the ridge length direction (longitudinal direction), the tatami floor 11 is easily bent and deformed in the front-rear length direction according to the change in air temperature and humidity. (See FIG. 4 (B)).

In the tatami floor 11, the direction of the tube hole (flute) by the corrugated plates 16a and 16b made of reinforced corrugated cardboard is set so as to face the heel width direction (short direction) of the heel K, thereby changing the temperature and humidity. Accordingly, even if the thick liners 15a and 15b expand and contract, the expansion or contraction caused thereby is absorbed by the expansion and contraction of the adjacent corrugated plates 16a and 16b (see FIG. 4A). Thereby, the deformation | transformation by the bending of the length direction of the tatami floor 11 can be prevented, and it can finish to the tatami mat 10 for funerals excellent in aesthetics.

Thus, according to the structure of the funeral tatami mat 10, the material forming the tatami floor 11 includes the thick liners 15a and 15b mainly made of virgin pulp and the corrugated plates 16a and 16b having a laminated structure. By employing a corrugated board material, the strength and combustibility of the tatami floor 11 can be kept good. Further, since the resin components such as a binder are hardly contained in the liners 15a and 15b of the reinforced corrugated cardboard material, such unburned resin components do not occur. This facilitates the handling of the funeral mat during cremation.

In addition, when the present inventors conducted a burning test of the casket including the tatami mat for funeral, when the cardboard material made of recycled used paper (recycled pulp) is adopted as the tatami floor and when the above-mentioned reinforced cardboard material is adopted There was a clear difference in the amount of unburned. That is, in the former case, black lump-like unburned residue could be visually confirmed, while in the latter case, similar unburned residue could hardly be visually confirmed. From these results, the funeral tatami mat 10 according to the present embodiment does not require any special measures against unburnt in the cremation hall, and can be handled easily.

Second Embodiment
Next, a funeral mat 20 according to a second embodiment is shown in FIGS.
The funeral tatami mat 20 is provided with a leg plate 25 (see FIG. 6) below the tatami floor 11. As shown in FIG. 5, in the tatami mat for funeral festival 20, the thickness of the tatami mat is larger by the leg plate 25 than the tatami mat for funeral festival of the first embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 6, the basic configuration of the funeral tatami mat 20 is the same as that of the first embodiment, and includes a tatami floor 11, a tatami surface 12, and a tatami edge 13. The reinforced corrugated cardboard material of the tatami floor 11 is formed by laminating two layers of corrugated plates 16a and 16b with a partition plate 17 between two front and back thick liners 15a and 15b (FIG. 3B). reference).

Leg plates 25, 25 made of the same reinforced cardboard material as that of the tatami floor 11 have a constant width in the heel length direction (longitudinal direction) at both ends of the back surface of the tatami floor 11 in the heel width direction (short direction). Fixed. As will be described later, a space S corresponding to the thickness of the leg plates 25 and 25 (thickness of the reinforced cardboard material) is generated below the tatami floor 11.

The tatami floor 11 and the leg plates 25, 25 are made of a reinforced corrugated board material P shown in FIG. On the surface of the reinforced cardboard material P, V grooves v1 and v2 arranged in two rows are provided at the boundary between the tatami floor 11 and the leg plates 25 and 25. These V-grooves are formed by cutting the other portions using a rotary blade or the like while leaving either the front or back liner of the reinforced corrugated cardboard material P. The angle of the cross section of the V grooves v1 and v2 is approximately 90 °.

When manufacturing the funeral tatami mat 20, V-grooves v1 and v2 are processed to reinforced corrugated cardboard material P which has been cut into a predetermined size in advance, and then reinforced corrugated cardboard material P is adhered so that the grooved surfaces of V-grooves v1 and v2 adhere closely Bend it. Then, the left and right end portions of the reinforced corrugated board material P are folded back 180 ° in FIG. 7, and the ends of the leg plates 25 and 25 are overlapped with both ends of the tatami floor 11 as shown in FIG.
Subsequently, the tatami floor 12 is bonded to the tatami floor 11 and the tatami edge 13 is sewn. At this time, the tatami edge 13 has such a length that it can reach from the tatami floor 11 to the back side of the leg plate 25 so as to hide these side surfaces. Thus, by making the tatami floor 11 and the leg plates 25 and 25 integrally from one reinforced corrugated cardboard material P, the productivity is improved and the dimensional accuracy of the funeral tatami mat 20 can be improved.

As shown in FIG. 8, a reinforcing plate 26 made of the same reinforced cardboard material is provided on the back side of the tatami floor 11 in addition to the leg plates 25 and 25. The reinforcing plate 26 is substantially in the middle of the tatami floor 11 in the length direction, and suppresses a decrease in load resistance of the tatami floor 11 due to the space S corresponding to the thickness of the leg plates 25 and 25.

