Description
ポリマーの分子量を、形状因子が1であり、かつすべてのビリアル係数がゼロであると仮定して、レイリー・ガンズ・デバイ近似法(A.M.Striegel and W.W.Yau,Modern Size−Exclusion Liquid Chromatography,2nd Edition,Page 242 and Page 263,2009)に従ってLS(90度での光散乱、Precision Detectors)及び濃度検出器(IR−4、Polymer Char)から直接決定することができる。ベースラインをLS(90度)及びIR−4(測定チャネル)クロマトグラムから差し引く。全樹脂の場合、積分窓を、すべてのクロマトグラムを25.5〜118℃の溶出温度範囲(温度較正は上で特定されている)で積分するように設定する。高密度画分を、CEFにおける95.0℃を超える溶出温度を有する画分と定義する。MWHDF>95及びIHDF>95の測定は、以下のステップを含む。
(2)LSクロマトグラムにおける各データ点をシフトさせて、積分前の検出器間オフセットを補正する。
(3)各保持温度での分子量を、ベースラインを差し引いたLS信号/ベースラインを差し引いたIR4信号/MW定数(K)として計算する。
(4)ベースラインを差し引いたLSクロマトグラムとIR−4クロマトグラムを95.0〜118.0℃の溶出温度範囲で積分する。
(5)高密度画分の分子量(MWHDF>95)を以下に従って計算する。
試験方法は、以下を含む。
ポリマー結晶化度を、示差走査熱量測定及び他の分析方法により測定することができる。エチレンホモポリマーまたはエチレンアルファ−オレフィンコポリマー、及び本明細書の実施例の場合、結晶化度を、以下の等式によりその密度から計算することができる。
本願発明には以下の態様が含まれる。
項1.
多層構造であって、
結晶化度CSを有する配向ポリエチレンを含む、少なくとも1つの表皮シーラント層と、
前記表皮層に接着される、結晶化度CTを有する第1のポリエチレンを含むタイ層と、
結晶化度CBを有する第2のポリエチレンを含むバルク層であって、前記タイ層が前記バルク層と前記表皮シーラント層との間に配設される、バルク層と、を備え、
CB>CT>CSであり、
前記表皮シーラント層、前記タイ層、及び前記バルク層が共押出され、前記多層構造が半溶融配向プロセスによって配向される、多層構造。
項2.
CBが、42〜63%である、項1に記載の多層構造。
項3.
CB−CSが、3%を超える、項2に記載の多層構造。
項4.
前記第2のポリエチレンが、0.910〜0.940g/ccの密度を有する、項1に記載の多層構造。
項5.
前記第2のポリエチレンの密度が、前記配向ポリエチレンの密度よりも少なくとも0.005g/cc高い、項1に記載の多層構造。
項6.
前記多層構造が、20〜80マイクロメートルの厚さを有する、項1に記載の多層構造。
項7.
前記タイ層の前記第1のポリエチレンが、95〜115℃の温度を有する画分について0.18を超える累積重量分率を有する、項1に記載の多層構造。
項8.
二軸配向ポリエチレンテレフタレート、二軸配向ポリプロピレン、及び二軸配向ポリアミドからなる群から選択される基材上に積層される、項1に記載の多層構造を備える積層体。
項9.
前記多層構造が、シーラント層である、項8に記載の積層体。
項10.
前記多層構造が、押出積層によって前記基材上に積層される、項8に記載の積層体。
項11.
前記多層構造が、接着剤積層によって前記基材上に積層される、項8に記載の積層体。
項12.
前記接着剤が、有機溶媒系である、項11に記載の積層体。
項13.
前記接着剤が、水系である、項11に記載の積層体。
項14.
前記接着剤が、有機系溶媒を含まない、項11に記載の積層体。
項15.
項11に記載の積層体を備える、包装材料。
項16.
前記包装材料Iが、液体、粉末、または乾燥食料品の包装に使用される、項15に記載の包装材料。
Claims (9)
- 多層構造であって、
結晶化度CSを有する配向ポリエチレンを含む、少なくとも1つの表皮シーラント層と、
前記表皮シーラント層に接着される、結晶化度CTを有する第1のポリエチレンを含むタイ層と、
結晶化度CBを有する第2のポリエチレンを含むバルク層であって、前記タイ層が前記バルク層と前記表皮シーラント層との間に配設される、バルク層と、を備え、
CB>CT>CSであり、
前記タイ層の前記第1のポリエチレンが、95〜115℃の温度を有する画分について0.18を超える累積重量分率を有し、
前記表皮シーラント層、前記タイ層、及び前記バルク層が共押出され、前記多層構造が半溶融配向プロセスによって配向される、多層構造。 - CBが、42〜63%である、請求項1に記載の多層構造。
- CB−CSが、3%を超える、請求項2に記載の多層構造。
- 前記第2のポリエチレンの密度が、前記配向ポリエチレンの密度よりも少なくとも0.005g/cc高い、請求項1に記載の多層構造。
- 二軸配向ポリエチレンテレフタレート、二軸配向ポリプロピレン、及び二軸配向ポリアミドからなる群から選択される基材上に積層される、請求項1に記載の多層構造を備える積層体。
- 前記多層構造が、シーラント層である、請求項5に記載の積層体。
- 前記多層構造が、接着剤積層によって前記基材上に積層される、請求項5に記載の積層体。
- 前記接着剤が、有機系溶媒を含まない、請求項7に記載の積層体。
- 請求項7に記載の積層体を備える、包装材料。
