Description
ゴデットは、シースにより形成される。
ゴデットにて、フレーム構造部は、ゴデットが自由に変形できるように構成される。
シースは、フレーム構造部を少なくとも部分的に覆う。
シースおよびフレーム構造部は、重畳される。
シースは、フレーム構造部よりも短い。
フレーム構造部は、シースの近位端部に、「Z字」形状に配置されたおよび近位端部に向かう近位頂部を備える外周部金属ワイヤを備え、少なくとも1つのゴデットは、2つの連続近位頂部間に形成される。
ゴデットは、プリーツの形態で折畳み配置にデフォルトで保持される。
プリーツは、取外し可能装着手段により保持される。
装着手段は、シースの外面上に配置される。
形成されたプリーツは、ステントの長手方向軸に沿って配向された主要構成要素を備える。
プリーツは、フレーム構造部の外周部上にゴデットを位置合わせする。
ステントは、シースの外周部上に複数のゴデットを備える。
ゴデットは、「Z字」形状で構成されたフレーム構造部の外周部金属ワイヤの近位頂部間に形成される。
治療すべき大動脈に圧縮形態で主要ステントを挿入するステップと、
主要ステントを展開するステップと、
主要ステントに続く二次血管に側枝ステントを挿入するステップと、
二次血管内に部分的に、および主要ステントのゴデットの高さにて動脈内の主要ステントと部分的に平行に側枝ステントを位置決めするステップと、
側枝ステントを展開するステップと
を含む。
この場合に、ゴデット4は、遠位頂部6bから2つの連続する横材7の間に、最大で2つの近位頂部6aまで延在する。したがって、これは、フレーム構造部3に沿って「V字」形状輪郭を有することが可能となる。

Claims (12)
- 管状シース(2)と内腔(19)を画成する管状フレーム構造部(3)とを備えるチムニー移植に適したステント(1)であって、
前記ステント(1)は、前記管状シース(2)の一方の端部に、前記内腔(19)にくぼみを形成するように前記端部に向かって形成された少なくとも1つのゴデット(4)を備え、前記くぼみは、側枝ステント(10)とかみ合うように意図され、前記ゴデット(4)は、プリーツ(15)の形態で折畳み状態にデフォルトで保持され、前記プリーツ(15)は、取外し可能な装着手段(14)により保持されていることを特徴とする、ステント(1)。 - 前記ゴデット(4)は、前記管状シース(2)により形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のステント(1)。
- 前記ゴデット(4)にて、前記管状フレーム構造部(3)は、前記ゴデット(4)が自由に変形できるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のステント(1)。
- 前記管状シース(2)は、前記管状フレーム構造部(3)を少なくとも部分的に覆うことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のステント(1)。
- 前記管状フレーム構造部(3)は、前記管状シース(2)の近位端部に、「Z字」形状に配置されるとともに前記近位端部に向かう近位頂部(6a)を備える外周部金属ワイヤを備え、少なくとも1つの前記ゴデット(4)は、2つの連続する近位頂部(6a)の間に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のステント(1)。
- 前記装着手段(14)は、前記管状シース(2)の外面上に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のステント(1)。
- 形成された前記プリーツ(15)は、前記ステント(1)の長手方向軸(23)に沿って配向された主要構成要素を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のステント(1)。
- 前記プリーツ(15)は、前記管状フレーム構造部(3)の外周部上に前記ゴデット(4)を整列させることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のステント(1)。
- 前記管状シース(2)上に複数のゴデット(4)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のステント(1)。
- 前記ゴデット(4)が、「Z字」形状で前記管状フレーム構造部(3)の近位頂部(6a)の間に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に従属する請求項9に記載のステント(1)。
- ヒトまたは動物の血管内で平行に組み立てられるように意図された主要ステント(1)と側枝ステント(10)とを備えるチムニー移植に適したステントシステムであって、
前記主要ステント(1)は、一方の端部に、前記主要ステント(1)の外面の一部分上に前記側枝ステント(10)を受けるくぼみを形成するように前記端部に向かって形成された少なくとも1つのゴデット(4)を備え、
前記ゴデット(4)が、取外し可能装着手段(14)により保持されることを特徴とする、ステントシステム。 - 前記ゴデット(4)は、前記側枝ステントの直径と等しいか、または前記直径の半分と等しい最大深さ(22)を有することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のシステム。
