Description
Claims (15)
- 人工弁であって、
単一の機能的弁葉(6)から作られる弁構成要素(3)を有し、

- 弁葉(6)は、ステント弁の流入端部に位置された組織支持体(4’)と一体形成される請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の人工弁。
- 弁葉(6)は、ステント弁の流出端部に位置された組織支持体(4’’)と一体形成される請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の人工弁。
- 弁葉(6)は組織支持体(4’’’)と一体形成され、両方の要素(6、4’’’)は管状である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の人工弁。
- 弁葉(6)は、縫合糸(9)によって取付領域(7’、7’’)に取り付けられる請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の人工弁。
- 少なくとも2つの組織支持体(4’、4’’、4’’’、4’’’’)は、縫合糸(8)によって内面(5)に取り付けられる請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の人工弁。
- 弁葉(6)および/または組織支持体(4’、4’’、4’’’、4’’’’)は、心膜から実質的に作られる請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の人工弁。
- 自己伸張可能である請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の人工弁。
- 取付領域(7’、7’’)は、2〜10mmの長さを有する請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の人工弁。
- 送達デバイスと、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の人工弁とを含む送達システム。
