Claims (7)
- 振動板と、
前記振動板と対向するように、前記振動板の第一方向に所定の間隔を隔てて該第一方向に垂直な第二方向と平行に並ぶ複数の圧電フィルムと、
を備え、
前記振動板は前記第一方向が長辺で、前記第二方向が短辺である矩形状であり、かつ一以上のスリットを有し、
前記スリットは、前記振動板の前記第二方向における端部から前記第二方向と平行に形成され、
前記スリットで画分される前記振動板の各領域は、前記第二方向の断面形状が同一であり、
前記圧電フィルムは前記振動板に前記第二方向に沿って張架された状態で固定され、かつ電圧を加えることで面方向に伸縮する振動装置。 - 前記スリットで画分される前記振動板の領域は、前記第一方向が短辺であり、かつ前記第二方向が長辺である矩形状である請求項1に記載の振動装置。
- 前記圧電フィルムは前記スリットで画分された領域に二枚以下配置される請求項1又は請求項2に記載の振動装置。
- 前記圧電フィルムは少なくとも三枚以上である請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の振動装置。
- 前記スリットは、前記振動板の前記第二方向における中央近辺まで形成されている請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の振動装置。
- 前記振動板と前記圧電フィルムとの間に配置されるスペーサを備え、
前記スペーサは前記振動板の前記第一方向に沿って伸びる請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の振動装置。 - 前記振動板は、前記圧電フィルムが固定されていない状態では平板面が湾曲した状態であり、前記湾曲した平板面が平坦になるように前記圧電フィルムに固定されている請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれかに記載の振動装置。
