Claims (15)
- ホース・イン・ホース設計であり、沖合用に構成される、極低温移送ホースであって、前記ホースは、
極低温流体用の流路を定める内側ホースと、
前記内側ホースを囲む外側ホースと、
前記外側ホースと前記内側ホースとを隔てる環状絶縁ボリューム中で前記外側ホースと前記内側ホースとの間に挟まれる中間絶縁要素と、
を備え、
前記中間絶縁要素は多層構造を備え、それぞれの層がオープン構造絶縁材料を含み、前記オープン構造絶縁材料は3Dファブリックを含む、極低温移送ホース。 - 請求項1に記載の極低温移送ホースであって、前記3Dファブリックは、ポリマー材料を含む、極低温移送ホース。
- 請求項1または2に記載の極低温移送ホースであって、前記中間絶縁要素は、50層まで備え、前記オープン構造絶縁材料のそれぞれの層の厚さは2‐20mmの範囲である、極低温移送ホース。
- 請求項3に記載の極低温移送ホースであって、前記内側ホースは、約500mm(20インチ)の内径を有し、前記中間絶縁要素は7層を備え、そのそれぞれが約7mmの厚さを有する、極低温移送ホース。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の極低温移送ホースであって、前記中間絶縁要素は、前記ホースに沿って延びる本体絶縁部と、前記ホースのそれぞれの端に配置された端部と、を備え、前記本体絶縁部は可撓性を有するが、前記端部は非可撓性であり、前記本体絶縁部は前記オープン構造材料を含み、前記端部は金属部を備える、極低温移送ホース。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の極低温移送ホースであって、フィルムが、前記中間絶縁要素の絶縁層の各対の間に挟まれる、極低温移送ホース。
- 請求項6に記載の極低温移送ホースであって、前記フィルムは、プラスチックフィルムである、極低温移送ホース。
- 請求項6または7に記載の極低温移送ホースであって、前記フィルムの厚さは50μm‐0.5mmの範囲にある、極低温移送ホース。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の極低温移送ホースであって、前記内側ホースは結合シールスリーブを備える、極低温移送ホース。
- 請求項9に記載の極低温移送ホースであって、前記結合シールスリーブはUHMW‐PEフィルムを含む、極低温移送ホース。
- 請求項10に記載の極低温移送ホースであって、前記内側ホースは、PETファブリックと、PTFEフィルムと、前記UHMW‐PEフィルムと、の層で構成される、極低温移送ホース。
- 請求項11に記載の極低温移送ホースであって、前記UHMW‐PEフィルムの厚さは、50μm‐2mmの範囲にある、極低温移送ホース。
- 請求項11に記載の極低温移送ホースであって、前記PTFEフィルムの厚さは、12.7μm‐0.5mmの範囲にある、極低温移送ホース。
- 請求項1に記載の極低温移送ホースを製造する方法であって、
(i)極低温流体用の流路を定める前記内側ホースを提供するステップと、
(ii)前記内側ホースを囲む前記外側ホースを提供するステップと、
(iii)前記内側ホースと前記外側ホースとの間に挟まれる前記中間絶縁要素を配置するステップであって、前記中間絶縁要素が多層構造として形成され、それぞれの層がオープン構造絶縁材料を含む、ステップと、
を含む方法。 - 極低温液体を運ぶための請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の極低温移送ホースの使用。
