Description
前記光造形方式は、紫外線硬化性樹脂に紫外線レーザを照射し、積層を繰り返すことにより造形する方法である。
前記インクジェット方式は、細かい粒子状の紫外線硬化性合成樹脂をインクジェットヘッドで噴射し、紫外線照射で固めながら、積層を繰り返すことにより造形する方法である。
円筒状母材として、円周600mm、面長1100mmであり、厚さ10mmの鉄製の中空ロールを準備し、NewFX(株式会社シンク・ラボラトリー製全自動レーザ製版システム)を用いて、エンボスロールの製造 を行った。全自動レーザ製版システムには、被焼結粉末焼結方式タイプの3次元プリンタ処理ユニットを処理ユニットとして組み込んでおいた。3次元加工データは、エンボスロールモデルを予め3次元スキャンしておいたものを使用した。
円筒状母材として、円周600mm、面長1100mmであり、厚さ10mmのCFRP製の中空ロールを準備し、NewFX(株式会社シンク・ラボラトリー製全自動レーザ製版システム)を用いて、エンボスロールの製造を行った。全自動レーザ製版システムには、熱溶解積層方式タイプの3次元プリンタ処理ユニットを処理ユニットとして組み込んでおいた。3次元加工データは、エンボスロールモデルを予め3次元スキャンしておいたものを使用した。
Claims (4)
- 3次元プリンタ処理ユニット及び3次元スキャナ処理ユニットが組み込まれた全自動レーザ製版システムを用いたエンボスロールの製造方法であり、
円筒状母材を準備する工程と、
3次元加工データに基づいて、前記3次元プリンタ処理ユニットによって円筒状母材表面にエンボス加工を造形する造形工程と、
を含み、
前記円筒状母材を準備する工程及び前記造形工程が、前記全自動レーザ製版システムによって行われる、エンボスロールの製造方法。 - 前記3次元加工データが、エンボスロールモデルを前記3次元スキャナ処理ユニットによって3次元スキャンすることにより作製されてなる請求項1記載のエンボスロールの製造方法。
- 前記造形工程が、前記円筒状母材表面に敷いた被焼結粉末を焼結してなる請求項1又は2記載のエンボスロールの製造方法。
- 前記被焼結粉末の焼結が、レーザによって行われる請求項3記載のエンボスロールの製造方法。
