Claims (14)
- 強磁性金属板の窪みを誘導加熱によって除去するための窪み除去装置であって、前記窪み除去装置は、
a.金属板内の窪みと密に接触することが企図された少なくとも1つの作業面を有するハウジングと、
b.磁界を発生させるための少なくとも1つの磁界発生器と、
を有する作業ヘッドを備え、
c.前記少なくとも1つの作業面は、窪み除去プロセスの目視管理のための凹部を備え、
d.前記凹部は、前記少なくとも1つの作業面を少なくとも部分的に横断して延び、
前記磁界発生器は、実質的にU形のコアを備え、前記コアは、第1及び第2の脚部並びにヨーク部分を備え、少なくとも1つの電気コイルが前記コアに相互接続された、窪み除去装置。 - 前記凹部は、前記作業面を途切れなく横断して延び、前記作業面を少なくとも2つのセクションに分割する、請求項1に記載の窪み除去装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの磁界発生器は、前記凹部の輪郭に少なくとも部分的に沿っている、請求項1又は2に記載の窪み除去装置。
- 前記磁界発生器は、電気コイルを備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の窪み除去装置。
- 前記凹部は、V形又はU形断面を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の窪み除去装置。
- 前記凹部は、一定又は不定の断面を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の窪み除去装置。
- 前記作業ヘッドは、複数の作業面を備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の窪み除去装置。
- 作業面の各々は、それに関連づけられた磁界発生器を備える、請求項7に記載の窪み除去装置。
- 前記作業面の各々は、異なる形状の凹部を有する、請求項7又は8に記載の窪み除去装置。
- 始動手段が前記ハウジングに配置され、前記始動手段は、前記磁界を制御するのに適したものである、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の窪み除去装置。
- 振動発生手段及び/又は音響信号発生器及び/又は視覚ディスプレイユニットが前記作業ヘッドに統合された、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の窪み除去装置。
- 前記第1及び/又は第2の脚部は、4mmと10mmとの間、好ましくは6mmと9mmとの間の最小直径の断面を有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の窪み除去装置。
- 金属板構造体の窪みを誘導加熱によって除去するための装置であって、
a.請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の作業ヘッドと、
b.電源及び制御ユニットと、
c.前記電源及び制御ユニットを前記作業ヘッドに接続するのに適したケーブルと、
を備え、前記電源及び制御ユニットは、
d.前記作業ヘッドに電力を供給する持続時間を制御する時間調節手段と、
e.前記作業ヘッドに供給される電力を制御する電力調節手段と、
を備える、装置。 - 前記時間調節手段を0.5秒と無限大との間の範囲で設定することができる、請求項13に記載の装置。
