Description
Claims (17)
- 電池セル(10)であって、第1の電極と導電的に接続された第1の端子(1)と、第2の電極と導電的に接続された第2の端子(2)と、を備える、前記電池セル(10)において、前記第1の端子(1)が、前記第2の端子(2)の内部に配置されており、
前記第1の端子(1)は、第1のネジ(1a)を備え、前記第2の端子(2)は、第2のネジ(2a)を備え、
前記第1の端子(1)の前記ネジ(1a)の回転方向及び勾配と、前記第2の端子(2)の前記ネジ(2a)の回転方向及び勾配と、が一致していることを特徴とする、電池セル(10)。 - 前記第1の端子(1)の前記ネジ(1a)は雌ネジであり、前記第2の端子(2)の前記ネジ(2a)は雄ネジであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル(10)。
- 前記第1の端子(1)の前記ネジ(1a)のネジ起点と、前記第2の端子(2)の前記ネジ(2a)のネジ起点と、が一致しており、及び/又は、前記第1の端子(1)の前記ネジ(1a)のネジ部長さと、前記第2の端子(2)の前記ネジ(2a)のネジ部長さと、が一致していることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の電池セル(10)。
- 前記第1の端子(1)はアルミニウムを含みかつ前記第2の端子(2)は銅を含み、又は、前記第1の端子(1)は銅を含みかつ前記第2の端子(2)はアルミニウムを含み、又は、前記第1の端子(1)及び前記第2の端子(2)がアルミニウムを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電池セル(10)。
- 前記第1の端子(1)と前記第2の端子(2)とは、少なくとも、前記第1の端子(1)の前記ネジ(1a)と前記第2の端子(2)の前記ネジ(2a)との間の領域では、空隙によって及び/又は絶縁体(6)によって互いに電気的に絶縁させられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電池セル(10)。
- 前記絶縁体(6)は、プラスチックを含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電池セル(10)。
- 前記絶縁体(6)は、ポリオレフィン、ポリエチレン又はポリプロピレンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電池セル(10)。
- 前記第1の端子(1)及び/又は前記第2の端子(2)の内部には、脱ガスバルブ(4)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の電池セル(10)。
- リチウムイオン電池セルである、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の電池セル(10)。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも2つの電池セル(10)と、前記電池セル(10)を捻じ込むための少なくとも2つのモジュールカバーネジ(101a、102a)を電池セル(10)ごとに備える電池モジュールカバー(117)と、を有する電池モジュール(200)。
- 前記電池モジュールカバー(117)は、プラスチックで被覆された導電路(111、112)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の電池モジュール(200)。
- 前記電池セル(10)は、当該電池セル(10)の長手方向軸に対して横方向に配置された固定部(15)によって互いに固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項10又は11に記載の電池モジュール(200)。
- 前記電池セル(10)は、円筒形電池セルであることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の電池モジュール(200)。
- 前記電池モジュールカバー(117)は、脱ガスチャネル(104)及び/又はセル監視のための電子部品を備えることを特徴とする、請求項10〜13のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール(200)。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の電池セル(10)及び/又は請求項10〜14のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール(200)を備える電池。
- 請求項10〜14のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール(200)を製造する方法であって、前記第1の端子(1)と前記第2の端子(2)とが互いに同期して、電池モジュールカバー(117)の各モジュールカバーネジ(101a、102a)へと捻じ込まれることを特徴とする、方法。
- 電気自動車、ハイブリッド自動車、又はプラグインハイブリッド自動車で利用されることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の電池。
