付記5 前記インクは、前記織物層と適合する樹脂系インクを含む、付記3に記載の複合材構造。
付記6 前記インクは厚みを有しており、前記厚みは、約50nmと100nmとの間である、付記3に記載の複合材構造。
付記7 前記インクは、前記剥離層の前記表面に格子パターンに塗布されている、付記3に記載の複合材構造。
付記8 前記識別用マーキング材は、前記剥離層の前記表面に組み入れられている、付記1に記載の複合材構造。

付記15 前記剥離層は、織物層を含んでおり、前記識別用マーキング材は、複数の追跡用フィラメントを含んでおり、前記複数の追跡用フィラメントは、前記織物層に織りこまれることによって、前記剥離層の前記表面の少なくとも一部を規定している、付記14に記載の剥離層構造。

複合材構造のプレ接合面を検査するための方法であって、
識別用マーキング材を含む表面を有する剥離層を用意することと、
前記剥離層を、複合材基板の表面に載置し、前記剥離層の前記表面を前記複合材基板の前記表面に接触させることと、
前記剥離層と前記複合材基板とを共硬化することと、
前記複合材基板から前記剥離層を除去することによって、前記複合材基板の変性表面を形成することと、
前記剥離層から前記複合材基板に移着した残留物の印となる前記識別用マーキング材が前記変性表面に移着していないかどうか、前記複合材基板を検査すること、とを含む、方法。
付記17 前記変性表面を侵食処理することによって、前記識別用マーキング材及び前記残留物を除去することと、前記侵食工程後に、前記識別用マーキング材がないかどうか、前記変性表面を検査すること、とを含む、付記16に記載の方法。
付記18 前記剥離層の前記表面に、前記識別用マーキング材を付着させることを含む、付記16に記載の方法。
付記19 前記付着工程は、前記剥離層の織物層の表面の少なくとも一部にインクを塗布することを含む、付記18に記載の方法。
付記20 前記剥離層の前記表面に、前記識別用マーキング材を組み入れることを含む、付記16に記載の方法。
付記21 前記組み入れる工程は、複数の追跡用フィラメントを前記剥離層の織物層に織りこむことによって、前記剥離層の前記表面の少なくとも一部を規定することを含む、付記18に記載の方法。
Claims (9)
- 複合材構造のプレ接合面を検査するための方法であって、
移着可能な識別用マーキング材を含む表面を有する剥離層を用意することと、
前記剥離層を、複合材基板の表面に載置し、前記剥離層の前記表面を前記複合材基板の前記表面に接触させることと、
前記剥離層と前記複合材基板とを共硬化することと、
前記複合材基板から前記剥離層を除去することによって、前記複合材基板の変性表面を形成することと、
前記変性表面に移着した前記識別用マーキング材がないかどうか、前記複合材基板を検査すること、
前記変性表面を侵食することによって、前記識別用マーキング材及び残留物を除去することと、
前記侵食工程後に、前記識別用マーキング材がないかどうか、前記変性表面を検査すること、とを含む、
前記識別用マーキング材が、前記剥離層から前記複合材基板に前記識別用マーキング材とともに移着した残留物の印となる、方法。 - 前記剥離層の前記表面に、前記識別用マーキング材を付着させることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記付着工程は、前記剥離層の織物層の表面の少なくとも一部にインクを塗布することを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記剥離層の前記表面に、前記識別用マーキング材を組み入れることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記組み入れる工程は、複数の追跡用フィラメントを前記剥離層の織物層に織りこむことによって、前記剥離層の前記表面の少なくとも一部を規定することを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 表面を有する剥離層と、
識別用マーキング材、とを備え、
前記剥離層の前記表面は、前記識別用マーキング材を含んでおり、
前記剥離層は織物層を含み、前記識別用マーキング材は前記剥離層の前記表面に付着されインクを含み、前記インクは、前記織物層の表面の少なくとも一部に塗布されている、剥離層構造。 - 前記識別用マーキング材は、前記剥離層の前記表面に組み入れられている、請求項6に記載の剥離層構造。
- 表面を有する複合材基板と、
表面を有する剥離層と、
識別用マーキング材と、を備え、
前記剥離層の前記表面は、前記識別用マーキング材を含んでおり、
前記剥離層は、前記識別用マーキング材が、前記複合材基板の前記表面に接触するように、前記複合材基板に連結されており、
前記識別用マーキング材は、前記剥離層の前記表面に付着されたインクを含む、複合材構造。 - 前記剥離層は、織物層を含み、前記インクは、前記織物層の表面の少なくとも一部に塗布されている、請求項8に記載の複合材構造。