As shown in FIG. 9, at the time of a funeral, for example, sleepers 28 and 28 are arranged on a table 27, and a bag K is placed so as to be bridged over them. The sleepers 28, 28 are for making a gap below the heel K, whereby a finger is put on the gap and the heel K can be easily carried. Usually, a cooling agent such as dry ice enters the basket K, but when this cold air is transmitted to the bottom of the bowl, there is a problem that condensation occurs and the rack 27 gets wet.

According to the configuration of the funeral tatami mat 20, when the funeral tatami mat 20 is laid inside the coffin K, a space S corresponding to the thickness of the leg plate 25 is generated below the tatami floor 11, so this space S is a heat insulation layer. Play a role. Thereby, at the time of a funeral, it becomes difficult for the cold air from the coolant in the coffin K to be transmitted to the coffin bottom, and condensation on the coffin bottom can be effectively prevented.
In addition, at the time of cremation, the space S below the tatami floor 11 temporarily becomes a fuel gas flow path (combustion gas contact space) during the combustion process, so that it is possible to shorten the burning time of the soot K. Become.
Furthermore, since the same reinforcing corrugated cardboard material as that of the tatami floor 11 is adopted as the material of the leg plate 25, it does not cause unburned residue.

Third Embodiment
Next, the funeral mat 30 of the third embodiment is shown in FIG.
The funeral tatami mat 30 is provided with a pair of handles 31, 31 and 32, 32 for lifting and moving the funeral tatami mat 30 at one end and the other end of the tatami floor in the row length direction.

The basic configuration of the funeral tatami mat 30 is the same as that of the second embodiment. Handles 31, 31 and 32, 32 are fixed so as to penetrate the tatami floor 11 and the tatami edge 13 from the back side of the leg plate 25 shown in FIG.

According to such a configuration, by laying the funeral tatami mat 30 under the body in advance during the funeral, the two people before and after the funeral tatami mat 30 each have a handle to move the body along with the tatami into the casket K. be able to. That is, the funeral tatami mat 30 can be used like a stretcher, and the moving work of the corpse can be easily performed by a small number of people. In addition, since the funeral tatami 30 can be placed in the casket K simultaneously with the movement of the body, it is possible to omit preparation work for laying the funeral tatami 30 in the casket K.

[Modification]
As mentioned above, although the bag by embodiment of this invention was demonstrated, embodiment of this invention may be accompanied by various deformation | transformation and a change, without being limited to these structures.
In the first embodiment, a reinforced corrugated cardboard having a corrugated plate of a laminated structure is adopted as a material of the tatami floor 11. However, in the funery mat 40 shown in FIG. 11, a reinforced corrugated cardboard having a corrugated plate of a honeycomb structure Is adopted.
The corrugated plate 41 having a honeycomb structure is formed by connecting the plate surfaces in the thickness direction of the corrugated board material, and has an effect of increasing the strength of the corrugated board surface like the corrugated plate having a laminated structure. The thick-walled liners 15a and 15b, which are the main parts of the reinforced cardboard material, are mainly made of virgin pulp as in the first embodiment.

By adopting a tatami floor made of reinforced corrugated cardboard according to the structure of the funeral tatami mat 40, it is possible to minimize the unburned residue while maintaining good strength and flammability of the tatami floor. For this reason, it is not necessary to take a countermeasure against unburnt in the crematorium, and the handling of the funeral tatami mat 40 becomes easy.
Of course, the reinforced corrugated board material having such a corrugated plate having a honeycomb structure can be adopted in the second and third embodiments.

In the second embodiment, the leg plate 25 is provided by folding back the end portion of the reinforced cardboard material P with the V grooves v1 and v2 in two rows, but in the funeral mat 50 shown in FIG. 12, the tatami floor 11 and the leg plate After being prepared by cutting separately from 51, it was set as the structure which bonds each other.
According to such a configuration, it is possible to use an end of reinforced cardboard material or the like as the leg plate 51, and material cost can be saved.

In the third embodiment, the handles 31 and 32 are fixed to the tatami floor 11 and the leg plate 25. In the funeral tatami mat 60 shown in FIG. 13, a rectangular frame plate 61 is provided on the outer periphery of the tatami floor 11, and this frame plate A pair of handles 62 are provided at the front and back of the length direction 61, respectively. The frame plate 61 is formed of the same reinforced cardboard material as the tatami floor 11 and is raised substantially perpendicularly to the tatami floor 11 by a V-groove (not shown). On the surface of the frame plate 61, the same cloth as the folding edge 13 is sewn. The handle 62 is fixed by penetrating from the inside to the outside of the frame plate 61.
According to such a configuration, when the funeral tatami mat 60 is lifted and moved, it is difficult for extraneous materials and the like to fall to the outside of the frame plate 61. As a result, the stretcher function of the funeral tatami mat 60 is further improved.
Furthermore, in the said 1st-3rd embodiment, although it was set as the structure which provides the tatami edge 13 in the tatami floor 11, the tatami edge 13 is not necessarily required and it can also be set as the structure of an edgeless tatami.
