Description
水素及び酸素及び/又はニコチン含有蒸気を吸引可能な携帯型の電気分解式ガス吸引具であって、
電池受容部内に配設される電池と、
該電池から電力供給を制御する制御基板と、
該制御基板により電池の陽極及び陰極と通電又は遮電される一対の陽陰電極と、
電気分解式ガス吸引具に脱着可能に取り付けられ、取り付けた状態で下部に前記一対の陽陰電極が内部に挿入される、貯水可能な電解槽と、
前記制御基板により電池から電力供給されると加熱されてニコチン含有蒸気を発生するヒータ装置と、
前記電解槽内の前記一対の陽陰電極の陰極側に流体的に接続する流路と、前記電解槽内の前記一対の陽陰電極の陽極側及び前記ヒータ装置に流体的に接続する流路と、から流入するガスを混合し、貫通孔を有するノズル部まで案内する混合部と、
を備える。
前記ヒータ装置は、前記一対の陽陰電極に電池からの電力が供給されていることを条件として、電池からの電力が供給されるように制御する、ことが好ましい。
前記電解槽内の前記一対の陽陰電極の陽極側及び前記ヒータ装置に流体的に接続する流路は、前記仕切り部材によって区分けされた陽極側の上部から前記ヒータ装置の下部に接続し該ヒータ装置内を通過して前記混合部に接続される、ことが好ましい。
前記ヒータ装置の上方及び前記ノズルの底部に装着され、
前記電解槽内の前記一対の陽陰電極の陰極側に流体的に接続する流路から前記ノズル部の貫通孔まで流体的に接続する水素ガス流路と、
前記電解槽内の前記一対の陽陰電極の陽極側及び前記ヒータ装置に流体的に接続する流路から前記ノズルの貫通孔まで流体的に接続する酸素及びニコチン含有ガス流路と、を備えており、
前記水素ガス流路と前記水素及びニコチン含有ガス流路とは合流してノズル部の貫通孔まで案内される、
構成が例示される。
該白金触媒は、前記電解槽内の前記一対の陽陰電極の陽極側及び前記ヒータ装置に流体的に接続する流路上に位置する、ことが好ましい。

Claims (8)
- 水素及び酸素及び/又はニコチン含有蒸気を吸引可能な携帯型の電気分解式ガス吸引具であって、
電池受容部内に配設される電池と、
該電池から電力供給を制御する制御基板と、
該制御基板により電池の陽極及び陰極と通電又は遮電される一対の陽陰電極と、
電気分解式ガス吸引具に脱着可能に取り付けられ、取り付けた状態で下部に前記一対の陽陰電極が内部に挿入される、貯水可能な電解槽と、
前記制御基板により電池から電力供給されると加熱されてニコチン含有蒸気を発生するヒータ装置と、
前記電解槽内の前記一対の陽陰電極の陰極側に流体的に接続する流路と、前記電解槽内の前記一対の陽陰電極の陽極側及び前記ヒータ装置に流体的に接続する流路と、から流入するガスを混合し、貫通孔を有するノズル部まで案内する混合部と、
を備える、ことを特徴とする電気分解式ガス吸引具。 - 前記電解槽内には、前記一対の陽陰電極の間を通って前記一対の陽陰電極の陰極側と陰極側とを区分けする仕切り部材が設けられ、該仕切り部材は、前記電解槽内の下方で流体的に接続している、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気分解式ガス吸引具。
- 前記制御基板は、ユーザからの操作信号に基づく前記一対の陽陰電極への通電信号とヒータ装置への通電信号とを受信し、それぞれの信号に基づいて前記電池から前記一対の陽陰電極極及び前記ヒータ装置への電力供給を行い、
前記ヒータ装置は、前記一対の陽陰電極に電池からの電力が供給されていることを条件として、電池からの電力が供給されるように制御する、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電気分解式ガス吸引具。 - 前記制御基板は、ユーザからの操作信号により、前記一対の陽陰電極極及び前記ヒータ装置それぞれへの電力供給量を、変化するように制御することができる、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電気分解式ガス吸引具。
- 前記電解槽内の前記一対の陽陰電極の陰極側に流体的に接続する流路は、前記仕切り部材によって区分けされた陰極側の上部から直接、前記混合部に接続され、
前記電解槽内の前記一対の陽陰電極の陽極側及び前記ヒータ装置に流体的に接続する流路は、前記仕切り部材によって区分けされた陽極側の上部から前記ヒータ装置の下部に接続し該ヒータ装置内を通過して前記混合部に接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電気分解式ガス吸引具。 - 前記混合部は、
前記ヒータ装置の上方及び前記ノズルの底部に装着され、
前記電解槽内の前記一対の陽陰電極の陰極側に流体的に接続する流路から前記ノズル部の貫通孔まで流体的に接続する水素ガス流路と、
前記電解槽内の前記一対の陽陰電極の陽極側及び前記ヒータ装置に流体的に接続する流路から前記ノズルの貫通孔まで流体的に接続する酸素及びニコチン含有ガス流路と、を備えており、
前記水素ガス流路と前記水素及びニコチン含有ガス流路とは合流してノズル部の貫通孔まで案内される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電気分解式ガス吸引具。 - 前記仕切り部材によって区分けされた陽極側の上部と前記ヒータ装置の下部との間には酸素ガス透過膜が配設される、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電気分解式ガス吸引具。
- 前記ヒータ装置内には、該ヒータ装置で加熱される白金触媒が配設され、
該白金触媒は、前記電解槽内の前記一対の陽陰電極の陽極側及び前記ヒータ装置に流体的に接続する流路上に位置する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の電気分解式ガス吸引具。
